Therefore, cutting off (offerings to the Sangha) will cause one to fall into the great hell of incessant suffering, which the wise should completely avoid. Furthermore, son of good family, in the past there was a king named Great Merit. That king was so compassionate that he did not like to kill even those who had committed crimes punishable by death. At that time, a wise minister said to the king: "King, please do not be upset. The king will not incur the sin of killing, and the executioner will not have to kill. There is a way to kill that person." After saying this, the great minister placed the person who was to be killed in front of a fierce bull. Then, the fierce bull grabbed the person with its nose, lifted him up, and threw him to the ground. When the bull saw that the person was wearing red clothes, it thought they were monastic robes and developed pure faith. It gently placed him on the ground and, feeling remorse, prostrated to him. It wiped the person's feet with its nose, and with respect and affection, gazed at him without blinking. When the great minister saw this, he ran and told the king about it. When the king heard this, he was shocked and amazed. He then decreed that everyone should henceforth respect the Three Jewels. As a result, the king also abandoned killing and ruled the entire Jambudvipa. Look, son of good family, even a fierce bull who was born in the animal realm in the past did not commit evil deeds because of his respect for monastic robes. In the future, kings of low caste, ministers, householders, merchants, monks, Brahmins, and others who are malicious and without compassion will commit even greater evil deeds than the fierce bull. Those foolish people do not have faith or respect for those who have renounced in my teachings and become vessels of Dharma, or even those who are not vessels of Dharma, who have shaved their hair and beards and wear monastic robes. Instead, they harm them, scold and rebuke them, beat and quarrel with them, imprison them, and even deprive them of their livelihood. Whether in the past, future, or present,

All the great transgressions taught by all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are contrary to them, burning the roots of virtue and cutting off the lineage, they will inevitably fall into the great hell of uninterrupted suffering, therefore the wise should avoid them. If from the Candala of the royal lineage to the Sramana and Brahmin Candala, they possess these three wheels of sin, by that cause and condition, the gods, nagas, yakshas, etc. who protect the country, all those who have pure thoughts and unwavering faith in the Three Jewels, from the Candala of the royal lineage to the Sramana and Brahmin Candala, generate anger and hatred towards those Candalas, and even as the scriptures say, the Candala of the royal lineage and ministers, householders, merchants, and Sramanas, Brahmins, etc., all those Candalas, before long, their limbs will be cut into pieces, pus and blood will flow from their mouths, and they will suffer extremely unbearable pain and heat, and after death they will also fall into the great hell of uninterrupted suffering. Son of the lineage, moreover, in the future, in this Buddha-field, the Candala of the royal lineage and ministers, householders, merchants, and Sramana, Brahmin Candala, etc., relying on evil friends, with small roots of virtue and attachment, and even as it is said, those who have not seen the suffering of the next life, steal the property of the Sangha of the four directions, the property of the monastery, the property dedicated to the monastery, the gardens, the property dedicated to the gardens, the fields and pastures, the property dedicated to the fields and pastures, and the men and women belonging to the use of each monastery, robbing property and livestock, clothes and food, cushions and beds, medicine for diseases, and other various illegal supplies. Thus, for the property offered to the Sangha of the four directions, those who have discipline, have merit, practice diligently, and are diligent for both learners and non-learners

From... to the monks who have attained the ultimate fruit, all pure offerings are given to them. From the low-caste king to the ascetics, and the low-caste Brahmins, those low-caste people rely on power and forcibly seize. They do not give offerings to monks who uphold the precepts and are completely pure, but give them to those monks who have broken the precepts and practice evil, those monks who live at home and do secular work, some people enjoy them together, some people enjoy them alone. When those monks who have broken the precepts hear these things, some people enjoy them together, some people enjoy them alone, some people give them to lay people, and they enjoy them together. For these reasons, the gods, nagas, and yakshas who protect the country, those who have pure minds and firm faith in the Three Jewels, are angry with those low-caste people from the low-caste king to the ascetics, and the low-caste Brahmins, and generate hatred, and thus increase, those low-caste kings, ministers, lay people, merchants, ascetics, Brahmins, etc., soon their limbs will be cut off, they will be speechless for a long time, suffer extremely unbearable diseases and the great suffering of fever, and after death they will not be devoured by ghosts, and will fall into the Avici Hell.
