If the mind rushes towards those, those with vows and sins, like food mixed with poison, in billions of kalpas, beings deluded by craving, being very foolish, they do not abandon it, the mind is overcome by delusion, like a thirsty burden carrier, drinking salty water, beings deluded by craving, follow after craving itself. For beings, it momentarily satisfies, but in a moment it makes one thirsty, a lowly person driven by craving, like seeking suffering on a wrong path, therefore one should not indulge in craving, indulging in craving is difficult, people overcome by craving, will never be liberated from samsara. Whoever has unsurpassed bliss, delights in the garden of meditation, shows the city of nirvana, their happiness is the same, those with unsurpassed bliss, beings enjoying the heavenly realm, drawn by the noose of craving, again and again fall into hell. At the end of life, virtue ripens first, the true path is well shown, if one always indulges in craving, this is said to be the root of suffering. Thus, the monk, seeing the heavenly realm chased by the waves of desire, and personally seeing the suffering of death, becomes disgusted with samsara. Thus, the desires of the gods, if the lovely deeds they have done are not exhausted, then they always delight in looking at all places. Afterwards, they will die from that heavenly realm, and after death, if they are not reborn in hell, hungry ghosts, or animals due to other karma, but share a common destiny with humans, and are reborn among humans, then corresponding to that karma, they will have sons, wives, servants, maids, and employees, live by agriculture, and will always be rich and extremely wealthy. Furthermore, the monk, knowing the ripening of karmic results, observes the abode of the gods holding whisks, and observes with the wisdom born of hearing, and sees how the abode of the gods holding whisks is called Constant Joy. He thinks about what kind of sentient beings will be born there, with the wisdom born of hearing.

If examined with wisdom, anyone who possesses discipline and a heart of clear mind, if he offers all his wealth to save someone who is to be executed by the king and imprisoned, thereby freeing that person; or, similarly, offers wealth to the king's son or those close to the king to free that person, and does not take any wealth from it, but only benefits beings and treats them well with a heart moistened with compassion, then, when he leaves the body, he will be reborn in a happy realm, the heavenly realm, among the gods who are always happy. Even after being born there, those gods are inherently very happy, and his purity will make them even a hundred times happier, because the result is connected to the cause in accordance with the karma, and the result arises in accordance with the cause. The one who is born in that heavenly realm is completely surrounded by a multitude of goddesses. Those goddesses who entertain with songs, dances, laughter, play, and various joys surround him, are close to him, and he wanders freely in Mount Sumeru, mountains, caves, and secluded mountain places. He freely roams on top of excellent lapis lazuli slabs that are extremely comfortable to the touch. He delights in rivers, waterfalls, ponds, gardens, and nearby groves, which are filled with extreme happiness. The excellence of that happiness cannot be compared to even a billionth part of the happiness of a Chakravartin. Why is that? Because he is in accordance with his kind, and he is happy because he is free from flesh, bones, and pus. He wears heavenly jeweled necklaces, various clothes, strung flowers, and adorns his body with various ornaments, wandering at the foot of Mount Sumeru. If he climbs a golden mountain, by the power of the gold, he will become like gold. If he climbs a lapis lazuli mountain, by the power of the lapis lazuli, he will become like the color of lapis lazuli. Even if he becomes like entering the ocean, he will not become like being stained by mud. If he climbs a crystal mountain, by the light of the crystal, he will become like a second moon. If he climbs a silver mountain, by the power of the silver, all his limbs and details will be like snow and kumuda flowers.
