ང་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་འདི་ལྟར་རླུང་ཤིན་ཏུ་དྲག་ཅིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྩུབ་ལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་པ་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་མགྱོགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ལྡང་ལ། གང་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་དག་གི་ལུས་སོ་སོར་ཁྱེར་བར་བྱེད་དེ། ཇི་ལྟར་རླུང་ཆེན་པོ་ ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་ཅིང་རྩུབ་པས་རས་བལ་གྱི་སྤུའམ། སྤུའི་སྣོད་གློངས་ན་སྤུ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གདགས་པ་ཡང་མི་མངོན་པར་ཁྱེར་རོ། །གང་གིས་ཁྱེར་བའི་རས་བལ་དེ་དག་གི་སྤུ་རྣམས་རླུང་དེས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་བདས་ཤིང་ཁྱེར་བ་ཕན་ཚུན་ཐུག་པ་དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་དག་གི་ལུས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བའི་རླུང་སྤུ་གྲི་ལྟ་བུ་དེས་འདི་ལྟར་བྱེ་མའི་ཚད་ཙམ་དུ་ཡང་མི་མངོན་པར་ཁྱེར་རོ། །གང་གིས་ལུས་དེ་དག་སྤུ་ཙམ་དང་ཉུང་ངུ་ཉུང་ངུར་བྱེད་དེ། ཡན་ལག་དང་ཉིང་ལག་ཐམས་ཅད་གདགས་པར་ཡང་མངོན་པར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །ལས་ངན་པ་བྱས་པས་ཡང་ལུས་དེ་དག་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟར་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་དེའི་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་བཅོམ་ཞིང་སྤངས་ལ་ཟད་པར་མ་བྱས་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་ཡང་འདོད་ཆགས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་ཁྱེར་རོ། །ཡུན་རིང་མོ་ཞིག་འདས་ནས་གལ་ཏེ་བརྒྱ་ལ་དེའི་རླུང་གི་གནོད་པ་ལས་ཐར་ན་དེ་ལ་བྱི་བ་མཆེ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡོད་པ་འབྱུང་ལ་གང་དེའི་རྐུབ་ཡུངས་འབྲུ་ཙམ་དུ་རློག་སྟེ། བརླགས་ནས་ངུ་སྐད་འདོན་བཞིན་དུ་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ཟོས་ནས་རྒྱུ་མ་དག་ཟའོ། །ལོང་ཀ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཟའོ། །ལོང་ཀ་དེ་དག་ཟོས་ནས་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་ལ་དེའི་རྒལ་ཚིགས་ཟ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་དེའི་ལས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་ལོ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་དུ་མར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་གལ་ཏེ་དེ་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ཡུན་རིང་མོ་ཞིག་འདས་ནས་གལ་ཏེ་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དེ་ལས་ཐར་ནས་དེ་གར་བབ་བབ་ཏུ་འབྲོས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་རང་གི་ལུས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་སྲོག་ཆགས་མར་ཀོ་ཏ་ཀ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གང་ཞིང་དེའི་རྐུབ་ཀྱང་དེ་ནས་འཆའ་ཞིང་ཟའོ། །དེ་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་དེའི་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་བཅོམ་ཞིང་སྤངས་ལ་ཟད་པར་མ་བྱས་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་སྲོག་ཆགས་མར་ཀོ་ཏ་ཀ་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་བཟད་པས་ངུ་བར་བྱེད་དེ། འོ་དོད་འབོད། སྒྲ་སྐད་འབྱིན། སྨྲེ་སྔགས་འདོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཕྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཐར་ནས་ཀྱང་ལས་དེ་དང་རྒྱུ་འཐུན་པའི་འབྲས་བུས་ཚེ་རབས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དུ་མར་ཡི་དགས་རང་གི་ཤ་ལ་ཟ་བར་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་ ཏེ། ཇི་ལྟར་དེའི་ཚེ་དེས་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་བུད་མེད་མ་ཡིན་པ་ལ་མི་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པས་ར

在那之上，特别出现的是，狂风极其猛烈、极其粗暴、极其难忍，以迅猛的力量刮起。那狂风会将地狱众生的身体各自卷走。犹如狂风 极其难忍且粗暴地吹拂棉毛，或者在装棉毛的容器中，棉毛的痕迹也会消失无踪。被卷走的棉毛，被狂风吹向四面八方，相互碰撞，同样，地狱众生的身体，被地狱如剃刀般的狂风吹拂，甚至连沙粒般大小的痕迹也消失无踪。那狂风将身体变得如毛发般细小，肢体和细微之处也完全无法辨认。由于造作恶业，那些身体又会重新出现。如此，直到罪恶之业被摧毁、舍弃并耗尽之前，仍然会因贪欲的驱使而如先前一样被卷走。经过漫长的时间，如果万幸能从狂风的伤害中逃脱，就会出现牙齿如金刚般的鼠类，它们会啃食那众生的臀部，使其变得如芥子般大小。啃食殆尽后，便会发出哭声吞食。吞食之后，又会吞食肠子。所有的盲肠也会被吞食。吞食那些盲肠之后，又会出现在背后，吞食脊椎。如此，由于业力的作用，那地狱众生将经历数百万年的痛苦。如果他能从中逃脱，经过漫长的时间，如果能从烦恼中解脱，就会四处逃散。然后，自身身体所生的生物——麻尔郭达嘎会充满他的身体，并且从那里开始啃食他的臀部。如此，直到罪恶之业被摧毁、舍弃并耗尽之前，麻尔郭达嘎的众生会因难以忍受的痛苦而哭泣，发出哀嚎，发出声音，发出悲鸣。之后，那地狱众生将从中解脱，解脱之后，也会因与那业力及原因相符的果报，在数千世中转生为饿鬼，吞食自己的血肉。 就像他那时对非自己之妻行不净行一样。

Above that, what especially occurs is this: a wind arises, extremely violent, extremely rough, extremely unbearable, endowed with swift force. That wind carries away the bodies of those hell beings individually. Just as a great wind, extremely unbearable and rough, blows cotton or wool, or in a container of cotton or wool, even the traces of the cotton or wool disappear without a trace. The hairs of the cotton or wool that are carried away are blown by that wind in all directions, colliding with each other. Similarly, the bodies of those hell beings are blown by the wind of hell, which is like a razor, to the point that even traces the size of sand grains disappear without a trace. That wind makes the bodies as small as hairs and tiny, so that even the limbs and minor parts are not visible. Having done evil deeds, those bodies will appear again. Thus, as long as that sinful karma has not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, they will be carried away as before, under the influence of desire. After a long time, if by chance one escapes from the harm of that wind, there will appear mice with teeth like vajras, and they will gnaw at the buttocks of that being, making them as small as mustard seeds. Having gnawed them away, they will eat them while crying. After eating that, they will eat the intestines. All the cecums will also be eaten. After eating those cecums, they will appear on the back and eat the vertebrae. Thus, due to the power of that karma, that hell being will experience suffering for hundreds of thousands of years. If he manages to escape from that, after a long time, if he is liberated from that affliction, he will flee wherever he lands. Then, creatures born from his own body, the Markotakas, will fill his body, and from there they will gnaw and eat his buttocks. Thus, as long as that sinful karma has not been destroyed, abandoned, and exhausted, those Markotaka creatures will cry out in unbearable pain, wailing, making sounds, and uttering laments. Later, that hell being will be liberated from that hell, and after being liberated, due to the result that matches that karma and cause, he will be born as a hungry ghost for thousands of lifetimes, eating his own flesh. Just as at that time he engaged in impure conduct with a woman who was not his own wife.
