Those groups of close associates will encounter the appearance of Buddhas. They will also diligently practice the sacred Dharma. However, Delightful Dragon King, those beings who believe in the words of my Shravakas are few, and the vast majority will not have faith. Delightful Dragon King, if they possess four qualities, my Shravakas will believe in the words of a Bhikshu who shares the same name as the Tathagata. What are the four? Having heard this profound and stable Samadhi of the ocean of water of time from the previous Buddhas, being embraced by a virtuous friend, entering into superior intention, having firm roots of virtue, and manifesting faith in the vastness with their bodies. Delightful Dragon King, with these four qualities, they will believe in the words of my Shravakas. All those who do not believe should be known as foolish people blessed by Mara. Those beings who will have faith should be known as those embraced by many Buddhas. Alas, future beings will encounter all the appearances of Buddhas. Why is that?
