将要衰败了。诸位天人也安住在极度放逸之中啊！安住在极度放逸之中，就以放逸为满足了。阿修罗的军队增长了，天人的军队衰减了。像这样，行持非法的人们，以非法的行为，不实行身语的七种戒律，凶暴，损害他人，不敬母亲，不敬父亲，具有非法，随顺非法，那些人死亡的时候，将要转生到有情地狱、饿鬼和阿修罗之中，比如，用砂砾填满的口袋口朝下，有力量的人怎样从口中倾倒出去一样，现在的人们也将要转生到有情地狱、畜生和阿修罗之中。如果出现行持善与非善的人们，他们那样稍微守护片面的戒律，稍微守护身体和语言，到那个时候，死亡的时候，一些将要转生到有情地狱、饿鬼和阿修罗之中，一些将要转生到天人之中，比如，在成熟的芒果树上，有力量的人用手臂环抱，那些芒果完全成熟的果实就会掉落，没有成熟的就不会掉落。同样，行持掺杂善业的人们，一些将要转生到天人之中，一些将要转生到有情地狱、饿鬼和阿修罗之中。当一切时候，大多数都是非法之众出现，不敬母亲，不敬父亲，不敬沙门，不敬婆罗门，不随顺种姓的长老，身体和语言的戒律稍微也不守护的时候，赡部洲的那些人死亡的时候，将要转生到有情地狱、饿鬼和阿修罗之中，到那个时候，阿修罗的力量增长，天人的力量完全衰减。对此，我也将要去天人和阿修罗的战场上作战，只有我能够获胜，其他的诸天不能。

It will decline. You gods also dwell in extreme carelessness! Dwelling in extreme carelessness, they are content with carelessness. The army of Asuras is increasing, and the army of the gods is decreasing. Like this, people who practice non-dharma, with non-dharma conduct, do not practice the seven kinds of precepts of body and speech, are violent, harm others, do not respect mothers, do not respect fathers, possess non-dharma, follow non-dharma, those people, at the time of death, will be reborn into the hells of sentient beings, pretas, and Asuras, like, a bag filled with gravel turned upside down, how a strong person pours it out from the mouth, so too, the people of now will be reborn into the hells of sentient beings, animals, and Asuras. If people who practice good and non-good appear, they thus slightly guard one-sided precepts, slightly guard body and speech, at that time, at the time of death, some will be reborn into the hells of sentient beings, pretas, and Asuras, and some will be reborn into the gods, like, on a ripe mango tree, a strong person embraces with his arms, those mangoes that are fully ripe will fall, and those that are not ripe will not fall. Similarly, people who practice mixed good deeds, some will be reborn into the gods, and some will be reborn into the hells of sentient beings, pretas, and Asuras. When at all times, most of the beings of non-dharma appear, not respecting mothers, not respecting fathers, not respecting ascetics, not respecting Brahmins, not following the elders of the lineage, not guarding even slightly the precepts of body and speech, at that time, those people of Jambudvipa, at the time of death, will be reborn into the hells of sentient beings, pretas, and Asuras, at that time, the power of Asuras will increase, and the power of the gods will completely decline. Therefore, I will also go to the battlefield of gods and Asuras to fight, only I can win, other gods cannot.
