有肉者痛苦地出生，众多损害使之产生。他们的耳朵也充满了沸腾的熔化的金属，阎罗卒们用剃刀切割所有的肢体。名为塔拉拉瓦拉卡的虫子进入他们的肾脏和肠道中，尽情吞噬。外面进入极其黑暗的黑暗中，内外所有这些地方，由业力所造的燃烧的鳄鱼出现，它们吞噬着。口、指甲和牙齿像金刚一样锋利燃烧，切割所有的肢体，碾成粉末，像从筛子里倾倒沙子一样。他们从那里逃脱后，又进入燃烧的鳄鱼的腹中。就这样，他们在鳄鱼的腹中，数百万年，数亿年，在鳄鱼燃烧的腹中，无呼吸或呼吸微弱地被烧烤和烹煮。说谎者感受着剧烈的、灼热的、粗糙的感觉，由业力所致，说谎者自己的舌头引发燃烧，之后又被地狱众生的火焰完全焚烧。像这样，那些鳄鱼缠绕着所有的肢体，从口中吐出身体的粉末，然后又在外面被蓝色火焰焚烧。焚烧时，阎罗卒们用偈颂来揭示：此乃地狱众生的因，是说谎者的示现。往昔所造之因，徒劳发出哀号。火焰之中有最胜火，也能焚烧大海。何须说那些说谎的木头和石头，其自性相同。谁人舍弃真实，而致力于说谎，那就像舍弃珍宝，而追求罪恶的石头。谁不对我作恶，那人就喜欢地狱。谎言使自身产生火焰，不具智慧者才信奉它。真语是极好的发现，是所有有情众生的庄严。舍弃真实而说谎，无智者为何执着？真实是功德的至高本体，说谎是记忆的过失，是愚昧。

Those with flesh are born in suffering, and many harms cause them to arise. Their ears are also filled with boiling molten metal, and the Yama's servants cut off all limbs with razors. Worms called Tala Lalavaka enter their kidneys and intestines and devour them thoroughly. Outside, they enter into utter darkness, and in all these places inside and out, burning crocodiles created by karma arise, and they devour them. Their mouths, nails, and teeth are sharp and burning like vajras, cutting off all limbs, grinding them into powder, like sand poured from a sieve. After escaping from there, they enter into the bellies of the burning crocodiles. Thus, they remain in the bellies of the crocodiles for millions of years, hundreds of millions of years, being roasted and cooked without breath or with faint breath in the burning bellies of those crocodiles. Liars experience intense, scorching, and rough sensations, and due to the karma of lying, their own tongues ignite the burning, and later they are completely burned by the fire of hell beings. Like this, those crocodiles entwine all the limbs, and having made the body into powder, they spew it out from their mouths, and then they are burned again outside by blue flames. While burning, the Yama's servants reveal in verses: This is the cause of hell beings, the manifestation of liars. The cause previously created, they utter cries of despair in vain. Among fires, there is the supreme fire, which can even burn the ocean. What need is there to mention those lying wood and stones, whose nature is the same? Whoever abandons truth and strives to lie, it is like abandoning jewels and pursuing sinful stones. Whoever does not harm me, that one delights in hell. Lies cause fire to arise in one's own body, and those without wisdom adhere to it. True words are a well-found treasure, they are the adornment of all sentient beings. Abandoning truth and speaking lies, why do the unwise cling to it? Truth is the supreme essence of virtue, lying is a fault of memory, it is ignorance.

何故舍弃功德？为何完全奔向过失？众生恒常前往地狱，过失的果报是罪恶。你们与功德背道而驰，恒常安住于可憎的地狱。一切痛苦的种子，广为人知的是虚妄之语。如是安乐是真实，因此谁会说谎？说真话的人们，以一切有情之喜悦。与说谎之人背道而驰，因此谁会说谎？说真话的人们，如天神般恒常欢喜。地狱中如是愚昧者，同样以心说谎。善业未曾做，恶业做了许多，无边痛苦生起者，为何被罪恶完全折磨？善业的果报是美好，恶业使烦恼炽盛。有智慧的人即使做了恶业，也会随行善业。善业之中真谛最殊胜，过失之中同样是虚妄。舍弃过失寻求功德者，是人中之最胜者。安乐生起安乐的果报，以真谛得以完全成就。以真谛能获得安乐，以真谛能趋入寂灭。痛苦生起果实成熟，痛苦众多而炽盛。一切痛苦的尽头是虚妄，人们为何不舍弃？真谛不能以事物获得，也不能以烦恼获得，为何完全舍弃真谛后，喜欢说谎？从其他地方不会有真谛到来，那不在别处寻找。水上的台阶不是台阶，真谛是所有台阶中最殊胜的。灯中灯最殊胜，佛说那是真谛。药物中药物最殊胜，它能恒常消除痛苦。我们没有抓住罪恶，你们被愚昧的心所驱使。因为你们做了坏事，所以你们完全被折磨。众生生于地狱，因罪业清净而解脱。总是发出哭声的人，何时才能解脱？被自己的业所欺骗，愚昧的你们哭什么？孩童被自己的心所欺骗，无智的你们发出哭声。如是心

Why abandon merit? Why run completely towards faults? Sentient beings constantly go to hell, the result of faults is evil. You turn away from merit, constantly dwelling in the detestable hell. The seed of all suffering is widely known as false speech. Likewise, happiness is truth, so who would lie? Those who speak the truth are the joy of all beings. Turning away from those who lie, so who would lie? Those who speak the truth are always happy like gods. Those who are so ignorant in hell, likewise speak falsely with their minds. They have not done good deeds, and have done many evil deeds, those who give rise to endless suffering, why are they completely tormented by evil? The result of good deeds is good, evil deeds cause afflictions to blaze. Wise people, even if they have done evil deeds, will follow good deeds. Among good deeds, truth is the most supreme, and likewise, among faults, it is falsehood. Those who abandon faults and seek merit are the most excellent among people. Happiness arises, the fruit of happiness, is completely accomplished by truth. Happiness can be obtained by truth, and nirvana can be attained by truth. Suffering arises, the fruit ripens, suffering is abundant and blazes. If the end of all suffering is falsehood, why do people not abandon it? Truth cannot be obtained by things, nor can it be obtained by afflictions, why, after completely abandoning truth, do they delight in lying? Truth will not come from other places, it is not sought elsewhere. A step on water is not a step, truth is the most supreme of all steps. Among lamps, the lamp is the most supreme, the Buddha said that is truth. Among medicines, medicine is the most supreme, it always eliminates suffering. We have not grasped evil, you are driven by ignorant minds. Because you have done bad things, you are completely tormented. Sentient beings born in hell are liberated by the purification of sins. People who always utter cries, when will they ever be liberated? Deceived by their own actions, ignorant ones, what are you crying about? Children are deceived by their own minds, ignorant ones, you utter cries. Thus, mind
