以地的慧眼观察一切世间，未来之时，在此佛土，无数无量百千万亿之多的，种姓低贱者，婆罗门低贱者，大臣低贱者，家主低贱者，商主低贱者，沙门低贱者，犹太种姓和，民众种姓和低贱者的男子或女子等，彼等生起微小善根，虽已获得人身，然依止不善知识，生起邪见，以罪恶不善之业，摧毁我无上甚深正法。不令我的教法广大，令广大者消亡，不生起信心。诽谤诋毁我所宣说的声闻乘之圣法，制造障碍和阻碍，不令广大。其次，诽谤诋毁我所宣说的独觉乘之圣法，制造障碍和阻碍，不令广大。其次，诽谤诋毁我所宣说的无上乘之圣法，制造障碍和阻碍，不令广大。其次，对于我教法中的出家众，无论是法器还是非法器，生起嗔恨，辱骂和呵斥，诅咒，以各种言辞寻衅滋事，诽谤诋毁，宣扬有功德者的过失，如是怀着诅咒之心进行伤害，制造各种损害。如是，未成为圣者法器之人，乃是真实愚痴和愚昧之自性者，以些微知识而自满的傲慢者，此人从此处命终之后，立即堕入三恶道，感受无数难以忍受的巨大痛苦。在无数百千万亿劫的时间里，难以获得人身，如是广说如上所述。种姓之子，此有情住于无间有情大地狱中，虽感受巨大痛苦，然轻易获得如此罪恶之身，我慢

Having observed all the worlds with the eye of the earth, in the future, in this Buddha-field, countless, immeasurable, hundreds of thousands of millions of noble families with degraded castes, Brahmins with degraded castes, ministers with degraded castes, householders with degraded castes, merchants with degraded castes, ascetics with degraded castes, Jewish lineages, common people and men of degraded castes, or women, etc., those who have generated small roots of virtue, although they have obtained a human body, rely on non-virtuous friends and generate perverse views, and with sinful non-virtuous actions, they destroy my unsurpassed sacred Dharma, which is extremely profound. They do not cause my teachings to flourish. They destroy those that have flourished and do not generate faith. They revile and slander the sacred Dharma of the Hearer Vehicle that I have taught, create obstacles and hindrances, and do not cause it to flourish. Furthermore, they revile and slander the sacred Dharma of the Solitary Realizer Vehicle that I have taught, create obstacles and hindrances, and do not cause it to flourish. Furthermore, they revile and slander the sacred Dharma of the Unsurpassed Vehicle that I have taught, create obstacles and hindrances, and do not cause it to flourish. Furthermore, they generate hatred, scold, rebuke, and curse those who have become ordained in my teachings, whether they are vessels of Dharma or not, and seek opportunities to harm them with various words. They revile and slander, proclaim the faults of those with qualities, and likewise, they inflict harm with a mind of cursing, and create various kinds of harm. Thus, those who have not become vessels of the Dharma of the noble ones are truly foolish and of the nature of ignorance. Those who are arrogant and conceited with a little knowledge, as soon as they pass away from here, will fall into the three lower realms and experience immeasurable and unbearable great suffering. For countless hundreds of thousands of millions of eons, it will be difficult to obtain a human body, and so on, as explained above in detail. Son of lineage, that sentient being dwells in the great hell of uninterrupted sentient beings, and although experiencing great suffering, easily obtains such a sinful body, arrogance.

不是被懒惰所征服，追随罪恶的友伴，造作不善之业而流转于轮回，极其难以解脱，恒常于轮回中被痛苦所煎熬。那时，那个眷属的坛城中，具有大智慧的无量无数的众生从座位上站起，以头顶礼世尊之足，在世尊所在之处合掌，流着眼泪向世尊如此禀告：尊者世尊，如此这般，世间的这些众生，即使获得了极其难以获得的人身，也完全舍弃了信心。完全舍弃了清净的愿望。完全舍弃了清净的信奉和清净的见解。完全舍弃了善知识。完全舍弃了吉祥的时节、吉祥的处所和清净的戒律。完全舍弃了清净的禅定和清净的智慧。这些众生虽然获得了极其难以获得的人身，却因愚痴无知和傲慢的支配，如前所说的一切沉重罪业都造作，诽谤诋毁世尊的圣法，对世尊的教法中出家的近事造成伤害和损害。我等如今在世尊面前以一心一意立下清净的誓言。我等如今从今以后，从这轮回流转直到未获得解脱之间，不与那样的罪恶朋友相见，不造作那样的罪恶之业，不诽谤佛陀的圣法，不对出家之人造成损害，不夺取众生的法眼，不断绝三宝的传承而立下誓言。世尊，为了您慈悲我等，恳请您垂念我等所立下的誓言。那时，那个眷属的坛城中，具有智慧的无量无数的众生，成千上万亿兆，从座位上站起，以头顶礼世尊之足，合掌恭敬地向世尊如此禀告

It is not that they are overcome by laziness, follow evil companions, and revolve in samsara by doing unwholesome deeds. They are extremely difficult to liberate and are constantly tormented by suffering in samsara. At that time, in that mandala of attendants, immeasurable and countless beings with great wisdom rose from their seats, bowed their heads at the feet of the Bhagavan, and with palms joined together where the Bhagavan was, shedding tears, they spoke to the Bhagavan as follows: Venerable Bhagavan, in this way, these sentient beings of the world, even though they have obtained the human body which is extremely difficult to obtain, completely abandon faith. They completely abandon pure aspirations. They completely abandon pure devotion and pure views. They completely abandon virtuous friends. They completely abandon auspicious times, auspicious places, and pure morality. They completely abandon pure samadhi and pure wisdom. Although these sentient beings have obtained the human body which is extremely difficult to obtain, due to ignorance and the power of arrogance, they commit all the heavy sins mentioned above. They revile and slander the sacred Dharma of the Bhagavan, and they harm and injure the ordained attendants of the Bhagavan's teachings. We now make a pure vow with one-pointed minds before the Bhagavan. From now on, from this cycle of samsara until we attain liberation, we will not meet such evil friends, we will not commit such evil deeds, we will not slander the sacred Dharma of the Buddha, we will not harm the ordained, we will not deprive sentient beings of the eye of Dharma, and we vow not to cut off the lineage of the Three Jewels. Bhagavan, for the sake of your compassion for us, please remember the vows we have made. At that time, in that mandala of attendants, immeasurable and countless wise beings, hundreds of thousands of billions, rose from their seats, bowed their heads at the feet of the Bhagavan, and with palms joined together respectfully, they spoke to the Bhagavan as follows.
