ས་ཀྱི་ལྷར་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་རྟག་ཏུ་གནས་བཟང་པོར་རབ་ཏུ་བདེ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོ་དགུ་པ་འདི་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་དེ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་དབང་གིས་བདག་གི་ཡུལ་རབ་ཏུ་བདེ་ཞིང་སྐྱིད་པ་དང་། ཕས་རྒོལ་བའི་དགྲ་དང་། གྲོགས་པོ་ངན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཏུལ་ཏེ་ལུས་བསྲུང་བའི་ནན་ཏན་ལ་མཁས་པས་ཚེ་ཡང་རིང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་བ་དང་འཆི་འཕོ་བའི་དངོས་པོ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་གང་ནི་ལུས་མི་དགེ་བ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན། སེམས་ཅན་གང་ནི་ངག་མི་དགེ་བ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན། སེམས་ཅན་གང་ནི་ཡིད་མི་དགེ་བ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་དབང་ཟ་སྟེ། ངན་པར་ལྟ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པས་ངན་པར་ལྟ་བའི་དབང་གིས་ཚེ་འཕོས་ནས་ངན་སོང་དུ་ལྟུང་བ་དང་། གང་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་ལྟུང་བ་དང་། གང་ནི་བྱོལ་སོང་གི་སྐྱེ་གནས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་དང་། གང་ནི་ཡི་དགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཡང་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །སེམས་ཅན་གང་ནི་ལུས་དགེ་བ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན། གང་ནི་ངག་དགེ་བ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན། གང་ནི་ཡིད་དགེ་བ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་དབང་མི་ཟ་བ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པར་ལྟ་བ་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། ཡང་དག་པར་ ལྟ་བའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ཚེ་འཕོས་ནས་མཐོ་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷར་སྐྱེ་བ་དང་། མིར་སྐྱེ་བ་དང་། ཟག་པ་ཟད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ཡང་རབ་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །དེ་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མཁྱེན་པས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ལ་བྱམས་པ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་བསྐྱེད་དེ། ཤིན་ཏུ་འབད་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིས་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་མངོན་པར་བསྟན་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་བསྟན་པའི་ཆོས་དང་། འདུལ་བ་ལ་ཕྱོགས་ཤིང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་དད་པ་ལ་བཀོད་དོ། །གསུམ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་དང་། ཆོས་སྟོན་པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་དང་། ཕ་རོལ་གྱི་སེམས་ཤེས་པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ལོ། །ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་རྣམ་པ་དེ་གསུམ་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་བསྐུལ་ནས་བསྟན་པ་ལ་བཀོད་དེ། འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདའ་བའི་དད་པ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱས་ནས། སྲིད་པ་ན་འཁོར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བར་མཛད་དོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ང་དེ་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་དགུ་པ་འདི་དག་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་དེའི་དབང་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཚད་མེད་པ་ལ་ཕན་པ་དང་བདེ་བའི་དོན་གྱིས་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པ་ལ་བདེ་བར་བཀོད་དོ། །འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པས་ང་ནི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོའི་གནས་སུ་བཞུགས་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་ནས་ལྷ་དང་བདུད་དུ་བཅས་པའི་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་ལོག་པར་ལྟ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཏུལ་ཏེ། འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་སོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ་རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི་གླིང་བཞི་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཚད་མེད་པའི་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནད་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བསལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་བཏང་ནས་སྤོས་ཆུས་ལུས་བཀྲུས་ནས་གོས་གཙང་མ་སར་པ་གྱོན་ནས་ལུས་དྲང་པོར་བསྲང་སྟེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བྱམས་པ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་སེམས་ཡིད་ལ་བྱས་ཏེ། ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཐར་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མེ་ཏོག་དང་། སྤོས་དང་། རོལ་མོ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། དེ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་མཆོད་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་མང་ པོས་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ་གཟི་བརྗིད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་དོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ན་ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་དང་། ཀླུའི་དབང་པོ་ནས་ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེན་པོའི་དབང་པོའི་བར་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ལྟར་ཤེས་ནས་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་ཟེར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། གཟི་བརྗིད་ཆེ་བས་ན་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་འོས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ཅག་གིས་དེར་དོང་ལ་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ནད་མེད་ཅིང་བདེ་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འདོང་ངོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་ནས་ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་ནས་ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེན་པོའི་དབང་པོའི་བར་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷགས་ནས་རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་དབང་བསྐུར་ཏེ། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང་། གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པ་དང་། བུ་སྟོང་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་དཔའ་ཞིང་རྟུལ་ཕོད་པ་དང་། མཛེས་ཤིང་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་དང་། ཕས་རྒོལ་བའི་དགྲ་ཐུལ་བ་དང་། དབང་བར་གྱུར་པའི་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལྟར་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཐའ་ནས་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་ཐུག་གི་བར་དུ་མཚོན་ཆ་མི་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་ཐམས་ཅད་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་དེ་བདེ་སྐྱིད་པར་བྱས་སོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོ་བཅུ་པ་འདི་དག་དང་ལྡ

生于土地之神，并恒常安住于善妙之处，具有极度安乐的享受。种姓之子，刹帝利种姓中，从顶轮灌顶的伟大国王，如此具有这第九法轮。由于具有此法轮，我的国土极度安乐祥和，战胜所有敌对的敌人和恶友，精于身体的守护，寿命也会延长。种姓之子，如是，如来也如实了知一切有情的生和死。如实了知，哪些有情具有身不善行，哪些有情具有语不善行，哪些有情具有意不善行，并且冒犯圣者，具有邪见，由于邪见的缘故，命终之后堕入恶趣，哪些有情堕入地狱，哪些有情转生为旁生，哪些有情转生为饿鬼，也完全了知。哪些有情具有身善行，哪些有情具有语善行，哪些有情具有意善行，并且不冒犯圣者，具有正见，由于正见的缘故，命终之后转生到天界，转生为人，以及证得烦恼灭尽，也完全了知。如是，如来如实了知，对这些有情生起慈爱和大悲心，以极大的精勤，显现三种神变，引导这些有情趋向于佛陀所教导的佛法和律仪，安置于世间和出世间的信心之中。三种是什么呢？即是，神变中的神通神变，教法的教诫神变，以及知晓他人心意的神变。通过这三种神变，策励这些有情，安置于教法之中，使他们获得世间和出世间的信心，从而使轮回于有生之中的一切有情获得解脱。种姓之子，我如是宣说这佛陀的第九法轮。

Born as a deity of the earth, and constantly dwelling in a good place, possessing the enjoyment of extreme bliss. Son of the lineage, in the Kshatriya lineage, the great king who is empowered from the crown of the head, thus possesses this ninth wheel. Because of possessing this wheel, my country is extremely peaceful and happy, all hostile enemies and bad friends are subdued, and being skilled in diligently protecting the body, life will also be prolonged. Son of the lineage, thus, likewise, the Tathagata also truly knows the birth and death of all sentient beings. Truly knowing, which sentient beings possess unwholesome bodily conduct, which sentient beings possess unwholesome speech conduct, which sentient beings possess unwholesome mental conduct, and offend the noble ones, possessing wrong views, and because of wrong views, after death, fall into the lower realms, which sentient beings fall into hell, which sentient beings are born as animals, which sentient beings are born as pretas, are also fully known. Which sentient beings possess wholesome bodily conduct, which sentient beings possess wholesome speech conduct, which sentient beings possess wholesome mental conduct, and do not offend the noble ones, possessing right views, and because of right views, after death, are reborn in the heavens, are reborn as humans, and also attain the exhaustion of defilements, are also fully known. Thus, the Tathagata, knowing truly, generates love and great compassion for these sentient beings, and with great diligent effort, manifests three kinds of miracles, guiding these sentient beings towards the Dharma and discipline taught by the Buddha, and establishing them in faith in the world and beyond the world. What are the three? They are, the miracle of supernormal powers among miracles, the miracle of teaching the Dharma, and the miracle of knowing the minds of others. Through these three kinds of miracles, encouraging these sentient beings, establishing them in the teachings, causing them to obtain faith in the world and beyond the world, thereby liberating all sentient beings who are wandering in existence. Son of the lineage, I thus proclaim this ninth wheel of the Buddha.

and possesses these wheels. By the power of that wheel, for the benefit and happiness of immeasurable beings, he placed them in the bliss of fearlessness. Because of fearlessness, I dwell in the place of the great sage, turning the wheel of the Dharma, subduing all the heretical wrong views, including gods and demons. In the center of the wheel of Dharma, I roared the lion's roar. Son of the lineage, for example, a great king of the Kshatriya lineage, crowned from the head, in order to eliminate the various diseases of the bodies of immeasurable beings in the four continents, abandons the kingship, bathes the body with scented water, puts on clean new clothes, and straightens the body. With a mind of love and compassion for all beings. In order to be liberated from all diseases, he offers flowers, incense, various musical instruments, and various other offerings to all the gods who have great power and splendor. At that time, all the gods, from the King of the Gods to the King of the Great Belly Walkers, knew this and said to each other: This great king of the Kshatriya lineage, crowned from the head, has merit and is glorious, and is suitable to be a Chakravartin king who rules the four continents. We should go there and crown him as the king who rules the four continents, and make beings free from disease and happy. After saying this, all the gods, from the King of the Gods to the King of the Great Belly Walkers, gathered together and crowned that great king of the Kshatriya lineage, crowned from the head, as the Chakravartin king. He possesses the seven treasures, rules the four continents, and has a thousand sons, all of whom are brave and steadfast, beautiful and pleasing, and able to defeat hostile enemies. The vast land he rules, from the edge of the ocean to the palace, does not use weapons, and everything is practiced in the sacred Dharma, thereby obtaining happiness. Son of the lineage, the great king of the Kshatriya lineage, crowned from the head, thus possesses these ten wheels.
