ན་ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་དེའི་དབང་གིས་གླིང་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་ནས་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་བརྒྱད་དང་། གླིང་ཕྲན་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་དག་ན་སེམས་ཅན་ཇི་སྙེད་གནས་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལ་གནས་ཤིང་། བདག་གི་ལུས་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྲུང་བ་དང་། ཚེ་ཡང་རིང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་འཕོས་ནས་ཀྱང་མཐོ་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷར་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དམ་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དེ་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་སྔོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚེ་ན་བདག་དང་གཞན་གྱི་ལུས་ལ་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་ནད་རྣམ་པ་ཚད་མེད་པ་སྙེད་ཡོད་པར་མཁྱེན་ནས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་སྤོས་ཆུས་ནི་ལུས་བཀྲུས། བདེན་པའི་ཆོས་དང་། བྱམས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཆུས་ཁྲུས་བྱས་པ་ཁྲེལ་བ་དང་འཛེམ་པའི་ གོས་གྱོན་ནས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བསམ་གཏན་དང་། སྙོམས་པར་འཇུག་པ་དང་། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དང་། ཐབས་དང་། ཤེས་རབ་དང་། བྱམས་པ་དང་། ཐུགས་རྗེས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་སྟེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་གསུང་འཐུན་པར་འདི་སྐད་དུ་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ནི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བརྒྱན་པའི་སྣོད་དུ་གྱུར་པས་རྣམ་པར་ཐར་པ་གསུམ་དང་མི་འཇིགས་པ་བཞི་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྟོབས་བཅུ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་མ་འདྲེས་པ་བཅྭ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་སྣོད་དུ་གྱུར་པའོ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོབ་པའི་གནས་བྱམས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པ་དང་བདེ་བའི་དོན་བྱེད་པ་ལ་སྤྲོ་བ། སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཚོལ་བའི་ཚོང་དཔོན་དུ་གྱུར་པ། འཁོར་བས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཡོངས་སུ་སྒྲོལ་བ། སེམས་ཅན་ལ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདའ་བའི་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོབས་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བདག་ཅག་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེན་པའི་གསུང་གིས་ཅི་དང་ཅི་འདོད་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱིན་ཏེ། ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་ཐོབ་ནས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར་ཏེ། ང་དེའི་ཚེ་ན་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ལ་བརྟེན་ཏེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྟན་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིས་འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་བཞི་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆུད་ནས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་སོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཇི་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་ཞིང་དབང་སྒྱུར་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་དང་། གཟུགས་མེད་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་བཞི་དང་། ཚངས་པའི་གནས་བཞི་དང་། སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་བཞི་དང་། འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་བཞི་དང་། འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པ་བཞི་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྟོབས་བཅུ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་མ་འདྲེས་པ་བཅྭ་བརྒྱད་དང་། རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལ་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། ། ཇི་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ལྟར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཡན་ལག་རྣམ་པ་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་ནོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བུ་སྟོང་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ་ཐམས་ཅད་དཔའ་ཞིང་རྟུལ་ཕོད་པ། མཛེས་ཤིང་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བས་ཕ་རོལ་པོའི་དགྲ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུལ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་དང་པོར་འཕགས་པ་ཅང་ཤེས་ཀཽ་དི་ནྱ་ནས་ཐ་མར་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རབ་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་དང་། རབ་དེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ལས་བྱུང་བ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་གསུང་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ། བསྟན་པའི་ཆོས་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཐོབ་པ་དག་ཡོད་དེ། ཟག་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟད་པའི་ཕྱིར་དཔའ་ལ་རྩལ་ཆེ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ། ཚངས་པའི་གནས་བཞི་དང་ལྡན་པས་མཛེས་ཤིང་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ། ལྷའི་བདུད་དང་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་ཐུལ་བས་ཕས་རྒོལ་བའི་དགྲ་ཐུལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གླིང་ཕྲན་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་འདུལ་ཞིང་སྟོན་པ་བཞིན་དུ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཡང་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། ནུབ་ཀྱི་བན་གླང་སྤྱོད་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། ཤར་གྱི་ལུས་འཕགས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། རི་རབ་ལྷུན་པོ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། རྒྱལ་ཆེན་རིས་བཞི་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་མིན་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དང་། ཁོར་ཡུག་ཆེན་པོ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་དེ་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པར་གསུང་གིས་དབང་སྒྱུར་བ་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ང་འདི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བཅུ་པ་འདི་དང་ལྡན་ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་དེའི་དབང་གིས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་དང་གཞན་གྱི་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཟག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟད་པ་མཁྱེན་ནས། སེམས་ཅན་ཚད་མེད་པ་ལ་ཕན་པ་དང་བདེ་བའི་དོན་གྱིས་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པ་ལ་བདེ་བར་བཀོད་དོ། །འཇིགས་པ་མེད་པས་ང

By the power of that wheel, all sentient beings dwelling in the eight directions of the four great continents and the eighty-four thousand subcontinents will abide in the path of the ten virtuous actions, and will be able to protect themselves very well, and their lifespan will also be extended. After the end of their lives, they will also be reborn in the heavenly realms as gods, and will possess excellent enjoyments. Son of the lineage, just like that, the Tathagata also, in his previous life as a Bodhisattva, knew that there were countless kinds of afflictive diseases in his own and others' bodies, so he washed his body with the fragrant water of Samadhi, and cleansed himself with the water of the true Dharma, great love, and great compassion, and wore the garments of shame and embarrassment. All the Buddhas, Bhagavat, of the ten directions, embraced him with meditation, equipoise, diligence, skillful means, wisdom, love, and compassion, and all spoke in unison, saying: "This great being has become a vessel fully adorned with the accumulation of merit and great wisdom, a vessel of the three doors of liberation, the four fearlessnesses, the ten powers of the Tathagata, and the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha. He is the place for attaining unsurpassed omniscience, perfect in great love and great compassion, delighted to do what benefits and brings happiness to all sentient beings, he has become the merchant chief who seeks the precious jewel of the Tathagata, he liberates sentient beings suffering from samsara, he is the one who bestows the great bliss of Nirvana upon sentient beings. We, all the Buddhas, Bhagavat, with truthful words, grant him all that he desires, and after attaining perfect and complete enlightenment, he will obtain the unsurpassed Dharma and become the great Dharma King. Just as a Chakravartin King, the Tathagata also possesses the four Dhyanas, the four formless Samadhis, the four Brahmaviharas, the four analytical knowledges, the four noble truths, the four fearlessnesses, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, and mastery over the wisdom of all aspects. Just as a Chakravartin King possesses the seven precious jewels, the Tathagata also possesses the seven branches of enlightenment. Just as a Chakravartin King has a thousand sons, all of whom are brave and steadfast, beautiful and pleasing, able to conquer all enemies, the Tathagata also, from the venerable Ajnata Kaundinya at the beginning to the venerable Subhadra and so forth at the end, has a great assembly of Shravakas, born from the heart of the Buddha, born from the speech of the Bhagavan, born from the doctrine of the teachings, having attained the Dharma of the Buddha, and because of the complete exhaustion of defilements, they are called brave and capable. Because they possess the four Brahmaviharas, they are called beautiful and pleasing. Because they conquer the gods, demons, and heretics, they are called conquerors of adversaries. Just as a Chakravartin King subdues and teaches eighty-four thousand islands, the Tathagata also reigns with speech over hundreds of millions of Jambudvipas, hundreds of millions of Aparagodaniyas, hundreds of millions of Purvavidehas, hundreds of millions of Uttarakurus, hundreds of millions of great oceans, hundreds of millions of Mount Merus, hundreds of millions of the Four Great Kings, hundreds of millions of Neither-perception-nor-non-perception realms, and hundreds of millions of great circumferences, all of which become a single, vast Buddha-field.
