ས་ལེགས་པ་ཞིག་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་ཞིང་དེ་ནས་དེས་དེ་ལྟར་བསམས་ནས། དེས་གང་ན་མོན་སྲན་ཙམ་འམ། མོན་སྲན་སྡེའུ་འམ། མོན་སྲན་གྲེའུ་འམ། རྒྱ་སྲན་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ལས་དེས་ཐོག་མར་འདྲོན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་གུས་པས་བསུ་ནས་ཕུ་ནུ་བོ་བདག་གི་འདི་སྣོམས་ཤིག་ཅེས་སྨྲ་ཞིང་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱེད་ན་དེ་ལྟར་བྱིན་ཞིང་དེ་ལྟར་སྨྲས་པས་ཞིང་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འོད་སྲུང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་འདས་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཐབས་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་བྱོས་ལ་མདོ་འདི་ཕྱུང་ཤིག །འོད་སྲུང་གིས་གསོལ་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་གིས་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདིས་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་ཤལ་རྣམས་ཡང་དག་པར་གཟུང་རྔོ་མི་ཐོགས་ལགས་སོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་སླད་དུ་ཞེ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་དུ་རིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རི་རབ་ཁུར་དུ་ཐོགས་པ་ནི་མི་མངོ་ལགས་ཀྱི། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་ཤལ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་པ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་སྐུར་པ་འདེབས་པ། དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་སྨོད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དག་གི་ཚིག་རྩུབ་མོ་ཉན་པ་ནི་མ་ལགས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཞན་གྱི་སུག་པར་མཆིས་ཏེ། དབང་དུ་བགྱིས་པ་ནི་མི་མངོ་ལགས་ཀྱི། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་ཤལ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་པ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལས་ཁ་ཕྱིར་ཕྱོགས་པ། དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལས་རིང་དུ་གྱུར་པ། དམ་པའི་ཆོས་མཉན་པ་མ་བཟུང་བས་ཉམས་པའི་རྒྱུད་ཅན་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གི་ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་དང་། རང་བཞིན་ངན་པའི་ངག་དང་། ཚིག་མཉན་པ་ནི་མ་ལགས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ས་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་། རི་དང་བཅས་པར་བསྐལ་པ་བྱེ་བ་ས་ཡ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་མང་པོར་སྤྱི་བོར་ཐོགས་པ་ནི་མི་མངོ་ལགས་ཀྱི། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་ཤལ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་པ་བསྟན་པ་རབ་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་འཇིག་པར་བགྱིད་པ་བདག་ལ་སྟོད་ཅིང་གཞན་ལ་སྨོད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གི་ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་ཉན་པ་ནི་མ་ལགས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འོན་པ་ཉིད་དང་། ལྐུགས་པ་ཉིད་དང་། དམུས་ལོང་ཉིད་ནི་མི་མངོ་ལགས་ཀྱི། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་ཤལ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་པ་མུ་གེའི་ཚེ་འཚོ་བའི་ཕྱིར་སྐྲ་བྲེགས་ཤིང་ངུར་སྨྲིག་བགོས་ནས་ཟས་དང་། སྐོམ་ལྷུར་བགྱིད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གི་ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་ཉན་པ་ནི་མ་ལགས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མྱུར་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ནི་མི་མདོ་ ལགས་ཀྱི། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཐ་ཤལ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་པ་ལུད་བོང་ལྟར་ཀུན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པ། ལུས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་འཆོས་པ་དང་། ངག་གི་ཚུལ་འཆོས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དག་གི་ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་དང་། ངག་དང་ཚིག་ཉན་པ་ནི་མ་ལགས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། འོད་སྲུང་ཁྱོད་ཡོང

想著要找一塊好地，然後他就那樣想了。他想著哪裡有少許豌豆，或一小堆豌豆，或一小撮豌豆，或大豆，他就先恭敬地迎接那些播種的人，說：「兄弟，請聞一下這個。」如果這樣布施，這樣說，那麼所有的田地都會豐收。持光（འོད་སྲུང་，梵文：Kāśyapa，迦葉），你也一樣，在我涅槃之後，用這樣的方法取出這部經。持光（迦葉）稟告說：世尊，我用這種方式無法真正地抓住那些卑劣之人。那是因為什麼呢？世尊，在百千劫中扛著山王須彌山是不可能的，但聽那些卑劣之人，破戒者，誹謗正法者，詛咒正法的眾生的粗惡之語是不行的。世尊，被掌握在他人手中，被控制是不可能的，但聽那些卑劣之人，破戒者，背離正法者，遠離正法者，不接受聽聞正法而墮落的那些眾生的粗惡之語，和惡劣本性的話語是不行的。世尊，在億萬百千劫中，用頭頂頂著這片包含海洋和山脈的大地是不可能的，但聽那些卑劣之人，破戒者，徹底摧毀教法，讚揚自己而誹謗他人的那些眾生的粗惡之語是不行的。世尊，寧願做聾子，啞巴，瞎子，也不願聽那些卑劣之人，破戒者，在饑荒時為了生存而剃髮，穿著袈裟，貪圖飲食的那些眾生的粗惡之語。世尊，寧願迅速完全地涅槃

Thinking of finding a good piece of land, and then he thought like that. He thought about where there might be a little pea, or a small pile of peas, or a small handful of peas, or soybeans, and he would first respectfully greet those who sow them, saying, "Brother, please smell this." If he gives like that, and speaks like that, then all the fields will be fruitful. O Kasyapa, you too, after my passing, use such a method to extract this sutra. Kasyapa reported: World-Honored One, I cannot truly grasp those inferior people with this method. Why is that? World-Honored One, it is impossible to carry the king of mountains, Mount Sumeru, for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, but it is not possible to listen to the harsh words of those inferior people, those who break the precepts, those who slander the true Dharma, those beings who curse the true Dharma. World-Honored One, it is impossible to be held in another's hand and controlled, but it is not possible to listen to the harsh words and evil natured speech of those inferior people, those who break the precepts, those who turn away from the true Dharma, those who are far from the true Dharma, those beings who have degenerated by not accepting to listen to the true Dharma. World-Honored One, it is impossible to carry this great earth, including the ocean and mountains, on my head for hundreds of thousands of millions of kalpas, but it is not possible to listen to the harsh words of those inferior people, those who break the precepts, those who completely destroy the teachings, those beings who praise themselves and slander others. World-Honored One, it is better to be deaf, mute, and blind than to listen to the harsh words of those inferior people, those who break the precepts, those beings who shave their heads, wear robes, and crave food and drink in times of famine in order to survive. World-Honored One, it is better to quickly and completely pass into nirvana

即使在地上入灭，也不会再出生吗？是完全入灭的最终完成吗？世尊，哪一种完全入灭，即使入灭也不会再出生，也不会死亡的众生的道路是三乘呢？世尊，是声闻、独觉和佛世尊们的。具寿大迦叶又请问：世尊，即使入灭，也不会变成完全入灭是怎样的呢？佛说：大迦叶，声闻们以声闻的完全入灭而完全入灭，那不是完全入灭的最终完成。那是什么原因呢？又会变成独觉。独觉们以独觉的完全入灭而完全入灭，即使那样，只要没有达到具备一切殊胜之相的，一切智智的大乘的完全入灭，就不是完全入灭的最终完成。世尊，是怎样的呢？世尊说：大迦叶，譬如从牛奶中产生酪，从酪中产生生酥，从生酥中产生熟酥，从熟酥中产生酥油的精华。其中，就像熟酥一样的是获得十地的菩萨们，因为还有烦恼的残余。像生酥一样的是声闻们。像生酥凝结一样的是独觉们。像酥油的精华一样的是如来们，应当这样看待。请问：世尊，如来为了什么缘故宣说了三乘呢？世尊说：譬如军队中的一位擅长幻术的人，从自己的国家前往其他国家，他驱赶着自己的人群，也驱赶着其他的人群，想要救度许多人。他是那些众多旅行者的导师，他自己也是领队，当他从那个荒野中救度那些旅行者时，为了让他们喘口气，就幻化出一个具有围墙、庭院和楼阁的圆满的城市，用手指从远处指给他们看。

Even if one passes into nirvana on the ground, will they not be born again? Is that the ultimate completion of complete nirvana? World Honored One, which kind of complete nirvana, even if one passes into nirvana, will not be born again and will not die, the path for those sentient beings is the three vehicles? World Honored One, it is that of the Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and Buddhas, the World Honored Ones. The Venerable Mahākāśyapa again asked: World Honored One, even if one passes into nirvana, what is it like to not become completely passed into nirvana? The Buddha said: Mahākāśyapa, if the Hearers completely pass into nirvana by the complete nirvana of the Hearers, that is not the ultimate completion of complete nirvana. What is the reason for that? They will again become Solitary Buddhas. Even if the Solitary Buddhas completely pass into nirvana by the complete nirvana of the Solitary Buddhas, even so, as long as they have not reached the ultimate end of the complete nirvana of the Great Vehicle of the all-knowing wisdom that possesses all excellent aspects, it is not the ultimate completion of complete nirvana. World Honored One, what is it like? The World Honored One said: Mahākāśyapa, for example, from milk comes curds, from curds comes raw butter, from raw butter comes ghee, and from ghee comes the essence of clarified butter. Among them, like ghee are the Bodhisattvas who have attained the ten bhūmis, because there is still a residue of afflictions. Like raw butter are the Hearers. Like congealed raw butter are the Solitary Buddhas. Like the essence of clarified butter are the Tathāgatas, one should view them in that way. Asked: World Honored One, for what reason did the Tathāgata teach the three vehicles? The World Honored One said: For example, a master of illusion among the soldiers, when traveling from his own country to another country, he drives his own group of people, and also drives other groups of people, desiring to liberate many people. He is the teacher of those many travelers, and he himself is also the leader, when he liberates those travelers from that wilderness, in order to let them catch their breath, he conjures up a perfect city with walls, courtyards, and pavilions, and points it out to them from afar with his finger.
