Giving Dharma with a selfless mind is the cause for attaining mastery over wisdom. Causing all sentient beings to comprehend the equality of Dharma, proclaiming the sameness of Dharma, and fully understanding that the body of the Thus-Gone One is the Dharma body and not a material body, is the cause for attaining mastery over Dharma. These sons of good family are the ten powers of the Bodhisattvas. What are the ten truths of the Bodhisattvas? They are: the conventional truth, the ultimate truth, the truth of characteristics, the truth of distinctions, the truth of analytical understanding, the truth of entities, the truth of abilities, the truth of knowing cessation and non-arising, the truth of knowing entry into the path, and the truth of the arising of the Thus-Gone One's wisdom. These are the ten truths. Among them, the conventional truth is related to measure, and because the object is completely cut off, it is universally designated with terms, appearing due to the power of other conditions, small and not vast. This is the conventional truth. Among them, the ultimate truth is profound, fully endowed with emptiness, the object is not completely cut off, it is not dependent on other conditions, there is no equality or inequality, it is not confused, it is the nature of non-contention, and all dharmas are the nature of suchness. This is the ultimate truth. Among them, the truth of characteristics is that the characteristic of harm is suffering, the characteristic of extreme arising is origin, the characteristic of pacification is cessation, and the characteristic of definite departure is the path. This is called the truth of characteristics. Furthermore, knowing that all dharmas are by nature the characteristic of selflessness, one enters into the state of certainty. The state of certainty that has changed from characteristics is called the truth of characteristics. Similarly, knowing that all dharmas are by nature the characteristic of peace, the characteristic of solitude, the characteristic of emptiness, and the characteristic of non-arising and non-ceasing, one enters into the state of certainty. The state of certainty that has changed from characteristics is called the truth of characteristics. Among them, the characteristic of distinction is that all dharmas

From a single nature, it is shown by distinguishing it through the power of others. The so-called "single nature" is the nature of emptiness. Thus, all dharmas are emptiness, without characteristics, without aspirations, without manifest actions, without arising, without ceasing. These are the distinctions of emptiness. All these distinctions are also the nature of emptiness. Thus, because it does not deceive about emptiness, it is called the truth of distinction. This is called the truth of distinction. Then, what is the truth of distinguishing and knowing? Separating and then knowing is distinguishing and knowing. Thinking with certainty, seeing with wisdom, comprehending, realizing, knowing, and not deceiving. Therefore, it is called the truth of distinguishing and knowing. Then, what is the truth of things? It is knowing things. These things are the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas. Knowing that these skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas arise dependently, are emptiness, and are without thing-ness. Having known this way, one enters the state of certainty. Therefore, it is called the truth of things. Then, what is the truth of ability? It is that with that wisdom, that abandonment, and that path, one abandons afflictions, and comprehends powers, fearlessness, and the unshared dharmas of the Buddha, and is able to comprehend the sovereignty of all Tathagatas. Therefore, it is called the truth of ability. Then, what is the truth of knowing exhaustion and non-arising? It is showing that all conditioned phenomena are of the nature of exhaustion. And this exhaustion is un-exhausted, and there is no exhaustion in exhaustion. If there were exhaustion in exhaustion, then cessation would also become exhaustion. Therefore, exhaustion does not become exhaustion. What does not become exhaustion? It is non-arising. This is called the truth of knowing exhaustion and non-arising. Then, what is the truth of knowing entry into the path? With the path of wisdom, accumulating the accumulations of merit and wisdom, thereby knowing that all dharmas are un-arisen and un-ceased, one enters and merges. Therefore, it is called the truth of knowing entry into the path. Then, what is the truth of the arising of the Tathagata's wisdom? It is the Dharma-cloud ground and the Tathagata.
