如雨般宣说殊胜之法，成办利益和安乐之事。种姓之子，我如是具有这第八法轮，依此法轮之力，以利益和安乐之事，将无量众生安置于安乐无畏之境。以无畏故，我安住于大仙之位，转动佛之法轮，降伏天魔等一切外道邪说者，于众多眷属之轮中，发出狮子吼。种姓之子，譬如刹帝利种姓，从顶上灌顶的伟大君王，如其所愿，对于我境内的众生之种姓、血统、有何技能、做何事业之事物、从此命终后生于何处、善恶因果之差别不一，皆能彻底了知。众生生于谁家，是勇猛胆大，还是懦弱胆怯，学习工巧技艺是熟练还是不熟练，做什么事业，是行善还是作恶，是富裕强盛还是贫穷危险，是美丽还是丑陋等等，从知晓开始到命终之间，一切皆知，谁是业未尽而死，谁是业尽而死，谁是违背国王法律而被杀，谁是被敌人所杀，谁是被鞭打而死，谁是被囚禁于监狱而死，谁是为了学习工巧技艺而死，谁是在与敌对者交战的战场上而死，谁是争斗打架而死，谁是为了守护财物而死，谁是因贪欲之故而死，谁是因愤怒怀恨而死，谁是因劳累过度而死，谁是因饥饿而死，谁是因罪过之过失而死，谁是无过失而死，谁是年老体衰而死，谁是壮年之时而死，谁是年幼孩童之时而死，谁是做了诸多善业之后而死，谁是做了诸多不善业之后而死，这些也都完全知晓。任何众生

Like rain, he teaches the supreme Dharma, accomplishing the benefit and happiness of beings. Son of good family, I am endowed with this eighth wheel of the Buddha. By the power of that wheel, I establish countless beings in happiness and fearlessness through deeds of benefit and happiness. Because of fearlessness, I dwell in the position of a great ascetic. Having turned the wheel of the Buddha, I subdue all heretics and false speakers, including gods and demons. In the midst of a great assembly, I roar the lion's roar. Son of good family, it is like this: A great king of the warrior caste, who has been empowered from his crown, knows completely, as he wishes, the lineage, clan, skills, and activities of the beings in my realm, where they will be born after death, and the differences between good and bad causes and effects. He knows everything from the moment a being is born into a household—whether they are brave and courageous or weak and cowardly, whether they are skilled or unskilled in crafts, what actions they perform, whether they do good or evil, whether they are rich and powerful or poor and vulnerable, whether they are beautiful or ugly—all the way until their death. He knows who dies before their karma is exhausted, who dies when their karma is exhausted, who is killed for violating the king's law, who is killed by enemies, who dies from being whipped, who dies from being imprisoned, who dies from practicing crafts, who dies on the battlefield fighting enemies, who dies from fighting and quarreling, who dies from protecting wealth, who dies from the power of desire, who dies from anger and resentment, who dies from exhaustion, who dies from starvation, who dies with faults and defects, who dies without fault, who dies from old age, who dies in their prime, who dies in their youth as a child, who dies after performing many virtuous deeds, and who dies after performing many non-virtuous deeds. 也知道，行善的因缘即使死了也会转生到天界。也完全知道，哪些众生因行不善的因缘而去世后会转生到恶趣。像这样完全了解那些事物后，心想：我也要在精勤的修行中，对身体的善、语言的善和意念的善行持非常精勤。心想：我要用各种方法习惯布施，要寂静调柔，去世后要转生到好的地方，不要堕入恶趣。像这样，刹帝利种姓，从头顶灌顶的伟大的国王，想到这样的事物后，以非常努力的精进，用身语意三门行持善法，非常勤奋。经常行持布施是这样的：食物和饮料、衣服和毛毯、牛和象、马和乘坐的车辆、卧具和疾病的药物、房屋和灯、照明和所有其他的生存用具、奴仆和佣人，以及其他的珍宝和各种财物，从头和眼睛、手和脚到身体和生命，毫不吝惜地全部施舍。完全断绝杀生，断绝不予而取，断绝邪淫，断绝妄语，断绝恶语，断绝绮语，断绝离间语，断绝贪欲，断绝嗔恨，断绝邪见。以此因，以此缘，刹帝利种姓，从头顶灌顶的伟大的国王，获得十种功德的差别。哪十种呢？是这样的：具有伟大的名声。具有珍宝财富。具有圆满的相好。具有众多的眷属。没有不适和疾病。所有眷属和亲友都智慧敏锐且博学多闻。依止并供养具有正见和正行的人。十方都非常悦耳，因此广为人知。具有伟大威力的天神经常守护。即使去世，也会转生到天界。

It is also known that by the cause of practicing virtue, one will be reborn in the heavens even if one dies. It is also fully known that which sentient beings, by the cause of practicing non-virtue, will be reborn in the lower realms after death. Having fully understood all those things in this way, one thinks, 'I too must be very diligent in practicing virtue with body, speech, and mind in diligent practice.' One thinks, 'I must become accustomed to giving in various ways, and I must be peaceful and gentle, so that after death I may be reborn in a good place and not fall into the lower realms.' In this way, the great king of the Kshatriya caste, who has been crowned from the head, thinks of such things and strives very hard to practice virtue with body, speech, and mind. He is always diligent in practicing giving, such as food and drink, clothing and blankets, cattle and elephants, horses and vehicles, bedding and medicine for diseases, houses and lamps, lights, and all other necessities of life, servants and laborers, and other jewels and various treasures, from head and eyes, hands and feet to body and life, giving all without reservation. One completely abandons killing, taking what is not given, sexual misconduct, lying, harsh speech, idle talk, slander, covetousness, hatred, and wrong views. By this cause and this condition, the great king of the Kshatriya caste, who has been crowned from the head, obtains ten kinds of excellent qualities. What are the ten? They are as follows: He is endowed with great fame. He is endowed with precious wealth. He is endowed with perfect marks. He is endowed with many attendants. He is free from discomfort and disease. All his attendants and relatives are intelligent, sharp-witted, and well-learned. He relies on and makes offerings to those who have right views and right conduct. He is widely known throughout the ten directions for his very pleasant reputation. He is always protected by gods with great power and majesty. Even if he dies, he will be reborn in the heavens.
