Therefore, the drinker of alcohol will do all bad things, because the mind that is equally abiding, thereby holding the accumulation of virtue, will be disturbed by alcohol. The disturbed mind cannot distinguish between what should be done and what should not be done. Therefore, it will cause all accumulations of non-virtue. Whoever pours alcohol, its cause will be non-virtuous, and as the cause is done, so will the result be accompanied by sin, and that harm will produce many very intense and very long-lasting harms. As long as his sinful deeds have not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, those beings In the Great Crying Hell, many sounds of great harm will be emitted, therefore that hell is called Great Crying. Those beings will be liberated later, and after liberation, if they are not born as hungry ghosts and animals due to the karma of needing to experience other times, and if they have a connection with humans, if they are born as humans, with the result that matches the cause, that person will become untamed, and will soon forget. Because his mind is unsound, he will become without enjoyment, and people will not be happy. His wealth will disappear, and he will have constant minor illnesses.

That crying sound, until the sinful karma is destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, is miserable and meaningless. Those sentient beings in hell will continue to emit crying sounds according to their own karma. They will later be liberated from hell, and after liberation, if they are not reborn as hungry ghosts and animals due to karma that needs to be felt other times, but are reborn as humans.
