This is to fully understand the true Dharma. Those who have liberated their minds but do not boast, "My sentient beings are liberated," are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who venerate all Buddhas but do not engage in the actions of body, speech, and mind are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who have mastery over all Dharmas but do not engage in the perception of Dharma and non-Dharma are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who do not engage in either grasping or abandoning all Dharmas are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who do not engage in either attaining or realizing are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who do not hold onto any kind of understanding in their minds are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who are neither ordinary beings, nor trainees, nor Arhats, who do not abide in anything, and whose attachment, hatred, and ignorance are exhausted, are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who are prophesied to attain enlightenment but do not aspire to become Buddhas are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who approach the essence of enlightenment but do not perceive everything as the essence of enlightenment are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who conquer the demons but do not perceive the demons or their retinues are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who fully awaken to perfect enlightenment but do not attain any Dharma that was previously non-existent are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who turn the wheel of Dharma but have no sentient beings or Dharmas entering or leaving are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who defeat all non-Buddhists but have no disputes with them are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those whose birth is neither new nor old are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who have neither death nor cessation are those who fully understand the true Dharma. Those who completely transcend the three realms but do not...
