ཏོ། །བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ཅག་དེང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བསམ་པ་ངེས་པར་དམ་བཅའ་བར་འཚལ་ཏེ། འཁོར་བར་འཁོར་བ་འདི་ཕན་ཆད་ནས་ནམ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བཟོད་པ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་རྒྱལ་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །བློན་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཡུལ་གྱི་སྟོན་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གྲོང་རྡལ་དང་། གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དང་། གྲོང་འདབ་ཀྱི་བདག་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དམག་ལ་དབང་བའི་བདག་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚོང་དཔོན་དུ་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །མཆོད་པ་དང་། གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་ལ་དབང་བའི་བདག་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚོང་དཔོན་དང་། ཁྱིམ་བདག་དང་། དགེ་སྦྱོང་གི་བདག་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སློབ་དཔོན་དང་བླ་མར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཁྱིམ་པའི་ལུས་སུ་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཞལ་ཆེ་གཅོད་པའི་དབང་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཕྱུག་པ་དང་བཙན་པའི་བདག་པོར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་ཅག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བཟོད་པ་མ་ཐོབ་པར་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་གནས་སུ་སྐྱེས་ན་དེ་ཉིད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་ལ་མི་དགེ་བའི་རྒྱུར་འགྱུར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བའི་སྡིག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱེད་པས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པའི་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་འཕྱ་ཞིང་སྐུར་བ་ཞེས་བགྱིའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་འཚེ་ཞིང་གནོད་པ་བགྱིད་པའོ། །སེམས་ཅན་མང་པོའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མིག་འབྱིན་པའོ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་གདུང་རྒྱུན་གཅོད་པའོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཚད་མེད་པ་ལ་གནོད་པ་དང་འཚེ་བ་བགྱིད་པའོ། །དེའི་དབང་གིས་གདོན་མི་འཚལ་བར་མཚམས་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་སྟེ། ངན་སོང་དུ་འཁོར་བ་ལས་ཐར་པའི་དུས་མ་མཆིས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ཅག་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་དག་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་གསོལ། དེའི་ཚེ་འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དེར་འདུས་པའི་ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། དྲི་ཟ་དང་། མི་དང་། མི་མ་ཡིན་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་མཆི་མ་བླགས་ཏེ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་བཏུད་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ཅག་ཐོག་མ་མ་མཆིས་པ་ནས་འཁོར་བར་འཁོར་ཞིང་གླེན་པ་དང་། མི་ཤེས་པ་དང་། ང་རྒྱལ་གྱི་དབང་གིས་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྐྱེད་དེ། ལུས་ཀྱི་ལས་མི་དགེ་བ་དང་། ངག་གི་ལས་མི་དགེ་བ་དང་། ཡིད་ཀྱི་ལས་མི་དགེ་བ་བདག་གིས་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། གཞན་བགྱིད་དུ་སྩལ་བ་དང་། མཐོང་བ་དང་ཐོས་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའི་སྡིག་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་དེང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཤིན་ཏུ་འཛེམ་

托！ 尊者薄伽梵，我等如今在薄伽梵尊前，决心立下誓言：从此以后，直至未获得法的堪忍之前，莫转生为国王！莫转生为大臣！莫转生为地方的导师！莫转生为城镇、城市、村落的主人！莫转生为掌管军队的主人！莫转生为商人！莫转生为掌管供养和寺庙的主人！莫转生为商人和、居士和、 出家人的主人！莫转生为导师和上师！莫转生为在家人的身体！莫转生为判决诉讼的权威！莫转生为富人和强者的主人！我等未获得法的堪忍之前，若转生到那样的地位，那本身就被称为会成为对佛陀教法不利的因素，因为会造作极大的罪恶，会嘲笑和诽谤薄伽梵所说的神圣之法。会对佛陀教法中的出家人造成伤害和损害。会挖出众多有情众生的法眼。会断绝三宝的传承。会对无量有情众生造成损害和伤害。由于它的力量，必定会堕入无间地狱，而没有从恶趣轮回中解脱之时。薄伽梵，为了您慈悲我等，祈请加持这些愿望。那时，聚集在坛城中的所有天神、龙族、夜叉、乾闼婆、人和非人等，都从座位上站起来，用头顶礼薄伽梵的莲足，流着眼泪，合掌恭敬地向薄伽梵祈请说：尊者薄伽梵，我等从无始以来就在轮回中流转，由于愚痴、无知和傲慢的力量，造作了一切不善之业，即身体的不善之业、语言的不善之业和意的不善之业，自己所造作的、劝他人造作的、以及对于所见所闻随喜的罪业，所有这些罪业，如今在薄伽梵尊前深深地忏悔。

To! Venerable Bhagavan, we now make a firm vow before the Bhagavan: From now on, until we have not obtained the forbearance of the Dharma, may we not be reborn as kings! May we not be reborn as ministers! May we not be reborn as teachers of the land! May we not be reborn as masters of towns, cities, and villages! May we not be reborn as masters who control armies! May we not be reborn as merchants! May we not be reborn as masters who control offerings and monasteries! May we not be reborn as merchants, householders, and masters of renunciates! May we not be reborn as teachers and lamas! May we not be reborn in the body of a householder! May we not be reborn as authorities who judge lawsuits! May we not be reborn as masters of the rich and powerful! If we are reborn in such a position before we have obtained the forbearance of the Dharma, that itself will be called a cause of harm to the Buddha's teachings, because it will create great sins, and will ridicule and slander the sacred Dharma spoken by the Bhagavan. It will harm and injure those who have gone forth into the Buddha's teachings. It will pluck out the Dharma eyes of many sentient beings. It will cut off the lineage of the Three Jewels. It will harm and injure countless sentient beings. By its power, one will inevitably fall into the Avici Hell, and there will be no time to be liberated from the cycle of suffering. Bhagavan, out of your compassion for us, we beseech you to bless these aspirations. At that time, all the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, humans, and non-humans, etc., gathered in that mandala, rose from their seats, bowed their heads to the lotus feet of the Bhagavan, shed tears, and with palms joined respectfully, supplicated the Bhagavan, saying: Venerable Bhagavan, we have been wandering in samsara since beginningless time, and due to the power of ignorance, unknowing, and arrogance, we have created all non-virtuous deeds, that is, non-virtuous deeds of body, non-virtuous deeds of speech, and non-virtuous deeds of mind, those that we have done ourselves, those that we have encouraged others to do, and the sins of rejoicing in what we have seen and heard, all these sins, we now deeply regret before the Bhagavan.
