It engages in pervasive conceptualization. Whether relying on desire, or relying on hatred, or even relying on ignorance, when the mind arises towards those things, the mind of one who has gone to that, the mind that has gone to that, does not think of other things. His mind becomes distracted. This third cause of heedlessness, by which beings are completely bound, and engage in evil deeds of body, speech, and mind. When that body is destroyed, they fall into improper paths and are born in the hells. This is the third cause that is corrupted by heedlessness. Furthermore, by the fourth cause of heedlessness, whatever beings are heedless, after the destruction of the body, they fall into improper paths and will be born in the hells. The cause of heedlessness, what is this so'u myo? For example, paying special attention to looking at goddesses. Also, seeing forms that are not true, they also rejoice, and the mind is shaken, so they are good at distinguishing. It engages in pervasive conceptualization. Also, with a mind that delights in stirring up disputes, it will engage in pervasive conceptualization in any way. They do not act well with body, speech, and mind. When that body is destroyed, they fall into improper paths and will be born in hell. This is the fourth cause of heedlessness. Furthermore, the fifth cause of heedlessness, for example, greatly liking gardens, or liking ponds, or liking forests near forests, or seeing liking lotus ponds, etc., joy arises towards them, and because of joy, they also extremely play and rejoice in them, and regard them as supreme. They do not think of virtuous things. They do not become mindful of equanimity, but rely on the heedless. Because they are awakened by heedlessness, after the destruction of the body, they fall into improper paths and will be born in the hells. Furthermore, the fifth cause of heedlessness, so'u myo, is to rely on evil friends, and by associating with them, they also learn the nature of those very kinds, and together enjoy the objects of enjoyment. They will engage in evil deeds. They will follow evil actions. Evil

Those who rely on friends but live with negligence, due to the fault of negligence, will fall into improper places after their bodies are destroyed, and will be born in hells. Furthermore, Söu Myo, the cause of negligence is like this: not engaging in various kinds of actions, but being of many minds. Not undertaking the good deeds of the body, being without certainty, and the mind not abiding anywhere. Therefore, one does not firmly undertake any one thing. All the actions of his body will only become lazy. All the ends of worldly and transworldly actions will decline. One does not give charity, does not do merit, and does not think about the things that should be well thought of. The decline of discipline, due to the causes of negligence, after the body is destroyed and death occurs, one will be born in hells. Furthermore, the sixth cause of negligence is like this: refuting the correct view, the four noble truths and the eightfold noble path, and becoming of the nature of improper views. Due to this negligence, his mind becomes negligent and distracted, and when the body is destroyed, he will fall into improper places and be born in hells. These are the sixth causes of negligence. Furthermore, due to the causes of negligence, one is always attached to various tastes, bound by various tastes, and also clings to them. The mind will tend towards this, having this nature, and becoming a person with this kind of mind. One will not think about other things even slightly, nor will one act well. One will not naturally become peaceful, nor will one be of a completely subdued nature. He is deluded by intense craving for various tastes, having such a disposition, and will not think even for a moment about the four things that should be done well: impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness. One does not do what is beneficial to oneself. Söu Myo, after his body is destroyed, he will fall into improper places and be born in hells. Thus, this becomes the seventh cause of negligence. Söu.

O wonderful, there is also an eighth cause of extreme heedlessness. Those who have attained this happiness cling to it for as long as it lasts, seeing it as permanent, stable, and true, but they do not understand that it is subject to change. Therefore, they do not practice well with body, speech, and mind. They do not know what is right and wrong. They are controlled by the suffering of falling into decline, and their minds do not enter the path. They do not even think about experiencing various forms of suffering separately in hundreds and thousands of realms of hell beings, hungry ghosts, and animals. Like trees, they do not seek a way to avert death. Those who are so attached to the evil pleasures that utterly destroy all beings in samsara, later, when the time of death arrives, crave the forms of attachment to evil enjoyments, which then burn them with the fire of regret. When the body is destroyed, they fall into the evil realms without means and are born in hell. O wonderful, there is also a ninth cause of heedlessness. Just as gods and humans, filled with desire, with minds attached to various pleasures, do not practice the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, nor are they of such a nature. They do not listen to their words, nor do they follow the noble disciples. They do not know what is right and wrong. They are not of a nature to repeat after them. They do not enter into practice. They show extreme fear to worldly people. They do not understand the suffering of decline, and those who are diminished from their own benefit and deceived by their own minds, when the body is destroyed, fall into the evil realms without means and are born in hell. O wonderful, these are not power, permanence, stability, and truth, but are subject to change. Just as the lord of non-contention, O wonderful, hundreds and thousands like you have appeared, but where have they all gone? Here, you are also only enjoying the fruits of your own actions, whether good or bad.
