་གཟེབ་དང་སྣོད་བྱས་ཏེ། ནང་དུ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་གླེགས་བམ་གཞུག་གོ །དེ་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བཞིན་དུ་རི་མོ་མ་བྱས་ན་ལྟུང་བའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བུ་རྟག་པར་སེམས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྐྱེད་དེ། ཡུལ་མཁར་དང་ཁང་ཁྱིམ་མོ་ཅོག་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ནོ་ཅོག་ནི་མཐོང་ན་ཁྱེད་ལ་སོགས་པ་སེམས་ཅན་ནོ་ཅོག་ཐམས་ཅད་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱོགས་ཤིང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བཅུ་ནོས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོ་བའི་རིགས་སོ། །བྱོལ་སོང་གི་ཁམས་ཤིག་ནའང་སེམས་ལ་བསམ་ཁར་སྨྲས་ཏེ། ཁྱོད་ནི་བྱོལ་སོང་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སེམས་སྐྱེད་ཅིག་ཅེས་བསམ་ཞིང་བྱའོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ནི་རི་ལུང་དབྱེ་ཐང་ག་ལ་གནས་ཀྱང་རུང་སྟེ། སེམས་ཅན་ནོ་ཅོག་ཀུན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སེམས་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱོས་ཤིག །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་ཅན་མ་བསྟན་མ་བཅོས་ན་ལྟུང་བའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བུ་རྟག་པར་བསྟན་ཅིང་བཅོས་པའི་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཆོས་བྱེད་པ་དང་། ཡ་རབས་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྦྱིན་བདག་དང་། འདུ་བ་མང་པོའི་ནང་དུ་འགྲེང་ལ་གོས་སྐྱ་བོ་གྱོན་ཏེ་ཆོས་བཤད་ དུ་མི་རུང་ངོ་། །གོས་སྐྱ་བོ་གྱོན་པ་འདུ་བ་མང་པོའི་ནང་དུ་ཆོས་བཤད་ན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མཁན་པོ་ནི་ས་མཐོན་པོར་འདུག་ལ། སྤོས་དང་མེ་ཏོག་གིས་ཡོན་གསོལ་ཏེ། མཐའ་བཞིར་ཉན་པའི་རྣམས་དམའ་བ་ན་འཁོད་ལ་གུས་པར་མཉན་ཏོ། །ཕ་མ་ལ་སྲི་ཞུ་མི་འགལ་བར་བྱ་བ་དང་། སློབ་མས་མཁན་པོ་ལ་བྱ་བ་བཞིན་ཆོས་ལ་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་གུས་པར་བྱའོ། །བྲམ་ཟེ་མེ་ལྷ་ཅན་ཆོས་བྱེད་པ་བཞིན་གུས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་མ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཆོས་འཆད་པ་པ་ཆོས་བཞིན་དུ་མ་བཤད་ན་ལྟུང་བའོ། ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཐེ་ཙོམ་མེད་པའི་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཁྲིམས་ནོས་ཤིག །རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་རྒྱལ་བུ་དང་སློབ་མ་སྡེ་བཞི་དང་། བདག་མཐོ་ཞིང་བཙན་སྙེམས་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་དང་། ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བཤིག་ལ་ནན་ཏུར་གྱིས་ཆོས་བྱས་ཏེ། ངའི་སློབ་མ་རྣམ་བཞི་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ཞིང་ཆོས་བྱེད་པར་མི་སྟེར་ཏེ། བགེགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་དང་། མཆོད་རྟེན་འཛུགས་ཤིང་ཆོས་དང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཡི་གེར་འདྲིར་མི་སྟེར་ཏེ། དཀོན་མཆོག་འཇིག་ཅིང་དེ་ལྟ་བུར་ཆེད་ཀར་ཆོས་འཇིག་པ་ནི་ལྟུང་བའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བུ་དགེ་བའི་སེམས་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་ཤིག །ལེགས་པའི་མིང་སྙན་པ་འདོད་པ་དང་། གསོ་བའི་ཁེའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། བློན་པོའི་མདུན་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་བདུན་གྱི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བཤད་དེ། དགེ་སློང་དང་དགེ་སློང་མ་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་

做成匣子和容器，里面放进佛法的文字和戒律的经卷。如果不对它做如佛法一样的画像，是堕落的。佛子应当时常广发大心，前往城镇和房屋等所有地方，如果见到一切众生，就告诫说：你们等一切众生都皈依三宝，受持十戒！即使在畜生道中，也要心里想着并说出来：你即使是畜生，也要发起菩提心！菩萨无论住在山谷平原何处，都要令一切众生发起菩提心！菩萨不教导、不调伏众生，是堕落的。佛子应当时常生起教导和调伏的大悲心来行法，以及在贤良等施主和众多集会中，站立着穿灰色衣服说法是不允许的。如果穿灰色衣服在众多集会中说法，说法的法师坐在高处，用香和花供养，四面听法的人坐在低处恭敬听闻。对于父母，应不违背地侍奉，如同弟子侍奉堪布一样，对于佛法也应如此恭敬。如同婆罗门侍奉火神一样恭敬。如果不这样做而说法，或者不如法宣说佛法，是堕落的。一切佛子都应以无疑的信心受持戒律！对于国王、王子和四部弟子，以及自视高贵而骄傲的人，如果他们破坏佛法和戒律，强行行法，不让我的四类弟子出家和行法，或者阻碍建造佛像和佛塔，以及抄写佛法和戒律的文字，破坏三宝，像这样特意破坏佛法是堕落的。佛子应精进于行持善心！为了获得好的名声和利益，在国王和大臣面前宣说七佛的戒律，对于比丘和比丘尼，菩提心

Having made boxes and containers, put inside the scriptures of Dharma texts and precepts. If one does not make a picture of it like the Dharma, it is a downfall. A son of the Buddha should always generate a vast mind, and go to all places such as towns and houses. If one sees all sentient beings, one should advise them: "All of you sentient beings should take refuge in the Three Jewels and uphold the ten precepts!" Even in the realm of animals, one should think in one's heart and say: "Even if you are an animal, generate the mind of Bodhicitta!" A Bodhisattva, no matter where they dwell, whether in mountains, valleys, or plains, should cause all sentient beings to generate the mind of Bodhicitta! If a Bodhisattva does not teach or tame sentient beings, it is a downfall. A son of the Buddha should always generate great compassion of teaching and taming, and practice the Dharma. And among virtuous patrons and many assemblies, it is not permissible to stand and wear gray clothes to teach the Dharma. If one wears gray clothes and teaches the Dharma in many assemblies, the Dharma teacher should sit in a high place, and make offerings with incense and flowers. Those who listen on all four sides should sit in a low place and listen respectfully. One should serve one's parents without contradicting them, and one should respect the Dharma in the same way that a disciple serves a Khenpo. One should respect it as a Brahmin respects the fire god. If one does not do so and teaches the Dharma, or if one does not explain the Dharma according to the Dharma, it is a downfall. All sons of the Buddha should uphold the precepts with unwavering faith! If kings, princes, the four classes of disciples, and those who are high-minded and arrogant, destroy the Buddha's Dharma and precepts, and forcibly practice the Dharma, and do not allow my four kinds of disciples to ordain and practice the Dharma, or obstruct the building of Buddha images and stupas, and the copying of Dharma and Vinaya texts, destroying the Three Jewels, destroying the Dharma intentionally in this way is a downfall. A son of the Buddha should strive to practice virtuous thoughts! For the sake of desiring a good name and fame, and for the sake of gain, one should explain the precepts of the Seven Buddhas in front of kings and ministers, and for monks and nuns, the Bodhicitta.
