དང་གློག་འཁྱིལ་པ་ལྟ་བུས་སེམས་གཡོ་བའི་རླབས་ཀློང་ལྟ་བུར་འཁྱིལ་པ་དེའི་དུས་ཀྱི་མཐའི་ཤུགས་དབུ་བ་ལྟ་བུས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་པ་གནོད་པ་རབ་ཏུ་མང་བ་མཆི་མ་ཆར་ལྟར་གང་བར་ངུ་ཞིང་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་འདོན་ལ་ཆོ་ངེས་འདེབས། ཧ་ཧའི་སྒྲ་སྐད་ཀྱི་ཤུགས་དང་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཤུགས་ཆུ་རླབས་ལྟར་མང་བ་ཉེས་པར་བྱས་པའི་ལས་ཀླུའི་ཤུགས་ལྟ་བུས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆར་ལྟར་འབེབས་ཤིང་མནར་མེད་པ་ཟབ་མོར་བསྐལ་པའི་མཐའི་མེ་འབར་བའི་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་ཁོར་ཡུག་དང་ཆུ་བཙོས་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལྟ་བུར་མཐའ་མེད་ལ་མི་བཟད་པ་མཐོང་ནས། དགེ་སློང་དེ་ཡིད་བྱུང་སྟེ། འདི་ལྟར་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་དེ་སྨྲས་པ། སྲེད་པས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསླུས་བྱས་ཤིང་། །རྨོངས་པས་རྨོངས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དག །སྐྱེ་ཞིང་འཆི་བ་ཉམ་ང་བ། །འོག་ཏུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར། །མི་ཡུལ་ལས་ནི་དམྱལ་བར་འགྱུར། །དམྱལ་བ་ལས་ནི་ལྷ་ཡུལ་དུ། །མི་ཉིད་ལས་ནི་དུད་འགྲོར་འགྲོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡི་དགས་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར། །སེམས་ཅན་འདོད་ཆགས་དབང་སོང་བ། །རང་གི་ལས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་འཁྲུལ། །གཏི་མུག་ཞགས་པས་བཅིངས་པ་དག །སྲིད་པའི་མཚོར་ནི་རྣམ་པར་འཁྱམ། །འཁོར་བར་མི་ནི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདི། །རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་གོམས་བྱས་ཏེ། །དེར་ནི་རྒྱུ་དེ་གོམས་པས་ན། །ཇི་ལྟར་མཆོག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་མི་འགྱུར། །ལྷ་དག་བག་མེད་པ་ཡིས་ཉམས། །མི་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་བས་ཉམས། །ཡི་དགས་བཀྲེས་དང་སྐོམ་པས་ཉམས། །དུད་འགྲོ་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་ཟ་འོ། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དམྱལ་བའི་མེས། །ཡི་དགས་རྨོངས་པས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཉམས། །འཁོར་བ་ཁབ་ཀྱི་རྩེ་ཙམ་ཡང་། །བདེ་བ་ཉིད་ནི་ཅུང་ཟད་མེད། །རྨོངས་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་སྐྱེ་བོ་དག །སྡུག་ བསྔལ་ལས་ནི་བདེ་ལ་ཆགས། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདི་ལས་ཐར་བ་གང་། །ཡང་དག་ལམ་ནི་སྟོན་པ་མེད། །གང་དག་རྟག་ཏུ་ཆོས་མི་སྒྲུབ། །གང་དག་རྟག་ཏུ་བདེན་མི་སྒྲུབ། །བསམ་གཏན་རྟག་ཏུ་མི་སྒྲུབ་གང་། །དེ་དག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྲལ་མི་འགྱུར། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་དང་ཕ་རོལ་དུ། །རྟག་ཏུ་མ་འདྲ་ཕ་འདྲ་ཞིང་། །གཉེན་དང་འདྲ་ཞིང་སྒྲོན་འདྲ་བ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་ནི་ཆོས་བསྟན་ཏོ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཉེས་གསུམ་དབང་སོང་བ། །ཕུང་པོ་གསུམ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་དག །རྟག་ཏུ་ཁམས་གསུམ་དག་ཏུ་འཇུག །དེ་ནི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གསུམ་དང་ལྡན། །ལས་གསུམ་དབང་སོང་འཁྲུལ་པ་དག །དེ་ནི་ངན་སོང་གསུམ་ན་རྒྱུ། །སྲིད་གསུམ་ཆགས་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་དག །རིམ་པ་གསུམ་དུ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱུ། །གང་ཞིག་དཀོན་མཆོག

犹如旋绕的闪电，又如心中翻滚的波涛，在那时尽头的力量，如泡沫般，地狱众生遭受极大的损害，眼泪如雨般充满，哭泣着，发出哀嚎，发出悲鸣。哈哈的喊叫声的力量和内心的力量如水波般众多，造作罪恶的业力如龙的力量般降下痛苦之雨，无间地狱深处，劫末之火燃烧的力量，周围和水被煮沸一般，大苦恼的地狱众生，痛苦如大海般无边无际且无法忍受，见到这些后，比丘心生厌离，如此以偈颂说道：被贪欲完全欺骗，被愚痴蒙蔽的众生们，出生和死亡令人恐惧，堕入下方的世界中。从人间堕入地狱，从地狱堕入天界，从人身堕入畜生道，之后堕入饿鬼道。众生被贪欲所控制，被自己的业力迷惑。被愚痴的绳索束缚的众生们，在有之海中四处漂流。轮回中的人们，对这种痛苦，已经习惯了各种各样的形式。在那里，因为习惯了那个因，怎么会不再出生呢？天神们因放逸而衰退，人们因四处奔波而衰退，饿鬼们因饥渴而衰退，畜生们互相吞食。地狱众生被地狱之火焚烧，饿鬼们因愚痴而时常衰退。轮回哪怕像针尖一样小的地方，也没有丝毫的安乐。愚痴的心使人们，执着于从痛苦中获得的快乐。从这痛苦中解脱的方法是什么？没有导师指示正确的道路。那些经常不修习佛法的人，那些经常不修习真理的人，那些经常不修习禅定的人，他们不会脱离痛苦。在这个世界和另一个世界，总是不同又相同，像亲友一样又像明灯一样，佛陀宣说了佛法。总是被三种罪业所控制，众生从三个蕴中产生，总是进入三个界中，他们具有三种痛苦。被三种业力所控制而迷惑的众生，在那三种恶道中流转。对三有产生执着的众生，以三种次第流转。无论何者是珍宝。

Like swirling lightning, and like the waves churning in the heart, at the end of that time, the power, like foam, of sentient beings in hell suffering immense harm, tears filling like rain, crying, wailing, and lamenting. The power of the sound of laughter and the power of the mind, as numerous as waves, the karma of committing sins, like the power of dragons, rains down suffering like rain, and in the depths of the unbearable hell, the power of the fire burning at the end of the kalpa, the surroundings and water boiling as if, the suffering of the great hell beings, like an endless and unbearable ocean, seeing these, the monk became disillusioned, and thus spoke in verses: Completely deceived by craving, beings deluded by ignorance, birth and death are frightening, they fall into the lower realms. From the human realm they fall into hell, from hell they fall into the heavenly realm, from human form they go to the animal realm, then they fall into the hungry ghost realm. Sentient beings controlled by desire, are confused by their own karma. Beings bound by the noose of ignorance, wander in the ocean of existence. People in samsara, this suffering, have become accustomed to various forms. There, because they are accustomed to that cause, how can they not be born again? Gods decline due to carelessness, humans decline due to constant searching, hungry ghosts decline due to hunger and thirst, animals devour each other. Hell beings are burned by the fires of hell, hungry ghosts constantly decline due to ignorance. Even a place as small as the tip of a needle in samsara, there is not the slightest happiness. The ignorant mind makes people, attached to the happiness obtained from suffering. What is the way to be liberated from this suffering? There is no guide to show the right path. Those who do not always practice the Dharma, those who do not always practice truth, those who do not always practice meditation, they will not be free from suffering. In this world and the next, always different and the same, like relatives and like a lamp, the Buddha taught the Dharma. Always controlled by the three poisons, sentient beings arise from the three aggregates, always entering the three realms, they possess three sufferings. Beings deluded by the control of the three karmas, wander in the three lower realms. Beings attached to the three existences, wander in three stages. Whatever is the Jewel.
