་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་མི་རྣམས་དེ་ལ་འཐུང་བར་བྱེད་དེ། བར་ཆད་བྱེད་པའི་རྒྱུ་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ནོ། །དགེ་སློང་དེ་ནུབ་ཀྱི་བ་ལང་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་གླིང་ལ་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་སོ་སོར་བརྟགས་ནས། ནང་གི་སོ་སོར་རིག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་དགེ་སློང་ལས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ཤེས་པ་དེ། ཤར་གྱི་ལུས་འཕགས་གླིང་ལ་རྟོག་པར་བྱེད་དེ། དེས་ ཐོས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཤེས་པས་བརྟགས་ན། གང་གི་ཚེ་ཆོས་དང་མི་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་མི་འཇུག་པའི་སྐྱེ་དགུ་དག་འབྱུང་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཀླུའི་བདག་པོ་མ་རུངས་པ་དག་གི་སྟོབས་རབ་ཏུ་ཆེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་དག་ཤར་གྱི་ལུས་འཕགས་གླིང་དུ་སྒྲ་རབ་ཏུ་ཆེན་པོར་འབྱིན་ཏེ། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། རི་ཆེན་པོ་སྙིལ་བ་ན་སྒྲ་འབྱུང་བ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་དག་ཐོས་ནས། ཤར་གྱི་ལུས་འཕགས་གླིང་གི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་འཇམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ཁ་ཅིག་ནད་ཀྱིས་འདེབས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གློག་ཀྱང་འབྱིན་ཏེ། འདི་ལྟར་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཐམས་ཅད་འབར་བའི་ཕྲེང་བས་འཁྲུགས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ནང་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི་ཀླུ་དེ་དག་གཟུགས་འཇིགས་འཇིགས་ལྟར་བསྒྱུར་བ། མིག་ནི་ཤིང་རྟའི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཙམ། གཟུགས་ནི་རི་ནག་པོ་འདྲ་ལ་མགོ་གསུམ་པོ་ལས་མེ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོང་ཞིང་ཁྱིའི་གཟུགས་དང་། སྦྲུལ་གྱི་གཟུགས་ཏེ། གཟུགས་དུ་མ། གཟུགས་མི་བཟད་པ་དག་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་དག་མཐོང་ནས་ཤར་གྱི་ལུས་འཕགས་གླིང་གི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བར་ཆད་དུ་འགྱུར་བ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་དགེ་སློང་ལས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ཤེས་པ་དེ། མཐོ་རིས་ལས་གཞན་པ་མཐོ་རིས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གཉིས་པ་ལྟ་བུ། བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་གྱི་གླིང་ལ་རྟོག་པར་བྱེད་དེ། ཀླུའི་བདག་པོ་མ་རུངས་པ་དག་བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་གནོད་པ་སྐྱེད་པར་བྱེད་སྙམ་ནས། དེས་ཐོས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཤེས་པས་བརྟགས་ན། ཇི་ལྟར་བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ལ་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་པད་མ་དང་། རྟག་ཏུ་མེ་ཏོག་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། རྟག་ཏུ་དྲི་ཞིམ་པ་དང་། མཆོག་ཏུ་ཉམས་དགའ་བ་དག་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་དག་མཐོང་ནས་བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་འགྲངས་པ་དང་། དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་དགེ་སྦྱོང་དུ་མི་འཛིན་པ་དང་། བྲམ་ཟེར་མི་འཛིན་པའི་སྐྱེ་དགུ་དག་འབྱུང་བ་དེའི་ཚེ། ཀླུ་མ་རུངས་པ་དག་གིས་བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་དུ་སྤྲིན་སྟུག་པོ་རི་ལྟ་བུ་དག་འབྱིན་པར་བྱེད་དེ། དེ་དག་བྱུང་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཉི་མ་སྒྲིབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ།

那些行为不端的人就去那里饮用，这就是造成障碍的原因。比丘应当像观察西方的牛货洲一样，分别观察，从内在去分别认知。然后，比丘了知业果成熟，就去观察东方的胜身洲。他通过听闻而获得的智慧进行观察，当出现不符合佛法、不遵循佛法的众生时，那些凶暴的龙王的力量就会变得非常强大。它们在东方的胜身洲发出巨大的声音，就像大山崩塌时发出的声音一样。听到这些声音后，东方的胜身洲的人们的心不会变得非常柔软，他们中的一些人会被疾病侵袭。同样，它们也会放出闪电，就像十方都被燃烧的火焰所扰乱一样，进入云中的那些龙会变成可怕的形象，眼睛像车轮一样大，身体像黑色的山一样，三个头都放出火焰，有狗的形象，也有蛇的形象，各种各样的形象，看到那些令人厌恶的形象。看到这些后，就会看到这些会成为东方胜身洲人们的障碍。然后，比丘了知业果成熟，就像高于天界，如同第二天界一样，去观察北方的俱卢洲。心想那些凶暴的龙王会如何给北方的俱卢洲的人们带来损害呢？他通过听闻而获得的智慧进行观察，就像以前一样，北方的俱卢洲的人们总是能看到莲花、盛开的鲜花、芬芳的香气和极度的快乐。看到这些后，北方的俱卢洲的人们会感到满足和快乐。当出现不认为是沙门，不认为是婆罗门的众生时，那些凶暴的龙就会在北方的俱卢洲降下像山一样浓厚的云，那些云一出现就会遮蔽太阳。

Those who behave improperly go there to drink, and this is the cause of obstacles. The Bhikshu should observe the western Godaniya continent separately, just as it is, and discern it internally. Then, the Bhikshu, knowing the ripening of karmic fruits, contemplates the eastern Purvavideha continent. He investigates with the knowledge gained from hearing. When beings arise who are not in accordance with the Dharma and do not follow the Dharma, the power of those fierce dragon kings becomes very great. They emit a great sound in the eastern Purvavideha continent, like the sound that occurs when a great mountain collapses. Having heard these sounds, the hearts of the people of the eastern Purvavideha continent do not become very soft, and some of them are afflicted by disease. Similarly, they also emit lightning, as if all ten directions are disturbed by a chain of flames, and those dragons that have entered the clouds transform into terrifying forms. The eyes are as large as chariot wheels, the body is like a black mountain, and all three heads emit fire, with the form of a dog and the form of a snake, various forms, and disgusting forms are seen. Having seen these, it is seen that these become obstacles for the people of the eastern Purvavideha continent. Then, the Bhikshu, knowing the ripening of karmic fruits, contemplates the northern Uttarakuru continent, which is like a second heavenly realm, other than the heavenly realm. Thinking, how will those fierce dragon kings cause harm to the people of the northern Uttarakuru continent? He investigates with the knowledge gained from hearing. Just as before, the people of the northern Uttarakuru continent always see lotuses, flowers that are always blooming, fragrant scents, and supreme joy. Having seen these, the people of the northern Uttarakuru continent become satisfied and happy. When beings arise who do not consider themselves Shramanas and do not consider themselves Brahmins, those fierce dragons will send down clouds as thick as mountains in the northern Uttarakuru continent, and as soon as those clouds appear, they will obscure the sun.
