Obtaining a human body becomes easy, one will become dull, become ignorant, have incomplete eyes, incomplete hands, incomplete feet, eat food that dogs enjoy, eat food from dung heaps, sleep in mud and rags, live in pastures, monasteries, and highways, and after dying from there, will again be born into the hells of sentient beings. Why is its undesirable result so heavy? This is because the evil-doing bhikshu steals the houses, fields, gardens, servants, maids, and livestock, etc., that are dedicated to those who abide in the Dharma, and enjoys them entirely for himself. Because such an evil-doing bhikshu strives to make the Dharma of all the arising, wondrous and marvelous Tathagata Bhagavan disappear, be destroyed, cut off, and perish. Similarly, he strives to make the lineage of the Three Jewels disappear to perish. Why is that? Because the side of virtue is complete, and the Dharma and the lineage of the Three Jewels are also distinguished by the side of virtue, therefore, its own undesirable result of maturation is heavy and manifest. Then, the elder Kashyapa, shedding tears, said: Venerable Bhagavan, even if one does not obtain a human body, one does not begrudge it. To make a wrong living for the sake of eating and drinking after ordination is not so. The Bhagavan said: Great Kashyapa, it is just so. Just as it is said, where those sentient beings whose previous karmas are exhausted, it is easy to dwell in hell. Here, where one practices other actions, it is not so. However, some foolish people, having obtained a human body that is difficult to obtain, obtain the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya, where all suffering will be exhausted, and all defilements will be ended, the wondrous and marvelous ordination.

Difficult to obtain and the possessions of a fully ordained monk, yet those foolish people will not be honored because of it, and will be separated from food and drink, completely considering the yoga of the non-virtuous side, those faithful people of the royal caste, Brahmins, Vaishyas, and Shudras, for the sake of the monks who abide in the Dharma, those endowed with qualities, to enjoy, and in order to be in accordance with the virtuous side, after such dedication, that evil-doing monk, by the power of much learning or by the power of dwelling at home, seizes the enjoyment and close use dedicated to them, and himself completely enjoys it with the perception of a person, the wrong-doing of that foolish person will be like that. Then, the Blessed One, King Formidable, said to the Blessed One: Venerable Blessed One, if a monk who abides in the Dharma, endowed with qualities, seizes the enjoyment and close use dedicated to them in this way, and himself completely enjoys it, then such an undesirable result of ordination will arise. If I were to give an example, if someone were to live at home, seize the enjoyment and close use dedicated to the monks who abide in the Dharma in this way, and himself completely enjoy it, then how much accumulation of non-merit would he possess? The Blessed One said: Great King, stop, what are you saying these things for? He replied: Venerable Blessed One, for the monks who abide in the Dharma, endowed with qualities, I will give enjoyment and close use, I will not seize it. However, in the future, there will appear unbelievers of the royal caste, Brahmins, Vaishyas, and Shudras, who do not fear the next world, seizing the enjoyment and close use dedicated in this way to the monks who abide in the Dharma, endowed with qualities, and themselves
