So, what is internal? For this body, what is slightly internal, and the winds within each, the form of wind being light, light and moving being grasped and held. What are those? They are the upward-moving wind, the downward-moving wind, the outward-moving wind, the wind moving to the abdomen, and also winds like swords, needles, and weapons, wind tumors, worms, and the eighty winds that move together. These eighty winds follow the limbs and subtle limbs. For this body, there are also other internal and individual internal winds, the form of wind being light and moving being grasped and held, this is called the internal wind element. So, what is the external wind element? The external slightly is wind, the form of wind being light and moving not grasped not held, this is called the external wind element. So, the internal wind element and the external, all those manifestly gathered elements, are merely elements. Those are not mine. Those are not me. Those are not me and mine, not dwelt in by the maker, nor dwelt in by the feeler. Therefore, having seen these as they truly are with correct wisdom, one makes the mind free from desire for the wind element. This is a monk who manifests the blessing of wisdom. So, what is the space element? The space element is also of two kinds, that which exists internally and that which exists externally. So, for this internal body, what is slightly internal, and the space within each, the form of space being grasped and held, unclear and pervaded by the form of form, and the space opened up when what is eaten, drunk, chewed, and tasted enters internally, and the throat's pipe, the eye socket, the nostrils, the tongue's hole, the space opened up by the tongue for food to enter internally, this is called the internal space element. So, what is the external space element? Slightly not grasped not held, unclear and not pervasive, for example, the gaps between tree leaves, the holes of mountain caves, the gaps of mountain cave holes, the gaps of rivers, and all external
