Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the great glorious goddess, Glorious Great Mother, saying: "O Glorious One who knows the rites, this dharani called 'Essence of the Water Treasury of Increase' is such that, by its power, all disputes and battles will be completely pacified. All wrathful nagas and unruly beings will be pacified. Yakshas, humans, non-humans, even wild animals and wrathful birds, all unruly beings will also be pacified. Untimely winds, sunstroke, cold, heat, and all great droughts will be completely pacified. All crops will grow and ripen. Sentient beings will have long lives. Enjoyment will increase. Activities will increase, until liberation. Until reaching unsurpassed nirvana, all virtuous dharmas will increase."

Some people, from killing and not giving, up to wrong views, will not connect the minds of sentient beings with those Dharmas, as well as gods, dragons, yakshas, rakshasas, kumbhandas, non-humans, gandharvas, pretas, flesh-eaters, and zombies.
