Having made leftover food, saying that it was not made leftover like this, those also eat different foods because of faith. That evil person also repeatedly likes that, and also makes others very abide in that, but does not give alms, does not abide in morality, does not rely on the wise, does not act in accordance with the Dharma, if he repeatedly rejoices in the act of making leftover food, then after his death he will fall into evil destinies, and be born among the spit-eating pretas. Having been born there, his body is tormented by hunger and thirst, and he eats the discarded spit that is stained with dirt or touches the wall or is thrown on the ground, and thus obtains life, following after it, the refuge is that, the food is that, until the sinful karma is destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, he will appear there. He will later be liberated from that world of pretas, and after liberation, he will also be in accordance with that karma and cause, enjoying the fruits of his own karma, wandering around in samsara. If he is fortunate enough to be born as a human being equally with the people, then he will be poor, sickly, and have a rotten nose. He will often sweep dirt in the Sangha, and see that he lives by working and eating leftovers.

Able to show the way to the lost. If someone is born with an inherent negativity and curses that hungry ghost, then that ghost will harm that person, and people will say that this yaksha is one with great magical powers and strength. He obtains many garlands, and he will be very satisfied with this, and his body will not suffer from hunger and thirst. The world will also openly praise him, and he will always be extremely happy because of this. There, the hungry ghost who eats garlands will live as long as the sinful deeds, the small sins, are destroyed, abandoned, and not exhausted. Afterwards, he will be liberated from the world of hungry ghosts, and after liberation, just as the deeds he has done and the things that correspond to the cause approach, he will enjoy it and wander around in samsara. If he is fortunate enough to be reborn as a human being like a hundred people, he will become a garland maker, and he will see that through the thread and the end and the conclusion, his life will go smoothly. Then, the monk knows the ripening of the fruits of karma, and he observes the world of hungry ghosts. Through the wisdom born of hearing, he sees how in the world of hungry ghosts, there are hungry ghosts called blood-eating hungry ghosts, who live on blood. He wonders, which beings will be born here? He observes through the wisdom born of hearing that if someone drinks the blood of meat to strengthen his body, and likes that, and is fierce, jealous, and very stingy, deceives his children and wife, and kills living beings, having a habit of craving blood, then after he dies, he will fall into evil destinies and be reborn as a blood-eating hungry ghost. After being born there, he will also be born in the place created by himself, and people will say that he is a yaksha, and they will also make offerings to him. People will surround him from all sides and also make offerings with blood food, therefore, he is drunk from drinking blood and harms people. People will say again and again that this yaksha is one with great magical powers and strength, and in this way, people will pass it on from mouth to mouth. Life is also longer than before.

Just like that, as long as the sinful karma has not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, it will continue to perform as such a great magical power hungry ghost. If one is liberated from that, just as being in accordance with that karma and cause, gradually approaching from practicing one's own karma, one will completely wander in samsara. If one in a hundred is born as a human being with the same fate as humans, or is born as a woman, one will see that person become a dakini or a daka. Then, the monk, knowing the ripening of the fruits of karma, examines the world of hungry ghosts. With the wisdom arising from hearing, he sees how the beings called flesh-eating hungry ghosts exist in the world of hungry ghosts. Thinking from where they will be born, he examines with the wisdom arising from hearing. Whoever is overwhelmed by stinginess, if for the value of the dead meat of a cow, horse, deer, pig, or sheep, or cheating on the scales, sells it at a high price, then after separating from the body, falling into the evil path of evil destinies, he will be born among the flesh-eating hungry ghosts. He will be born as a yaksha in the places of crossroads, three-way intersections, markets, road junctions, scales, cities, and temples, knowing that his nature has become fierce. The hungry ghost with great magical power is not a very unpleasant evil deed either. He also gives thorny alms, and therefore becomes one with great magical power. Those ordinary people slaughter buffaloes, deer, snakes, sheep, etc., and make themselves very satisfied with meat. Like that, due to his wrongly created nature, as long as he has not destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted the evil karma of jealousy, he will continue to appear there. Afterwards, he will be liberated from that hungry ghost world, and after liberation, also like being in accordance with that karma and cause, the karma gradually approaches, following their respective karmas, he will completely wander in samsara. If one in a hundred, through good deeds, like a turtle entering a yoke hole, is born as a human being with the same fate as humans, one will see him become a flesh-eating butcher or a person who cuts meat. Then, the monk, knowing the ripening of the fruits of karma
