安住于大仙之位，转法轮，降伏包括天魔在内的一切外道邪说者，于众多眷属中发出狮子吼。种姓之子，我如是具有这十种佛之法轮，以昔日愿力之故，于佛之刹土五浊恶世中，一切有情皆已退失清净之法，为七圣财所困扰，远离贤者，为常断之网所遍覆压制，于趋向恶道之车乘生起欢喜，不畏后世之痛苦，恒常为无明黑暗所覆盖而生起信心，圆满十不善业之道，造作五无间罪，诽谤正法，侵吞圣者之物，长远舍弃一切善法，圆满不善之法而安住于此。我具有这十种佛之法轮，无所畏惧，安乐而住。因无所畏惧，我安住于大仙之位，转法轮，降伏包括天魔在内的一切外道邪说者。断除一切有情相续中如金刚般坚硬之烦恼，如应调伏，如是安立一切堪为法器之有情于三乘中永不退转。其后，于彼眷属之中，一切调伏之菩萨摩诃萨，一切声闻之僧众，以及天龙之眷属，乃至腐烂之身躯，人与非人等众多眷属皆大欢喜，异口同声称赞“善哉”，降下盛大之香雨，降下盛大之花雨，降下盛大之珍宝雨，降下盛大之衣雨， 此百千大地亦剧烈震动。如是宣说此十种佛之法轮之时，于眷属之坛城中，有八十四俱胝那由他之菩萨摩诃萨。

Abiding in the position of a great sage, turning the wheel of Dharma, subduing all heretical speakers, including gods and demons, and roaring the lion's roar in the midst of many retinues. Son of the lineage, I am thus endowed with these ten wheels of the Buddha. Due to the power of past aspirations, in the Buddha's realm, in the five degenerate ages, all sentient beings have lost the pure Dharma, are troubled by the seven noble riches, are far from the wise, are completely covered and suppressed by the net of permanence and annihilation, generate joy and delight in the chariot that goes to the lower realms, are not afraid of the suffering of future lives, constantly abide in the darkness of ignorance that covers everything, and have faith, perfect the path of the ten non-virtuous deeds, commit the five heinous crimes, slander the sacred Dharma, usurp the possessions of the noble ones, abandon all virtuous Dharmas for a long time, and perfect non-virtuous Dharmas while dwelling here. I am endowed with these ten wheels of the Buddha, and I dwell in peace without fear. Because of being fearless, I abide in the position of a great sage, turn the wheel of Dharma, and subdue all heretical speakers, including gods and demons. Having destroyed all the afflictions as hard as vajra in the minds of all sentient beings, and having subdued them as they should be, thus establishing all sentient beings who are fit vessels in the three vehicles, never to regress. Thereafter, from within that retinue, all the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who tame, all the Sangha of Shravakas, and the retinues of gods and nagas, even to the decaying bodies, humans and non-humans, all the many retinues rejoiced greatly, and unanimously praised "Excellent!", and rained down a great rain of incense, rained down a great rain of flowers, rained down a great rain of jewels, and rained down a great rain of garments, This hundred thousand great earth also shook violently. Thus, when these ten wheels of the Buddha were explained, in the mandala of the retinue, there were eighty-four kotis of nayutas of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas.
