Where does one fall? Sentient beings will be born in hell, in the garden of torches and smoke. There, these harms will occur, namely: there, a wind arises from karma, like a razor of torches, and that wind strikes those hell beings with mutual force, and strikes them intensely. When those bodies collide with each other, just as sand is poured from a sieve, so too those bodies are ground into powder. Again, they will be born by the power of karma, and as long as their sinful deeds have not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, they will experience all harm for hundreds of millions of years, namely: being cut by razors, and the feeling of fire, the feeling of disease, the feeling of weapons, and the feeling of salt, those feelings that are extremely hot, extremely terrifying, for as long as their sinful deeds have not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, they will experience them for hundreds of millions of years. Later, that hell being will be liberated from that hell, and even if liberated, due to the karma that will be experienced in other instances, they will not be born as pretas or animals, and if they are born as humans with the fortune to be with humans, then due to the result that is in accordance with that karma, they will be afflicted with tertiary syphilis, and it will be seen that they will always be afflicted with cold diseases. Then, monk, that one who knows the ripening of the fruits of karma, when he examines the surroundings of the great crying hell, he sees, with the knowledge arising from hearing, how the hell beings called the Lightning Mist Garden exist. He thinks, what kind of beings will be born there? He examines and sees that those who kill, take what is not given, and engage in sexual misconduct, always rely on, cultivate, and do these things extensively, just as before. Drinking alcohol, those who have a mind attached to external objects, if they are fed with a deceptive intention, after the body separates, they fall into evil destinies, and will be born in the hell of the Lightning Mist Garden. Those beings will suffer these harms, namely: that hell, in an area of two hundred cubits, is filled with the fire of hell beings, where the hell beings are seized and thrown in by the Yama's servants, starting from the feet.

将球等物抬起并融化。业之风使其再次产生，那火就像收集树叶一样，就像用绳子缠绕十方一样，将那些地狱众生缠绕，像灰烬一样消失不见地焚烧。又会产生，只要其罪业未被摧毁、舍弃和耗尽，就会那样焚烧数百万年。之后，他将从那个地狱中解脱，解脱后，如果因将在其他次数中体验的业而没有转生为饿鬼和旁生，而是与人有相同命运地转生为人，那么他因饮酒的因果关系，会在亚瓦那和巴利卡地方出生，并因使用而衰败，可见会被猛烈地使用。然后，另有比丘知道业的果报成熟，如果观察号叫地狱的处境，他会看到名为周遍思维的处境。在那里，众生思考着以何种业串习、修习而增多，会转生于何处呢？如果他观察，凡是杀生、不予而取、欲邪行，都和之前一样。饮酒是怎样呢？如果这些人因酒而心散乱，心想为了进入道路不会疲劳吧，为了进入道路的缘故，以及猎人为了快速去杀害山上的动物而喂食，那么他脱离身体后堕入恶趣，转生地狱

The spheres and other things are lifted up and melted. The wind of karma causes them to be reborn, and that fire is like gathering leaves. Just as the ten directions are wrapped with ropes, those hell beings are wrapped and burned in such a way that even ashes are not visible. They will be born again, and as long as their sinful deeds are not destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, they will be burned in that way for millions of years. Then, they will be liberated from that hell. After liberation, if they are not born as pretas and animals due to the karma to be experienced in other times, but are born as humans with the same fate as humans, then due to the causal effect of drinking alcohol, they will be born in the Yavana and Balhika regions, and will deteriorate due to use. It is seen that they will be used violently. Then, another monk who knows the ripening of the fruits of karma, if he examines the state of the wailing hell, he will see a state called "All-Around Thinking." There, the beings think, "By what karma, practiced and cultivated, will they increase and be born?" If he observes, whoever kills, takes what is not given, and commits sexual misconduct, it is the same as before. How is drinking alcohol? If these people are distracted by alcohol, thinking that they will not be tired of entering the path, for the sake of entering the path, and if hunters feed them in order to quickly go to kill mountain animals, then after separating from the body, they will fall into evil destinies and be reborn in hell.
