Having entered into those samādhis, gods, nāgas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, bhūtas, flesh-eaters, rākshasas, body-rākshasas, and so forth, harming and afflicting sentient beings, without love and compassion, unafraid of the suffering of future lives, immeasurable hundreds of thousands of kotis of beings, I saw all the buddhas entering into the samādhi of their realm of activity, and all of them generated a mind of great joy towards me. With a completely pure mind, I generated supreme joy and faith in the Three Jewels, with reverence and respect, feeling utterly amazed, I confessed all my faults individually, and vowed to completely cut them off. By that cause and condition, in an instant, immeasurable and countless obscurations of afflictions, obscurations of karma, and obscurations of dharma were all purified, and immeasurable and countless accumulations of merit and accumulations of wisdom were all completely perfected. Turning my back on samsara and heading towards nirvana, I protect and uphold the unsurpassed true dharma of the Tathagata. Son of good family, I too am like that, possessing this sixth wheel of the Buddha. By the power of that wheel, the Tathagata enters into immeasurable hundreds of thousands of kotis of dhyanas, samādhis, liberations, samāpattis, and samāhitas, with completely pure wisdom. Having eliminated immeasurable and countless afflictions of sentient beings, according to whatever and however they are to be tamed, I establish them in the state of fearlessness with benefit and happiness. Because of fearlessness, I vow to the position of a great sage, and having turned the wheel of the Buddha's dharma, I subdue all the heretical and wrongly speaking non-Buddhists, including gods and demons, and roar the lion's roar in the midst of a great assembly." Now, thoroughly inspect and examine everywhere, including gardens, fields, pastures, rivers, ponds, lakes, springs, nomadic monasteries, forests, and so on. For that place, any place with fear and doubt, or an incomparable dangerous place, or a place where foreign enemies invade and harm, the great king of the royal lineage, crowned from the head, measures with his own experience and examines in every way. In order to settle peacefully, he uses it, and protects and consolidates it well, so that those places can operate equally, eliminating the places where enemy troops and bad friends spy and invade. In order to eliminate fear and anxiety, all the sentient beings living there are freed from the suffering of discomfort, and live extremely peacefully and happily. Son of the lineage, in this way, the great king of the royal lineage, crowned from the head, possesses the seven precious wheels of the king. By the power of that wheel, my country is extremely peaceful and happy, and all hostile troops and bad friends are subdued, and he is skilled in guarding the body, so his life will also be prolonged. Son of the lineage, in this way, the Tathagata also knows with the Buddha's eye, as it is, the thoughts of greed, hatred, and ignorance of all sentient beings. Knowing this, the Tathagata, with extremely diligent immeasurable effort and skillful means, just as he subdues in what way, gives the excellent medicine of cultivating various samadhis, so that sentient beings strive and diligently eliminate the diseases of affliction. For which sentient being is suitable to pacify the disease of affliction by practicing the contemplation of impurity, he lets him practice the medicine of the contemplation of impurity. For which sentient being is suitable to pacify the disease of affliction by diligently practicing the Brahma-viharas, he lets him practice the medicine of the Brahma-viharas.
