Then they circumambulated the Bhagavan three times, and in the place where the Bhagavan was, they folded their palms and respectfully sat to one side. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan manifested a miraculous power such that all the monks who were residing and dwelling in the various regions of the land would go to Rajagriha and Vulture Peak Mountain. Having arrived there, they also came to the place where the Bhagavan was, bowed their heads to the feet of the Bhagavan, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times, and in the place where the Bhagavan was, they folded their palms and respectfully sat to one side. Again, at that time, from the sky, sounds like the harmonious and discordant music of a thousand instruments were heard. Great masses of clouds, gathered like hail mountains, filled with the water of heavenly jewels, remained in order to allow the Bhagavan to roar a great lion's roar and expound the Dharma. Also at that time, there were four great wind kings, namely: the great wind king named Dispersing Wind, the great wind king named Great Dispersing Wind, the great wind king named Unstoppable Force, and the great wind king named Great Terror, who emanated the joyful enjoyment of the gods, as well as the comfortable and cool flowers of the six seasons and the fragrance of mixed perfumes. In order to serve the Blessed One, the flocks of geese circumambulated the Blessed One three times, and then took their positions on one side of the Grove of Light, where the bird Kalandaka resided. And at that time, the peacock king named 'Looks Radiant,' together with hundreds of thousands of peacock relatives, came from their respective abodes during the flowering season. Having arrived at the place where the Blessed One was, they joined their wings in the manner of folded palms, bowed their heads to the feet of the Blessed One, and emitted beautiful and harmonious sounds, like the songs of a thousand musical instruments well-tuned by the gods and the teachers and disciples of the Gandharvas. In order to serve the Blessed One, the flocks of peacocks circumambulated the Blessed One three times, and then took their positions on one side of the Grove of Light, where the bird Kalandaka resided. And at that time, the cuckoo king named 'Lord of Hosts,' together with hundreds of thousands of cuckoo relatives, came from their respective abodes during the flowering season. Having arrived at the place where the Blessed One was, they joined their wings in the manner of folded palms, bowed their heads to the feet of the Blessed One, and emitted sounds like a thousand musical instruments, making a clamorous noise. The flocks of cuckoos, resembling the color of bees, circumambulated the Blessed One three times in order to serve the Blessed One, and then took their positions on one side of the Grove of Light, where the bird Kalandaka resided. And at that time, the king of the Kalavinka birds residing in the snowy mountains, named 'Lotus Petal Eyes,' together with hundreds of thousands of Kalavinka relatives, came from their respective abodes during the flowering season, and having arrived at the place where the Blessed One was, they joined their wings in the manner of folded palms, bowed their heads to the feet of the Blessed One, and emitted pleasing sounds. The Kalavinka birds circumambulated the Blessed One three times in order to serve the Blessed One, and then took their positions on one side of the Grove of Light, where the bird Kalandaka resided.
