凡是见到都欢喜的，就是这位了。要知道，这位离车族的儿子，将会成为与如来同名的比丘。见到都欢喜，天神之王啊，再看看与如来同名的比丘的清净功德。凡是众生供养这位比丘的，就是于过去、未来、现在的一切如来，在无数劫中作供养。凡是众生为了这位比丘而行恭敬，为了上师而行承事，恒常供养的，就是供养了一切如来。凡是比丘，或比丘尼，或优婆塞，或优婆夷，他们舍弃自己的生命，对于这位比丘，安于贫困而住的，就是对于一切如来，献上了对上师的极度承事。凡是比丘，或比丘尼，或优婆塞，或优婆夷，他们按照这位比丘的教导而行事的，就是遵照了一切如来的教诲。凡是比丘，或比丘尼，或优婆塞，或优婆夷，他们以无嗔恨之心，从这位比丘那里听闻、讲述圣法，承担起辩论的重任并加以阐释的，应当视其为如同罗睺罗般，是导师之子，且对学处恭敬。听闻了比丘的这个授记后，福德浅薄的比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷们会这样想：唉，这个假装比丘的、与如来同名的比丘，自己编造了《大云经》，还把自己授记的内容也加了进去，自己宣讲佛陀未曾宣说的、自创的各种学处。诸位有寿命者啊，现在这位比丘已经颠倒了。诸位有寿命者啊，我们这些人是执持男仆、女仆、牛、水牛等等的啊。

This is he who is pleasing to see. Know that this son of the Licchavis will become a monk with the same name as the Tathagata. O Pleasing to See, king of the Gandharvas, look also at the pure greatness of the monk with the same name as the Tathagata. Those beings who have revered that monk have revered all the Tathagatas of the past, future, and present for countless eons. Those beings who always worship the monk who desires respect and serve the guru have worshiped all the Tathagatas. Those monks, nuns, laymen, or laywomen who have completely abandoned the thought of their own lives and are content with poverty and abide by that monk who desires it have offered the utmost service to the guru to all the Tathagatas. Those monks, nuns, laymen, or laywomen who act according to the instructions of that monk who desires it have acted according to the command of all the Tathagatas. Those monks, nuns, laymen, or laywomen who, with a mind free of hatred, hear and explain the sacred Dharma from that monk, and take on the burden of debate and explain it, should be regarded as being like Rahula, a son of the teacher, and respectful of the training. Having heard this prophecy of the monk, monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen of little merit will think: Alas, this monk who pretends to be a monk, this monk with the same name as the Tathagata, has fabricated the Great Cloud Sutra himself, and has also inserted his own prophecy, and is teaching various self-created trainings that the Buddha did not teach. O you who have life, now this monk has become perverted. O you who have life, we are those who hold male servants, female servants, cattle, buffalo, and so on.

哦！那是因为他舍弃了你和我。这位颠倒的比丘所说的话是，‘我们宁愿牺牲生命，也要站在他的一边，这样你和我也会遭受极大的困难。’无论对他做了什么，给予了什么，我们都将在今生和来世中体验到，仅仅是这种程度的猜疑，他们就会互相窥视、私下议论，从而互相制造分裂。要知道，这些众生是被黑暗所掌控，福德浅薄之人。 乐见龙王啊，看看这难以理解的大云经吧！无论哪些众生种下了善根，或者依止菩萨方便的比丘、比丘尼、近事男或近事女，听到我的声闻授记后，会这样发心：‘唉！这位贤善的比丘，即使不是菩萨，一个普通人又怎么能搅动如此巨大的海洋呢？’ 具寿们，如果我们能成为他的谈伴，那么我们就很好地获得了出生、生存和出家的果实。’ 他是地上闻名的如来足下获得授记之人，以天眼善见而获得正法之人。’因此，我们应当舍弃对生命的执着，以他为我们宣讲佛法的导师，接受他所宣讲的法。我们四个人也好，三个人也好，都要做导师的助手。具寿们，为了弘扬正法，即使舍弃生命也是容易的。乐见龙王啊，那时要守护那些对正法欢喜的善男子们！无论哪些善男子希求佛法，或者比丘、比丘尼、近事男或近事女，无论是多人、两人或一人，听到我的声闻授记后，为了站在我的声闻宣讲佛法的一方而安住的那些众生，就是站在一切如来的所有行持的一方，也是在建立正法。这些众生是……

O! That is because he has abandoned you and me. The words of this inverted bhikshu are, 'We would rather risk our lives to stand on his side, so that you and I will also suffer great difficulties.' Whatever has been done to him, whatever has been given, we will experience in this life and the next, just to the extent of this suspicion, they will spy on each other, discuss in secret, and thus create divisions among themselves. Know that these beings are controlled by darkness and are of little merit. O Joyful-to-See Dragon King, look at this difficult-to-understand Great Cloud Sutra! Whatever beings have planted roots of virtue, or rely on the means of bodhisattvas, whether bhikshus, bhikshunis, upasakas, or upasikas, upon hearing my shravaka prediction, will generate this thought: 'Alas! This virtuous bhikshu, even if he is not a bodhisattva, how could an ordinary person stir up such a great ocean?' O Fortunate Ones, if we can become his companions in conversation, then we have well obtained the fruits of birth, livelihood, and renunciation. 'He is the one who has received the prediction from the feet of the Tathagata, who is famous on earth, and who has obtained the Dharma that is well seen by the divine eye.' Therefore, we should abandon the thought of life, and make him our teacher who expounds the Dharma to us, and accept the kind of Dharma that is taught. Whether we are four people, or three people, we should be the teacher's helpers. O Fortunate Ones, for the sake of propagating the sacred Dharma, it is easy even to give up life.' O Joyful-to-See Dragon King, at that time, protect those sons of good family who delight in the sacred Dharma! Whatever sons of good family desire the Dharma, or bhikshus, bhikshunis, upasakas, or upasikas, whether many, two, or one, having heard my shravaka prediction, those beings who abide in order to stand on the side of my shravaka who expounds the Dharma, are on the side of all the deeds of all the Tathagatas, and are also establishing the sacred Dharma. the land of the non-god king, possessing an inconceivable body, and seeing all forms as they truly are. O Joyful Gandharva King, moreover, my disciple, a monk with the same name as the Tathagata, will pass away after manifestly proclaiming the great sound of the Dharma three times. Behold his greatness! O Joyful Gandharva King, at that time, the direction of my sacred Dharma will decline. That will be the last to appear, and there will be no other sentient being like him; that is impossible. I beseech you, O Bhagavan, where will that monk be born after he dies from here? The Bhagavan said: O Joyful Gandharva King, my disciple will become a Buddha after he dies from here. I beseech you, O Bhagavan, please explain for the benefit of all sentient beings. Noble son, after this Fortunate Aeon has passed and a thousand Buddhas have passed into complete nirvana, for sixty-two aeons no Buddha will appear, but hundreds of millions of Pratyekabuddhas will appear. Noble son, after those sixty-two aeons have passed, seven other Buddhas will appear. Then, at the time when the seventh one passes into complete nirvana, this world will become a world called "Extremely Joyful." In that Extremely Joyful world, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, Yeshe Jungne O (Jñāna-udbhava-prabhāsa, Light of the Source of Wisdom) will appear. In the Buddha-field of that Tathagata, all the sentient beings dwelling there will become beautiful and attain joy. All those who practice the path of the sacred Dharma and where the sacred Dharma arises will be born in that Extremely Joyful world at that time.
