Bhagavan, the Bodhisattva causes the unborn path to arise, causes the unmanifest path to manifest, and causes the unspoken path to be spoken. Bhagavan, the Bodhisattvas are not protected by the Paramitas, but the Bodhisattvas protect the Paramitas. Therefore, the Bodhisattvas are called holders of the sacred Dharma. Bhagavan, the Bodhisattvas are not upheld by the Paramitas, but the Bodhisattvas uphold the Paramitas. Therefore, they are called holders of the Dharma. Bhagavan, all Dharmas are without impurity in their nature, therefore they are without fault. Bhagavan, all Dharmas are without a dwelling place because they are separate from sentient beings and self. Bhagavan, all Dharmas are without taking or abandoning, therefore they are without mind. Bhagavan, all Dharmas are without fabrication, therefore they are without intention. Bhagavan, all Dharmas are separate from fabrication, therefore they are not old. Bhagavan, all Dharmas are unmoving and without movement, therefore they are separate from going. All Dharmas are without life, therefore they are not dead. All Dharmas are without food, therefore they are without nourishment. All Dharmas are accomplished by gathering, therefore they are without substance. All Dharmas are not different from the Dharmadhatu, therefore they are not inferior. All Dharmas are without body, therefore they are without distinction. All Dharmas are equal to the true limit, therefore they are like a diamond. Bhagavan, if a Bodhisattva understands in this way, then he understands the Dharmata of all Dharmas. If he understands the Dharmata of all Dharmas, then he understands emptiness. If he understands emptiness, then he does not dispute with anyone. If he does not dispute with anyone, then he abides in the Dharma of a Shramana. If he abides in the Dharma of a Shramana, then he has no abiding place, and if he has no abiding place, then he does not leak into the realms. If he does not leak into the realms, then he is without fault. If he is without fault, then he is the Dharmakaya. What is the Dharmakaya? It is the Tathagata. What is the Tathagata? It is the one who speaks of non-duality. He who speaks of non-duality neither abandons Samsara nor attains Nirvana. Otherwise,

It teaches the abandonment of all pervasive discriminations. Blessed One, this is the true declaration of the Dharma. It is the true declaration of non-perversion. It is the true declaration of emptiness. It is the true declaration of the absence of signs, the absence of aspirations, the absence of manifest activity, the unborn, and the unarisen. It is the true declaration of the absence of birth. It is the true declaration of the Great Vehicle. It is the true declaration of the great turning of the wheel of Dharma. It is the true declaration of the great perfection. It is the true declaration of the great earth. It is the true declaration that all dharmas are non-perverted. Blessed One, the bodhisattva who has obtained this true declaration of the Dharma will become a wheel-turning monarch who is well established on the path of the ten virtuous actions. He will become a merchant who causes all beings to be virtuous. He will become a great householder who speaks of the faults of the household. He will become Indra, the king of the gods, who is well joined to the gods who have pleasure. He will become Brahma, who is well established in meditation and immeasurables. He will become a world protector who is not defiled by the dharmas of the world. He will become a renunciate who has no supreme dispute. He will become a Brahmin who is skilled in the realm of Brahma. He will be tamed, and his servants will also be tamed. He will be peaceful, and his servants will also be peaceful. He will be wise, and his servants will also be wise. Having obtained great power, he will go everywhere. He will become a great Dharma speaker who cuts off all doubts. He will become fearless because of the exhaustion of afflictions. Blessed One, this is the true declaration of the Dharma. Then the Blessed One spoke to Manjushri, who had become a youth: Manjushri, those beings who understand what you and these bodhisattvas and great hearers have said do not possess small roots of virtue. They have not served one Buddha. They have not arisen from the cause of one root of virtue. Why is that? Manjushri, the enlightenment of the Tathagatas is profound. It is understood by the wise and intelligent who investigate. Manjushri, the Dharma
