Adorned. Completely decorated by skilled artisans. Beautified with various forms. When various pleasant sounds are emitted, the elephant going to the garden is extremely large, exceedingly pleasing to the eye, and extremely comfortable. The Brahmin and all the people are satisfied. 'Ah, Ema, this elephant is extremely comfortable and pleasant. Like a god, I should now become the king of elephants, who is always ridden by the king of the gods, Indra.' Such a thought arose in his mind. Due to the power of that generosity and the power of that action, he separated from his body and was born in the happy realm, in the thirty-three heavens of the higher realm, as the king of elephants who is always ridden by the king of the gods, Indra. Then, at that time, that monk spoke in this verse: 'Karma is like a painter, wherever it paints, it is by the great自在 of the mind, that it paints this there and there. With the difference of complete transformation, wherever it combines, those who wander in the cycle of the three realms, the mind abandons them there and there. All the actions of sentient beings depend on the mind to proceed, thus constantly taming the mind leads to the place of immortality. Difficult to approach and frivolous, it can fall anywhere, it is good if the mind is tamed, a tamed mind attains happiness. Whoever constantly tames the mind, that one constantly destroys sins, and suffering itself does not harm the steadfast one who has destroyed sins. Whoever suffers here, and whoever suffers elsewhere, all of them are due to the unbearable, this mind being frivolous and agitated. Gods and non-gods, flesh-eating dragons, hungry ghosts and rakshasas included, the one supreme lord is the mind, it is like the king of the three existences. The mind leads to the realms of the gods, the mind leads to the realms of humans, the mind leads to the evil realms, the mind makes beings wander. By the realms of uselessness, the mind that is confused and decayed, when driven by desire, abides in endless suffering. Always hidden in one action, difficult to approach and with great power, decaying and invisible.'

That is impermanent and quickly passes away. What is such a mind? The wise tame it. Those who have passed beyond the bonds of Mara, obtain the happiness of the other shore. Discrimination is unbearable and deceitful. It is unfathomable and wavering. A mind that relies on such a thing falls near the precipice of hell. Freed from those faults, the senses do not go under the control of objects. Not stained by sinful dharmas, one will be led to the immortal realm. The mind arises from causes and conditions. It enters the supreme yoga. By the power of rapid change, it also enters extremely. Thus, by doing karma, various fruits arise. One extremely subtle particle is used. It does not stay for a second instant. Its body and actions lead the world to whatever end. From which path will it go? It is difficult to know in all places. Where the body goes, stays, and acts, if its actions can be seen, then that yoga will not be seen. It is difficult to tame. Its body cannot be perceived either. The thoughts of all sentient beings are unbearable. It acts lightly and has no eyes. It sees sin and not doing sin. It is like an illusion. Its thoughts cannot be known, and its movement cannot be seen. In hundreds of lifetimes, it leads all beings. This cannot be cut by weapons, nor can it be burned by fire. All beings without eyes are cut and burned. Bound by the strong rope of karma, beings are bound with great suffering. In thousands of lifetimes, even if led, it cannot be seen. In an instant, it does good, and in an instant, it does evil. A mind that does good and evil, when tamed, becomes happy. Arising from the six gates, it intensely craves objects. The mind leads to the end of the world, and afflictions cannot be known either. Thus, the monk, seeing that great virtue has been transformed into small virtue, thinks, 'By what virtuous action does one become ordinary or another god?' Like this, it is said that it is due to the power of the mind being the main thing, and the power of the mind completely transforming, like seeing rebirth as an animal.
