ང་། འདོད་པའི་ཁམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་ཆུ་ཤིང་གི་སྙིང་པོ་མེད་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། གཟུགས་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་འདུ་བྱེད་མི་རྟག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། གཟུགས་མེད་པའི་ཁམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་འདུ་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། བསམ་གཏན་ལ་དགའ་བ་དང་བདེ་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བདག་མེད་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདོད་པ་རྣམས་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདའ་བ་ཞི་བར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ལམ་ངན་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བས་ལྟ་བ་དེ་དག་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་མི་མཛེས་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། གཟུགས་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་རོ་སྔོན་པོར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། སྒྲ་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་བྲག་ཅ་འབྱུང་བ་དང་ཟད་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། དྲི་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་རླུང་དུ་རྟོག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། རོ་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་མི་མཛེས་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། རེག་པ་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་མི་གཙང་བའི་ཡན་ལག་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་མེད་པ་རྣམས་བྱམས་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། གཏོང་བ་མེད་པ་རྣམས་སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྔ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། གཏི་མུག་གིས་བསྒྲིབས་པ་རྣམས་ཁ་ཏོན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། འདུལ་བ་རྣམས་འཕགས་པའི་རིགས་ལ་དགའ་བར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདུལ་བ་རྣམས་རིམ་གྱིས་སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུས་པར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། འདུ་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མངོན་པར་སྤྲོས་པ་རྣམས་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དེ་དག་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ།། །།བམ་པོ་ལྔ་པ། གཞན་ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་ལྷ་དང་མིར་སྐྱེ་བར་བསམ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་ཐེག་པར་བསམ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་བཞི་དང་ལྡན་པར་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པ་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །རང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཐེག་པར་བསམ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་རྟེན་ཅིང་འབྲེལ་པར་སྨྲ་བ་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པ་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་ཞུགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དྲུག་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཐོག་མར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པ་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་སེམས་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཕ

我,对于完全舍弃欲界者,善加修习如水树无髓;对于完全舍弃色界者,善加修习诸行无常;对于完全舍弃无色界者,善加修习一切行皆是痛苦;对于完全舍弃禅定之乐与安乐者,善加修习诸法无我;对于贪求轮回痛苦者,善加修习寂静涅槃;此外,对于完全舍弃恶道者,善加修习十善业道,从而使这些见解得以平息。对于完全舍弃悦意之人者,善加修习不净;对于完全舍弃对色的贪执者,善加修习青瘀;对于完全舍弃对声音的贪执者,善加修习岩石崩裂和消亡;对于完全舍弃对气味的贪执者,善加修习观想为风;对于完全舍弃对味道的贪执者,善加修习各种不净之物;对于完全舍弃对触觉的贪执者,善加修习三十二种不净身分;对于没有慈悲心者,善加修习慈爱;对于没有布施者,善加修习五大布施;对于被愚痴所蒙蔽者,善加修习诵读;对于调伏者,善加修习喜好圣者之种姓;对于调伏痛苦者,善加修习次第一心专注;对于以一切行显现者,善加修习如幻,从而使这些烦恼得以平息。第五品。此外,对于想要转生为天人和人类的众生,使他们修习十善业。 对于想要成为声闻乘者,使他们修习忆念具足四圣谛。对于想要成为独觉乘者,使他们修习忆念缘起。对于已正确进入大乘的众生,使他们修习六波罗蜜多。对于初发心者,使他们修习殊胜意乐,不退转之心。对于众生

I, for those who have completely abandoned the desire realm, thoroughly cultivate the absence of essence in water trees; for those who have completely abandoned the form realm, thoroughly cultivate the impermanence of all conditioned things; for those who have completely abandoned the formless realm, thoroughly cultivate that all conditioned things are suffering; for those who have completely abandoned the joy and happiness of meditation, thoroughly cultivate that all phenomena are without self; for those who desire the suffering of samsara, thoroughly cultivate the peace of nirvana; furthermore, for those who have completely abandoned evil paths, thoroughly cultivate the path of the ten virtuous actions, thereby pacifying those views. For those who have completely abandoned pleasing individuals, thoroughly cultivate ugliness; for those who have completely abandoned attachment to form, thoroughly cultivate bluishness; for those who have completely abandoned attachment to sound, thoroughly cultivate the occurrence and cessation of echoes; for those who have completely abandoned attachment to smell, thoroughly cultivate contemplating it as wind; for those who have completely abandoned attachment to taste, thoroughly cultivate various unpleasant things; for those who have completely abandoned attachment to touch, thoroughly cultivate the thirty-six impure components; for those without compassion, thoroughly cultivate loving-kindness; for those without generosity, thoroughly cultivate the five great donations; for those obscured by ignorance, thoroughly cultivate recitation; for those who are disciplined, thoroughly cultivate delight in the noble lineage; for those who subdue suffering, thoroughly cultivate gradually gathering the mind into one-pointedness; for those who manifest through all conditioned things, thoroughly cultivate illusion-like appearances, thereby pacifying those afflictions. Fifth chapter. Furthermore, for sentient beings who wish to be born as gods and humans, cause them to cultivate the ten virtuous actions. For those who wish to be hearers, cause them to cultivate mindfulness of the four noble truths. For those who wish to be self-enlightened ones, cause them to cultivate mindfulness of dependent origination. For sentient beings who have correctly entered the Great Vehicle, cause them to cultivate the six perfections. For those who have initially generated the mind of enlightenment, cause them to cultivate the superior intention, the irreversible mind. For sentient beings
