The goddess, possessing her own light, with a large and beautiful form, adorned with beautiful ornaments, together with her attendants, entered the immeasurable palace and descended from the center of the sky. Entering the center of the sky, their clothes blown by the wind, they went to the summit of Mount Meru, Madatakaṭama, to enjoy the pleasures of the immeasurable palace. There, the shape of the immeasurable palace was beautiful, adorned with celestial lotus ponds and water lilies, the peaks of the seven precious mountains were clearly visible, adorned with unspun materials, excellent in every way, the abode of Madatakaṭama was unparalleled, extremely high and layered, which they could see. In them, they rejoiced and enjoyed all kinds of pleasures. As they were playing like that, suddenly, the radiance of all of them shone, and such a form of light appeared, resembling the color of the sun. Then, how the gods became extremely frightened and prostrated themselves, closing their eyes and falling down, such a light appeared, possessing a hundred thousand qualities. Such a form of light had never been seen before. That light also appeared and disappeared in an instant, just as a meteor falls in Jambudvipa, appearing and disappearing in an instant. Sentient beings also became very frightened, and similarly, those gods, seeing the appearance of that light, became frightened together with the retinue of gods, and then after a long time, they regained their breath. All of them who regained their breath were instantly greatly amazed, thinking: What made all of us frightened, and then that light disappeared again, what was that kind of light? Those greatly amazed gods went to the assembly hall of the gods, Sudharma, surrounded by the retinue of gods and goddesses. Those amazed and frightened gods went to where Indra was, and when they directly saw Indra, they bowed their heads, from all directions.
