བྲེལ་ཏེ་བྱུང་བའི་སྨན་སྒོམ་དུ་བཅུག་གོ །སེམས་ཅན་གང་དབུགས་འགྲང་བ་ཡིད་ལ་བྱས་པས་ནད་ཞི་བར་འོས་པ་ཞིག་ན། དེ་ལ་དབུགས་འགྲང་བ་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་བའི་སྨན་སྒོམ་དུ་བཅུག་གོ །སེམས་ཅན་གང་རྣམ་པར་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་གསུམ་བསྒོམས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་ཞི་བར་འོས་པ་ཞིག་ན། དེ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྨན་སྒོམ་དུ་བཅུག་གོ །སེམས་ཅན་གང་བསམ་གཏན་བསྒོམས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་ཞི་བར་འོས་པ་ཞིག་ན། དེ་ལ་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་སྨན་སྒོམ་དུ་བཅུག་གོ །སེམས་ཅན་གང་གཟུགས་མེད་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་བསྒོམས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་ཞི་བར་འོས་པ་ཞིག་ན། དེ་ལ་གཟུགས་མེད་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་སྒོམ་ དུ་བཅུག་གོ །སེམས་ཅན་གང་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་བར་བསྒོམས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་ཞི་བར་འོས་པ་ཞིག་ན། དེ་ལ་དཔའ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་སྨན་སྒོམ་དུ་བཅུག་གོ །དེ་བས་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་སེམས་ཅན་དག་ལ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྨན་གྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་མཛད་དོ། །སྣོད་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདུད་རྣམ་བཞིའི་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་མི་མཛད་དོ། །སྣོད་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷ་དང་མིའི་ཐེག་པ་ལ་རྒྱབ་ཀྱིས་ཕྱོགས་ཤིང་ངན་སོང་དུ་གཞོལ་བར་མི་མཛད་དོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྨན་དང་། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་གདུང་མྱུར་དུ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་བར་མི་མཛད་དེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྨན་གྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་མཛད་དོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བདུན་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་དེའི་དབང་གིས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཀུན་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་པས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྨན་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱིན་པ་དེ་སྒོམ་དུ་བཙུད་ན་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་ཀུན་ཞི་ཞིང་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པ་ལ་བདེ་བར་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པས་ང་ནི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོའི་གནས་སུ་བཞུགས་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་ནས་ལྷ་དང་བདུད་དུ་བཅས་པའི་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་ལོག་པར་སྨྲ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཏུལ་ཏེ། འཁོར་མང་པོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་སོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། རྒྱལ་རིགས་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བདག་དང་གཞན་གྱི་རིགས་དང་། ཐོག་མ་བཙས་པ་དང་། གཞོན་ནུའི་ཚེ་རྩེ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་དྲན་པ་མངོན་པར་བཞག་ཞེས་སེམས་སོ། །འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། གནས་གང་དུ་

催促着进入了药禅中。如果哪个众生通过忆念气息圆满而适合平息疾病，就让他进入忆念气息圆满的药禅中。如果哪个众生通过修习三解脱门而适合平息烦恼之病，就让他进入三解脱门的药禅中。如果哪个众生通过修习禅定而适合平息烦恼之病，就让他进入禅定的药禅中。如果哪个众生通过修习无色界的禅定而适合平息烦恼之病，就让他进入无色界的禅定修习中。 如果哪个众生通过修习勇猛行定的中间而适合平息烦恼之病，就让他进入勇猛行定的药禅中。因此，如来对众生们作了如此的法的医药布施。不会让所有成为法器的众生都变成四魔的势力范围。不会让所有成为法器的众生都背离天人和人道，而趋向恶道。如来不会让无上的法的医药和三宝的种姓迅速灭绝，因此，如来对众生们作了如此的法的医药布施。种姓之子，如来具有如此的第七佛轮，凭借那个轮的力量，以无上普遍行走的智慧行，给予所有众生各种各样的法的医药，如果将此置于禅修中，就能平息一切烦恼之病，并安住在无惧的安乐之中。因为无惧，我安住在伟大的仙人的位置上，转动佛轮，调伏了包括天和魔在内的一切外道邪说者，在众多眷属的坛城中发出狮子吼。种姓之子，譬如，刹帝利种姓，从顶轮灌顶的伟大国王，忆念着自己和他人的种姓，最初的诞生，以及青年时期的嬉戏等等，这就是所谓的忆念现前。譬如，在任何地方

Son of the lineage, the Tathagata possesses such a seventh Buddha wheel, and by the power of that wheel, with the supreme universally traveling wisdom conduct, he gives all beings various kinds of Dharma medicines, and if this is placed in meditation, it can pacify all the illnesses of afflictions and abide in the bliss of fearlessness. Because of fearlessness, I abide in the position of the great sage, turning the wheel of Dharma, subduing all the heretical speakers, including gods and demons, and roaring the lion's roar in the mandala of many retinues. Being born initially, being bathed, being held in the lap and nursed, the collection of body and limbs being pleased, playing happily, playing on the land and sand, playing with retinues in many indulgent ways, practicing skills, doing various other kinds of work, wandering and traveling in the territories of other kings, And accomplishing the affairs of the king, doing the work of the king, acting as regent, obtaining the kingship and gaining power, experiencing great happiness and enjoyment, great fame spreading in all directions, thinking and remembering these things and so on. Establishing the correct religion of the previous kings and nourishing all the beings dwelling therein, I administer my government and do not harm others. Son of the lineage, the great king of noble lineage, crowned from the head with kingship, thus possessing this eighth wheel of the king. By the power of that wheel, my country is exceedingly peaceful and happy, having subdued all hostile enemies and evil friends. Because of being skilled in the diligence of protecting the body, life will also be prolonged. Son of the lineage, likewise, when the Thus-Gone One also dwells in the mandala of the retinue, he knows all the things that he and others have done in countless past lives. For example, he knows all the things done in one life, two lives, three lives, up to countless hundreds of thousands of lives. Similarly, he knows the formation of a kalpa, and also knows the destruction of a kalpa. Knowing everything between the formation of countless kalpas and the destruction of countless kalpas, (thinking) this one lived in such and such a place in the past, the lineage is called this, the name is called this, the clan is called this, the food is eating this, and also experiencing these pleasures and sufferings, the lifespan is this long, lived for this long, at the end of life, life transferred to such and such a place, and then was born in these places. After life transferred from these places, was born in such and such a place, and so on, knowing all the immeasurable and countless things, therefore being able to understand the individual faculties of each sentient being.
