These ten are the powers of the Bodhisattvas. What are the ten powers of the Bodhisattva? They are: the power of thought, the power of higher thought, the power of effort, the power of wisdom, the power of aspiration, the power of conduct, the power of vehicle, the power of transformation, the power of enlightenment, and the power of turning the wheel of Dharma. And the power of knowing mindfulness, the power of knowing death and birth, and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. These ten are the powers of the Tathagata. What are the four fearlessnesses of the Tathagata? They are: the fearlessness of being fully enlightened to all dharmas; the fearlessness of knowing that all defilements are exhausted; the fearlessness of the certain prophecy that obstructive dharmas will not change; and the fearlessness of the path of origin that leads to the attainment of all perfections remaining unchanged. These four are the fearlessnesses of the Tathagata. What are the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha? They are: the Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no lack of equanimity, no perception of difference, no unexamined equanimity, no decline of aspiration, no decline of diligence, no decline of mindfulness, no decline of samadhi, no decline of wisdom, no decline of liberation, the wisdom vision that enters without attachment or obstruction to the past, the wisdom vision that enters without attachment or obstruction to the future, the wisdom vision that enters without attachment or obstruction to the present, all bodily actions are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom, all verbal actions are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom, and all mental actions are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. These eighteen are the unshared qualities of a Buddha. What is the great compassion of the Tathagata? Son of good family, the great compassion of the Tathagata manifests with thirty-two aspects in the boundless and limitless realms of the ten directions, in an inconceivable nature. What are these thirty-two? They are: all dharmas are without self, but sentient beings do not believe in no-self, therefore, the Tathagata generates great compassion for sentient beings. All dharmas are without sentient beings
