If one repeatedly delights in that very place, then upon separating from the body, one will fall into evil destinies and be born in a sentient being hell, fraught with all kinds of suffering. Having been born there, all those sufferings that are gathered from the sentient being hell, the reviving hell, and so on, the seven of them, will all arise. In particular, what arises is this: for example, molten red copper is poured into the eyes of a hell being, causing them to melt completely. Similarly, when touching extremely burning sand, things as hard as vajras strike that eye, and holding it with the hand, one is pleased by the unbearable. Like that, whatever pleasure the eye experiences is completely melted by the touch of the sand. Then one will be born again, and again experience pleasure. An extremely burning axe is taken and both hands are cut off. Then one will arise again, falling into a half-pot that is extremely burning, and be cooked. Half of that is also split and cut with weapons. The ripening of having seen and abandoned the sacred Dharma with those two eyes is that. The ripening of having abandoned with the hand is that his hand is cut off. Whatever evil was practiced, that which was accumulated is being put inside a pot. When being cooked, the sharp and extremely burning beak of a bird pecks, pierces, and eats, and drinks the liquid on top. The remaining skin that went underneath, the half that was not put inside the pot, is chopped with an axe by the people of Yama. Having been split in half, it becomes extremely thin. Then it is also sprinkled with salty water. Piercing with a needle whose tip is sharp and extremely burning, it pierces the body in every possible place. His head is also completely spun by a wheel. Having escaped from that, one drinks the continuous flow of that which is completely melted. Like that, when he experiences suffering, as long as the evil deeds done and accumulated there, as long as the sinful deeds done and accumulated by him have not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, he will experience suffering. Afterwards, he will be liberated from that sentient being hell. Having been liberated, due to having a cause in common with that karma, he will be born for five hundred lifetimes among the hungry ghosts who eat smoke.
