Even if they speak ill, it is with wisdom that they proceed, not with arrogance. For example, when a sugarcane is cut and split, even if it is cut and split and squeezed, it does not abandon its sweet taste. Similarly, the Thus-Gone One, whether worshipped or not, when approached, does not abandon the sweet taste of liberation. For example, the earth remains without discrimination and unchanging. Those who desire profit, plow it, purify it completely, and sow seeds, their crops will be abundant. Those who do not plow, do not purify completely, and do not sow seeds, their crops will not be abundant. Similarly, the Thus-Gone One, like the earth, remains without discrimination and unchanging. Those who desire qualities, generate faith, joy, and respect towards the Thus-Gone One, their crops of qualities will be abundant. Those who do not generate faith, joy, and respect towards the Thus-Gone One, their crops of qualities will not be abundant. For example, if someone speaks unpleasant words and says bad things about sandalwood and camphor, and then applies them to their body, the sandalwood and camphor will only make it fragrant, not make it stink. Similarly, the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, even if they speak ill and say unpleasant words, and then approach, serve, and respect him, the Thus-Gone One will make them possess the fragrance of the Buddha's qualities. For example, bridges, platforms, and roads are equally accessible to all beings, inferior, middling, and superior, without obstruction, and allow them to walk in comfort. Similarly, the Thus-Gone One is equally accessible to all beings, inferior, middling, and superior, without inequality or obstruction, and allows them to enter in comfort. For example, on the king of mountains, the snow mountain, there is a medicinal king called 'Beautiful to See.' As soon as it is seen, all the diseases of all beings disappear. Similarly, as soon as the Thus-Gone One is seen, all the diseases of all beings will be eliminated, because...

Son of the family, the Bodhisattva should comprehend the analogy and similarity of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha through these ten ways of entering the Dharma. Son of the family, the Bodhisattva should comprehend the Buddha through ten ways of entering the Dharma. What are the ten? They are: the Buddha corresponding to the cause, the Buddha arising from the result, the Buddha of Samadhi, the Buddha of aspiration, the Buddha of mind, the Buddha of self-nature, the Buddha of perfect enjoyment, the Buddha of emanation, the Buddha of designation, and the Buddha dwelling in front. What is the Buddha corresponding to the cause? It refers to the cause corresponding to the perfections and the practice of the Dharma of the perfections. Whichever of these two is accomplished is the Buddha of practice, hence it is called the Buddha corresponding to the cause. What is the Buddha arising from the result? It refers to the result arising from the cause corresponding to the perfections. From that result, the form of the Buddha of the result arises. This arises for the sake of the blessing of sentient beings and the blessing of the Dharma. This is called the Buddha arising from the result. What is the Buddha of Samadhi? It refers to the Samadhi of the Tathagata, in which he enters, and having entered into that Samadhi, hundreds of thousands of Buddhas arise spontaneously and without effort. Because it arises from Samadhi through the blessing of that Samadhi, it is called the Buddha of Samadhi. This is called the Buddha of Samadhi. What is the Buddha of aspiration? It refers to the Bodhisattva's aspiration that whatever sentient beings can be tamed by whatever form, color, or behavior, may they be tamed by that form, color, or behavior. Therefore, those who are tamed by the Buddha are tamed by the form of the Buddha. Since this arises from aspiration, it is called the Buddha of aspiration. This is called the Buddha of aspiration.

It is called Earth Increase. What is the Buddha of Mind? When a Bodhisattva gains great mastery over the mind, whatever he thinks of through that mastery over the mind, it becomes just as he thinks. When he sees the sentient beings to be tamed by the Buddha, he aspires to become the form of the Buddha. Since it arises from the mind, it is the Buddha of Mind. Those who are to be tamed also see and know the Buddha because their own minds are completely pure. This is called the Buddha of Mind. What is the Buddha of Essence? The Buddha of Essence is the transformation of the place of evil destiny into an inconceivable place, immaculate, with various forms, the elements of Dharma are different, with various shapes, appearances and forms, appearing as the form of the Buddha with the thirty-two major marks of a great person, this is called the Buddha of Essence. What is the Sambhogakaya Buddha? Whatever is the same as the Bodhisattvas in enjoyment and all conduct, the same in form, food, speech, rituals and behavior, this is called the Sambhogakaya Buddha. What is the Nirmanakaya Buddha? Here, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have attained the Samadhi that shows all forms, those who enter into that Samadhi, having gained power and urged by great compassion, emanate as the form of the Buddha to tame sentient beings, this is called the Nirmanakaya Buddha. What is the Nominal Buddha? Here, some people regard the teacher or Khenpo as the Buddha, and attend to them with reverence as if they were the Buddha. Because they regard and attend to the teacher and Khenpo as if they were the Buddha, they are able to grasp and perfect the Buddha's Dharma well, and completely accomplish it, this is called the Nominal Buddha. What is the Buddha Placed in Front? Here, some people make or have made an image of the Buddha, treat it with reverence with all offerings and services, regard it as a Lama, and draw pictures.
