There, wondering which sentient beings will be born, he investigates with the wisdom arising from hearing. Whoever has a mind that is extremely disciplined, a mind that is completely cultivated, if they offer scented water to the vase or umbrella of a stupa, that person, upon separating from their body, will be born in the happy realm of the heavens, among the gods of joy and purity. Having been born there, they will also possess the bliss of the gods, relying on food of incomparable bliss, satisfied by the food of divine nectar, separated from the suffering of body and mind. Always playing with the five senses, wearing divine garlands and garments, accompanied by friends of laughter, joy, and play, the assemblies of goddesses sing songs. Day by day, the pleasures increase continuously, like the force of water flowing from a mountain crevice. They rejoice on the peaks of towering jewels, mountains, and silver mountains, seeing rivers, waterfalls, and various ponds. They also see birds and cuckoos dwelling in gardens, gazing at many beautiful sights, looking at delightful gardens and forests, yet those whose minds are not satisfied dwell in that heavenly realm. In the rivers, waterfalls, and ponds, and in the gardens and nearby groves, whatever flavors of heavenly water arise are like the flavors of wine mixed with winter wine and Shakara wine arising from good deeds done in this Jambudvipa. Thus, having enjoyed the result of good deeds, in that heavenly realm, as long as their good deeds have not been exhausted, they rejoice surrounded by many assemblies of goddesses. Later, they will die from there, and after dying, if they are not born in hells, among pretas, or among animals due to karma that will be experienced in other lifetimes, but are born among humans with the same fortune as humans, then because of that, in accordance with that cause, they will possess servants and a household, and it will be seen that they are filled with much wealth and grain from all directions. Then, again, the monk, knowing the ripening of the fruits of karma, will contemplate the abode of the gods holding whisks in their hands, he with the wisdom arising from hearing

With wisdom, one sees how the abodes of the gods holding whisks, called "wind-goers," are. There, thinking, "Where will these sentient beings be born?" he investigates with the wisdom arising from hearing. Whoever possesses discipline and has the essence of completely cultivating the mind, using a wind wheel to fan the monks tormented by heat, whoever feels comfortable with the touch of the wind arising, mixed with the fragrance of Kushira, those monks tormented by extreme heat, if they can use that wind to meditate, recite, and engage in activities, then that benefactor, through the cause of his actions, will be separated from his body and be born among the wind-enjoying gods in the happy realm of the heavens. Having been born there, he also enjoys the result of his well-done deeds, and an incomparably beautiful wind fragrance arises. Not only do the gods of the Four Great Kings generate an incomparable wind, but the fragrance of the wind arising from other gods is a hundred thousand times more fragrant, and a very cool wind also arises, the good ripening result increasing one, two, three, four, and five times. There, the wind of the Four Great Kings increases twofold. Above the Four Great Kings, the Thirty-three Gods increase threefold. Above the Thirty-three Gods, the Gods Free from Strife increase fourfold. Above the Gods Free from Strife, the Tushita Gods increase fivefold. Above the Tushita Gods, the Gods Delighting in Transformation increase sixfold. Above those, the Gods Wielding Power over Others' Emanations also increase. Thus, the differences in the actions of sentient beings transform into differences in realms of existence. Having directly seen the deeds done, through the well-done deeds, for those gods who enjoy the wind, whatever incomparable, fragrant, sweet, and comfortable wind arises in the six desire realms. One power of those winds will be described, but like this, all of its powers cannot be described. The wind of those gods arises, causing joy, and that is when one wants to generate the sound of musical instruments, that wind blows towards the mountains and forests.
