Indeed, it naturally possesses the strength of a thousand elephants. It has a soft palate and is white in color, like snow and silver. It is like the elephant of Indra (བརྒྱ་བྱིན་, Sanskrit: Śakra, Sanskrit Romanization: Śakra, literal meaning: Able Lord). Other elephants, upon smelling its scent, do not dare to stay in front of it. It will fight in three places: water, land, and sky. It is endowed with perfect strength, capable of circling Jambudvipa three times in a single day. It can also be tied with a rope, and when a Chakravartin king rides the elephant named Elephant-Aware, it will be in accordance with the king's mind. Wherever the Chakravartin king intends to go, the Elephant-Aware will go even without being driven. It walks slowly, strides proudly, and moves its head. It is harmless and without disturbance, walking both ugly and beautiful. Even when it goes among children, it does not frighten them. It enters roads, crossroads, and courtyards, and when they go back and forth, even women can tolerate touching it. It is fierce in battle, and when at peace, it can be tied with a rope. These are the qualities of the king's elephant. If a Chakravartin king achieves these seeds of a Chakravartin by practicing each of the ten virtuous paths of action, what need is there to mention fully following all ten virtuous paths of action? Thus, the yogi sees the fourth treasure of the Chakravartin, the Elephant Jewel, with divine sight. Then, what qualities does the horse jewel of the Chakravartin king possess? Practicing the ten virtuous paths of action, abandoning extra harmful thoughts, abiding in the desire to benefit all the world like parents. Furthermore, how does the seventh householder jewel arise? How many qualities does the householder jewel have? The practitioner in Yoga practice, observing and abiding in the Dharma, through knowledge gained from hearing, or seen with the divine eye. The qualities of the householder jewel who listens to the king's commands are these: for example, vajra, towering jewels, emeralds, corals, and other jewels, in cliffs, dangerous places, remote mountains, and other unsuitable places, even if not told, they can be fully filled, and the jewels will not be exhausted. What need is there to mention gold and silver? The wealth of this householder jewel is very stable, without deception, without hypocrisy, not harming others, making all beings happy, this is the householder jewel. Thus, the king who possesses the seven jewels is the door to the four abodes of humans, and also to the two classes of nagas and gods, and the four great kings.

The merit of the near-treasure is this: it is good, not fierce, without punishment, and without weapons chasing, but all the people of the kingdom will submit. This is the merit of the sword near-treasure. What is the merit of the leather near-treasure? The leather treasure comes from the ocean. When it is produced, merchants will offer it to the king. Its merits are these: It is the leather of a dragon from the ocean, five yojanas in width and ten yojanas in water. It is not wetted by rain, not moved by wind, and not burned by fire. It warms when it is cold, and cools and comforts when it is hot. Wherever the Wheel-Turning King and his retinue go, the minister treasure will carry it. Just as each does their own work, it does all the work of the king's retinue's household.
