པ་ནི་གང་གི་ཚེ་ལམ་དུ་ཞུགས་པ་ལ་ཆུ་དང་བྲལ་བ་དེའི་ཚེ། སྐོམ་པས་གདུངས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཆུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་དང་ལྡན་པ་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་ལ་དེས་སྐོམ་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་སེལ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། འདི་ནི་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གཉིས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གསུམ་པ་ནི་གང་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོས་བསམས་པ་ནོར་བུ་དེ་ལས་འབྱུང་སྟེ། འདི་ནི་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གསུམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བཞི་པ་ནི། ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེའི་ཆ་རེ་རེས་འོད་ཀྱི་ཁ་དོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་གཏོང་སྟེ། སྔོན་པོ་དང་། སེར་པོ་དང་། དཀར་པོ་དང་། དམར་པོ་དང་། བཙོད་ཀའི་ཁ་དོག་ལྟ་བུའོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ་པ་ནི་ནོར་བུ་དེ་གང་ན་འདུག་པ་དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱར་ཉེ་བ་དག་གི་ནད་མེད་པར་འགྱུར། རྟག་ཏུ་ཡིད་མཉམ་པར་གཞག་པ་དང་དེའི་འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་འབྲས་བུ་མེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དྲུག་པ་ནི་ཀླུ་ངན་པས་ཆར་མི་བཟད་པ་མངོན་པར་དབབ་པར་མི་ནུས་སོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བདུན་པ་ནི་མྱ་ངམ་དང་། གཡང་ས་དང་། དགོན་པ་དང་། ཤིང་ལྗོན་པ་དང་། ཡུལ་དང་བྲལ་བ་རྣམས་ཤིང་ལྗོན་པ་དང་། མཚེའུ་དང་། ཚལ་དང་། པད་མ་དང་། ནགས་ཚལ་དང་། ནེའུ་གསིང་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ནོར་བུ་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བརྒྱད་པ་ནི་མི་གང་ཡང་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཆི་བར་མི་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། དུད་འགྲོའི་འགྲོ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དུད་ འགྲོའི་འགྲོ་བ་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་གནོད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །མི་འཐུན་པས་ཡང་མི་འཐུན་པ་ལ་གནོད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཏེ། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ནེའུ་ལེ་དང་། སྦྲུལ་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ་ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་ལྡན་ནོ། །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེའི་གནོད་སེམས་སྤངས་པ་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ནི་དེའི་བུ་ཡང་སྟོང་ཐམ་པར་འབྱུང་སྟེ། དཔའ་ཞིང་རྟུལ་ཕོད་ལ་ཡན་ལག་མཆོག་གི་གཟུགས་དང་ལྡན་པ། ཕ་རོལ་གྱི་སྡེ་མངོན་པར་འཇོམས་པ། བསམ་པའི་རྗེས་སུ་འཇུག་པ། ཆོས་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་འཇུག་པ། རིགས་འཐུན་པ། འཁོར་གྱི་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དགའ་ཞིང་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་ཆགས་པ་དག་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་གཞན་ཡང་གནོད་སེམས་སྤངས་པས་གསུམ་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་འཁོར་ལོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཇི་ལྟར་འབྱུང་ཞེ་ན། རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྤྱོད་པ་ནང་གི་ཆོས་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་ལྟ་ཞིང་གནས་པ་དེས་

Furthermore, when one enters a path devoid of water, for those tormented by thirst, a great water endowed with eight branches will arise, and it will eliminate all those thirsts. This is the second virtue of that jewel. Moreover, the third virtue of that jewel is that whatever the wheel-turning king thinks arises from that jewel. This is the third virtue of that jewel. Furthermore, the fourth virtue of that jewel is that it transforms into eight branches, and each part of it emits various colors of light, such as blue, yellow, white, red, and the color of madder. Furthermore, the fifth virtue of that jewel is that wherever that jewel is located, those within a hundred yojanas will become free from illness. They always maintain a peaceful mind, and all their desires will not be without fruit as such. Furthermore, the sixth virtue of that jewel is that evil nagas cannot cause unbearable rain to fall. Furthermore, the seventh virtue of that jewel is that deserts, cliffs, solitary places, trees, and places separated from villages will become abundant with trees, lakes, gardens, lotuses, forests, and lush meadows. Furthermore, the eighth virtue of that jewel is that no one will die untimely, nor will they fall into the animal realm, and the beings of the animal realm will not cause harm either. Discordant ones will not harm discordant ones, such as mongooses and snakes, it is endowed with those eight great virtues. The result of that wheel-turning king abandoning harmful thoughts and ripening virtuous actions is that he will have a thousand sons, who are brave and steadfast, possess excellent physical forms, are able to completely destroy enemy armies, follow his intentions, possess dharma and follow dharma, are of pure lineage, and all their retinues are joyful and naturally attached to him. Through wisdom arising from hearing, or observing with the divine eye, one sees that the precious wheel possesses five qualities. They are as follows: Made of gold from the Jambu River, measuring five hundred yojanas in size, having a thousand spokes, and appearing as beautiful as a second sun in the world. This is its first quality. Furthermore, the second quality of the precious wheel is that it travels unimpeded in the sky for a hundred thousand yojanas in a single day. Furthermore, the third quality of the precious wheel is as follows: Wherever the Chakravartin king wishes to go—to the western Godaniya, the eastern Purvavideha, the northern Uttarakuru, or the abodes of the Four Great Kings—this wheel with a thousand spokes travels in the sky. Through its power, his army, including elephant troops, horse troops, chariot troops, and infantry, all travel together in the sky. Furthermore, the fourth quality of the precious wheel is that it helps the Chakravartin king to hear in places where he cannot hear. Furthermore, the fifth quality of the precious wheel is that it makes no demands; upon seeing it, all kings or ministers who are Dharma friends of a king who possesses and follows the Dharma offer everything. Thus, the precious wheel possesses five qualities. The three great precious objects have been described. Then, how does the fourth precious object of the Chakravartin king—the precious elephant—arise in the world for those who have abandoned harmful thoughts and practice virtuous deeds? The yogi who abides in the Dharma within, observing and following the Dharma, sees through wisdom arising from hearing or with the divine eye: The elephant that becomes the precious elephant of a Chakravartin king who is in accordance with and follows the Dharma is intelligent, extremely obedient, able to conquer the enemy, and has seven well-formed limbs. They are as follows: The four limbs and tail are not deficient, the testicles are located in the groin, and the trunk is well-formed. These and so on, its seven limbs are all very well established on the earth. It is very powerful.
