Lato. The protectors, the lords of the world, Their hidden language is extremely difficult to understand, For that fearless Bodhisattva, Puts on armor. The lazy and the small-minded, Cannot fully understand the intention. For the sake of hidden language, Therefore, one should strive diligently. The protectors, the lords of the world, When one understands their intention, At that time, that wisdom, Will be engaged in thoroughly practicing hidden language. Thus realizing this is enlightenment, Which is attained by the Bodhisattva. By speech, enlightenment is emptiness, Enlightenment also empties speech. Not knowing emptiness as emptiness, One also speaks of emptiness as emptiness. The cessation of all speech, Is thoroughly taught as emptiness. The sky is always ungraspable, There is no grasping in this. Whatever has no grasping, Know that as emptiness. Those who mindfully change their abode, Thus they will understand emptiness. Those wise ones in this place, Will not be completely confused. Then, in that assembly, five million monks, arising with the thought of following with faith, rose from their seats and gathered, and in front of the Blessed One, spoke this verse: Lord of the world, unsurpassed, Buddha, we have no doubts. Whatever you have contemplated and taught, We will abide in supreme enlightenment. Then, having heard the verses of those monks, Other than those, another five million monks, arising with the thought of following the Dharma, rose from their seats and gathered, and sat before the Blessed One, and spoke this verse: You say those who follow the Dharma, Thinking and fully revealing the field, Those have no doubts, We have obtained the light of enlightenment. Then, having heard the verses of those monks, Other than those, another ten million monks, arising with the thought of the eighth consciousness, rose from their seats and gathered, and sat before the Blessed One, and spoke this verse: Whatever thought of the eighth consciousness, We destroy those consciousnesses. By what is the eighth consciousness spoken, We understand that intention. Then, having heard the verses of those monks, Other monks arose with the thought of entering the stream, ten million

Eleven myriads of monks arose from their seats and gathered, and having approached the Blessed One, they spoke this verse: In all ways, we have obtained light today in the Buddha's Dharma. Because we have relied on entering the stream, we understand that intention. Then, having heard that verse of those monks, other monks who perceived themselves as once-returners, a hundred thousand in number, arose from their seats and gathered, and having approached the Blessed One, they spoke this verse: We were attached to once-returning, today we have no attachment, Holy One, we have no elaboration. Then, having heard that verse of those monks, monks who perceived themselves as non-returners, eighty-five million in number, arose from their seats and gathered, and having approached the Blessed One, they spoke this verse: Holy among humans, protector of the world, we have no elaboration. Having crossed over from the abyss, today we have also obtained light for enlightenment. Then, having heard that verse of those monks, for monks practicing the four dhyanas, fifty million in number, arose from their seats and gathered, and having approached the Blessed One, they spoke this verse: Today there is nothing at all, and we have also completely realized the nature of reality. For the equality of the nature of illusion, all vehicles are equally known. Then, having heard that verse of those monks, monks who had newly and correctly entered the vehicle, twenty thousand in number, arose from their seats and gathered, and having approached the Blessed One, they spoke this verse: For the sake of liberating sentient beings, with what intention did you speak of the Hearer Vehicle? We understand that intention, is it true or false? Then, having heard that verse of those monks, monks who perceived themselves as Pratyekabuddhas, five thousand in number, arose from their seats and gathered, and having approached the Blessed One, they spoke this verse: The inconceivable Pratyekabuddhas, with what intention did the Victorious One speak? For us Pratyekabuddhas, today it has become manifest. Then, having heard that verse of those monks, nuns who perceived themselves as stream-enterers
