英雄安住于菩提树之心要处，摧伏魔军，证得无上正等菩提，并且不再超越此境界而另发愿，这被称为是善为圆满的发愿者。例如，装满酥油或麻油的容器，甚至连极微小的尘埃微粒也无法容纳，因此被称为“哎嘛，容器已满”，“哎嘛，容器非常满”。同样，菩萨为了圆满证得菩提而成佛，其所发之愿已善为圆满，甚至连极微小的未圆满之愿也没有。因此，被称为善为圆满之发愿。 种姓之子，菩萨若具足这十种法，即是发愿圆满者。种姓之子，菩萨若具足十种法，即是力量圆满者。何为十种？即：不可征服的力量圆满，不可阻挡的力量圆满，福德的力量圆满，智慧的力量圆满，眷属的力量圆满，神变的力量圆满，自在的力量圆满，总持的力量圆满，不颠倒的加持的力量圆满，不可违越之力量圆满。种姓之子，如何菩萨是不可征服的力量圆满呢？种姓之子，此菩萨不被其他一切论敌所征服，如此即是不可征服的力量圆满。如何菩萨是不可阻挡的力量圆满呢？此菩萨的力量，没有众生能以力量胜过，在众生类别中没有这样的众生，如此即是菩萨不可阻挡的力量圆满。如何菩萨是福德的力量圆满呢？

The hero dwells at the heart of Bodhi, vanquishing the armies of Mara, realizing the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, and no longer making aspirations beyond that. This is called a well-perfected aspirer. For example, a vessel filled to the brim with butter or sesame oil, so full that not even the tiniest speck of dust can fit, is called, "Alas, the vessel is full!" "Alas, the vessel is exceedingly full!" Likewise, because a Bodhisattva's aspiration for perfect enlightenment is well-perfected, there is not even the tiniest speck of unfulfilled aspiration. Therefore, it is called a well-perfected aspiration. Son of good family, Bodhisattvas who possess these ten qualities are those whose aspirations are complete. Son of good family, Bodhisattvas who possess ten qualities are those whose powers are complete. What are the ten? They are: complete power of being unconquerable, complete power of being unassailable, complete power of merit, complete power of wisdom, complete power of retinue, complete power of miraculous abilities, complete power of mastery, complete power of retention, complete power of undistorted blessings, and complete power of being unassailable. Son of good family, how is it that a Bodhisattva has the complete power of being unconquerable? Son of good family, this Bodhisattva is not conquered by any other opponents; thus, he has the complete power of being unconquerable. How is it that a Bodhisattva has the complete power of being unassailable? There is no being in the realm of beings who can overcome the power of this Bodhisattva with strength; thus, the Bodhisattva has the complete power of being unassailable. How is it that a Bodhisattva has the complete power of merit?

Moreover, there is no accumulation of merit, worldly or transcendental, that a Bodhisattva has not accomplished. Therefore, a Bodhisattva's power of merit is complete. How is a Bodhisattva's power of wisdom complete? For a Bodhisattva, there is no Dharma of the Buddha that has not been seen by correct wisdom, has not been manifested, and has not been understood, except for the wisdom of the Tathagata. Therefore, a Bodhisattva's power of wisdom is complete. How is a Bodhisattva's power of retinue complete? For a Bodhisattva, the retinue does not have lapses in discipline, lapses in view, lapses in ritual, or lapses in livelihood. The retinue of a Bodhisattva are those who practice in the same way as the Bodhisattva. Therefore, a Bodhisattva's power of retinue is complete. How is a Bodhisattva's power of miraculous abilities complete? For a Bodhisattva, all realms of worldly miraculous abilities, and all realms of miraculous abilities of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas are overwhelmed. This is also the arising of the power of miraculous abilities, overwhelming with excellence. If desired, one can place Jambudvipa on the tip of a single hair. Similarly, the four continents, a thousand worlds, two thousand worlds, and the three thousand great thousand worlds are also the same. If desired, one can place worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River on a single atom. Similarly, worlds as numerous as the sands of two Ganges Rivers, three, four, five, ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, up to unspeakable and again unspeakable Ganges River sands, can be placed on a single atom, and that atom will not appear to be full or diminished. Those worlds will also not interfere with each other, nor will they cause harm to sentient beings. Therefore, a Bodhisattva's power of miraculous abilities is complete.

是集合。如何菩萨具有圆满的力量呢？如果菩萨想要，就以七宝充满三千大千世界的国土。如果想要，就以各种珍宝充满不可说又不可说的世界之间的国土。这样，菩萨就具有圆满的力量。如何菩萨具有圆满的陀罗尼力量呢？如果菩萨在不可说又不可说的佛土中，听闻诸佛世尊以不同的意义、不同的词语和文字、不同的表达方式和不同的方式宣说佛法，菩萨在一刹那、一瞬间、一弹指间全部忆持，理解，修习。这样，菩萨就具有圆满的陀罗尼力量。如何菩萨具有不可动摇的加持力量呢？除了如来、阿罗汉、正等觉佛之外，菩萨加持之后，没有众生能够动摇，这样的众生在众生界中是不存在的。这样，菩萨就具有不可动摇的加持力量。善男子，如何菩萨具有不可违背的威力呢？除了善巧方便之外，没有见到能够违背菩萨命令的众生。善男子，这样，菩萨就具有不可违背的威力。善男子，如果具有这十种法，菩萨就是具有圆满力量的人。善男子，如果具有十种法，菩萨就是具有圆满智慧的人。这十种是什么呢？例如，对人无我的圆满智慧。对法无我的圆满智慧。

It is a collection. How does a Bodhisattva possess perfect power? If a Bodhisattva wishes, he blesses the three thousand great thousand worlds with the seven precious things. If he wishes, he blesses the space between unspeakable and again unspeakable worlds with various kinds of precious things. Thus, a Bodhisattva possesses perfect power. How does a Bodhisattva possess perfect Dharani power? If a Bodhisattva, in unspeakable and again unspeakable Buddha lands, hears the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, expounding the Dharma with different meanings, different words and letters, different expressions, and different methods, the Bodhisattva remembers, understands, and practices all of them in a single moment, a single instant, a single snap of the fingers. Thus, a Bodhisattva possesses perfect Dharani power. How does a Bodhisattva possess the perfect power of unwavering blessings?
