Demons and, thieves and robbers, and the path of poisonous snakes, etc., all the meritorious ones who have purified all demons should not go. If one goes there intentionally, it is a fall. Sons of the Buddha, arrange yourselves in order like this! Those who received the precepts earlier should sit first, and those who received the precepts later should sit later. Do not look at age. Bhikshus and bhikshunis, virtuous ones and monks, kings and princes and the poor, slaves, etc., those who received the precepts earlier should sit first, and those who received the precepts later should sit later in order. Like foolish bad people, whether old or young, without order of precedence, that is the nature of the mediocre and slaves. In my Buddha's teachings, the first sits above, and the last sits below. If a Bodhisattva does not arrange himself in order according to the Dharma, it is a fall. Sons of the Buddha, always teach and subdue all sentient beings, build monasteries, build temples for Buddha images in mountains and, gardens and, fields, as places for practicing discipline and meditation in winter and summer, and places for pure construction. For the sake of all sentient beings, Bodhisattvas explain the Mahayana Dharma and the texts of the precepts, or when there is an epidemic, or the demons of the country, or the demons of the enemy, or parents and, siblings and, Khenpos, etc., at the time of their initial death, or on the third seventh day, or the fourth seventh day, or the fifth seventh day, or the seventh seventh day, for them explain the Mahayana texts and, the precepts, hold offering ceremonies, and pray for obtaining virtuous merit. When going back and forth, doing meritorious deeds in the sea of the living, but being burned by great fire, carried away by great water, capsized by great black wind, and hostile demons of rivers, lakes, and seas, etc. All sins and demons and retribution, leading to the seven unpardonable sins, eight demons, hands bound, feet bound and falling, and being tightly bound by iron and body, full of lust and anger, full of ignorance and stupidity, and harmed by enemies of many diseases, all of these should practice the Mahayana.

Regarding the words of the Dharma, and after upholding the precepts and reciting, explain them. If a newly learning Bodhisattva does not act in this way, it is a downfall. These nine precepts should be learned, and respectfully and constantly upheld. It is also extensively explained in the chapter on the Dharma of Equality. The Buddha instructed the Buddha's son: Buddha's son, if you are to bestow precepts on someone, you must not discriminate or choose. Kings and princes, great ministers and ordinary ministers, monks and nuns, laymen and laywomen, male and female homosexuals, the eighteen heavens of the form realm, the six heavens of the desire realm, those without faculties, those with two faculties, dwarfs, male slaves, and gods, nagas, and so on, all beings are eligible to receive precepts. Those who wear Dharma robes on their bodies should show that they change color and make them conform to the Dharma. The colors are yellow, blue, black, and red. Even bed sheets should be changed in color. All clothes worn on the body should be dyed and changed in color. In all places, the clothes worn by people, the clothes of all monks should be different from those of ordinary people. Initially, when bestowing the precepts, the Khenpo should ask: Have you committed the seven heinous sins in this life? A Bodhisattva who is a Dharma master should not bestow precepts on someone who has committed the seven heinous sins. These seven heinous sins are: drawing blood from the body of the Buddha, killing one's parents, Khenpo, and Acharya, destroying pure precepts, and killing an Arhat who turns the wheel of Dharma. If one has committed these seven sins and conceals them, then one should not be given precepts. Other than that, all beings can be given precepts. The Dharma of ordination is such that one does not prostrate to the king, nor to one's parents, nor show respect to the six kinds of relatives, nor prostrate to gods and demons. If a Dharma master who knows the language comes from a thousand miles away and asks for the precepts, if the Bodhisattva Dharma master generates evil thoughts and anger, and does not give precepts to all sentient beings, it is a downfall.
