Those guardians of the sentient hells pursue each of those sentient hell beings individually, and until their sinful actions are destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, hundreds of unbearable harms occur, just as previously described. Afterwards, those sentient hell beings will be liberated from that hell. After liberation, if due to karma that must be experienced for other times, they are not born as hungry ghosts or animals, but are born as humans with the same fate as humans, then the result of that karma, which has the same cause, will cause them to always be deceived by others, and all their possessions will be stolen. Any other actions of theirs will also become very difficult, and their words will not be believed by worldly people. Then, another bhikshu, knowing the ripening of karmic results, observes the surroundings of the great crying hell, and through the wisdom gained from hearing, he sees a sentient hell called "Crow-Beak Vajra." He wonders, which sentient beings will be born there? So he observes through the wisdom gained from hearing, and finds that those who kill, take what is not given, commit sexual misconduct, drink alcohol, and lie, always relying on, practicing, and greatly accumulating these evil deeds, when they die, fall into evil destinies and are born in the sentient hell called "Crow-Beak Vajra." There, all the sufferings of the sentient hells, such as the reviving hell, will occur. And a liar, if he enters the sangha and promises to prepare medicine for an illness, but does not give it, then after he dies, he falls into evil destinies and is born in the sentient hell called "Crow-Beak Vajra." There, these harms will occur: the actions done in the past will be cut, cut, and eaten by the "Crow-Beak Vajra." At the moment when the flesh is cut, in that same place, very, very tender flesh, as soft as a lotus, will grow again. In order to make them feel the most intense pain, that flesh will be pulled out and stripped off. Then, other very, very tender flesh will grow again.

Thus, those hell beings are eaten for hundreds of thousands of years by the crow's beak, which is like a vajra. Then, from liberation and from the sand, blazing iron arises, and it walks on that sand with its feet. Just as the ashes do not appear, so it burns them. Then, rising up, everything will arise again. Whoever speaks lies and speaks after evil, the liar speaks lies, he also arises again and again, and his own tongue eats himself. Here are verses: Nectar and poison reside on the tongues of men. Speaking the truth is nectar, the words of falsehood are like poison. Whoever desires nectar, he always abides in truth. Whoever delights in poison, he delights in the words of falsehood. The harm of poison is uncertain, but speaking falsely is certain. Whoever speaks falsehood first, that man will die. If falsehood does not benefit oneself, how can it benefit others? Whoever suffers, self and other, why do people rely on it? Thus, relying on falsehood, evil will become evil. There is no such suffering for man as from weapons and fire and cliffs. Seeing the taking of one body, death arises from poison. In thousands of past and future lives, the words of falsehood have been deceived. It exalts the noble family and adorns the lowly family. The one who shows the path of liberation, the truth is also clearly observed. When sentient beings are carried away by their own actions, by craving, the Tathagata declared that speaking the truth is supreme, like a ship. The world has no beginning and no end, bound by the rope of craving. Thus, there is no other refuge than truth, as known by those who are skilled in the Dharma. Just as a naked body is cut with a weapon, the truth always cuts off afflictions. Being struck with a weapon will cause crying, but the truth never cries. The one who benefits both worlds, the truth is called an inexhaustible treasure. It is the law of all Dharmas, and it is the supreme foundation of wealth. The virtue of truth is well cultivated, it is the great fruit of happiness. The wise abandon all evil.
