May all sentient beings be liberated from suffering, having no refuge. May I attain such wisdom, and not be defiled by the lesser vehicle. Even through countless billions of kalpas, may I not abandon Bodhi due to suffering. Like the full moon among the stars, I see the protector of the world in the same way. Just as some narrow-minded people, even if they enter the great ocean, do not take many jewels but abandon them, instead taking a plum's gem and leaving. Similarly, some who hear the miraculous power of the Buddha do not generate Bodhicitta here. Those who abandon Bodhi and seek the Shravakas will not enter into vast wisdom. Here, if someone is childlike in nature, even if they see a king surrounded by subjects, but only develop interest in the methods of the ministers, then their wisdom cannot enter into vastness. Similarly, even if one hears of the Buddha's great qualities and the miraculous transformations of wisdom, but only develops interest in inferior knowledge, that is laziness, and the mind is also discouraged. The lesser vehicle cannot illuminate the world, like the light of a firefly at night. The sun's radiance can accomplish deeds, obtaining light and being separated from darkness. The voice of the Buddha can lead to heaven, the voice of the Buddha can lead to good rebirths. In this world, the Buddha is the best of lamps, illuminating this world including the gods. If one sees a lion in a group of foxes, but develops interest in the fox's voice, abandoning the lion's miraculous power, and instead rejoices in the fox's Dharma. Similarly, some who see the miraculous power of the lion among men in the midst of the Shravakas, but develop joy in the lesser vehicle, those are one-sided miracles. Those who seek wisdom should always, in the world, widely proclaim suffering, and where is not a place of many Shravakas, they should seek the supreme, unsurpassed wisdom. Then, having heard these confident verses spoken by the monk Immaculate Light, forty-two thousand sons of the gods generated the unsurpassed, perfectly complete and awakened Bodhicitta, and they, to the Bhagavan and Manjushri, the youth,

Then, the gods and the Bhikshu Immaculate Light scattered Mandarava flowers and spoke these words: "Bhikshu, well done, well done! To rejoice in the Buddha's Bodhi in this way is truly repaying the Tathagata." Then, the Blessed One smiled at that time. This is the Dharma nature of all the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones. When they smile, light radiates from the face of the Blessed One, like blue, yellow, red, white, madder, crystal, and silver colors, appearing in various colors and various hues. Those lights pervade the boundless and limitless realms of the world, reaching up to the Brahma world, even dimming the light of the sun and moon. Then they return, circumambulating the Blessed One three times, and disappear into the crown of the Blessed One's head. Then, the venerable Ananda rose from his seat, arranged his robe over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and, with his palms joined together, bowed towards the Blessed One and said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones, do not smile without a cause or condition. What is the cause of the smile? What is the condition?" The Blessed One replied: "Ananda, this Bhikshu Immaculate Light has generated the mind of Bodhi with such superior intention. Therefore, I shall prophesy this Bhikshu Immaculate Light to attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Ananda, this Bhikshu Immaculate Light, in the future, after ten kalpas have passed, will make offerings to twenty-two million kotis of Buddhas, and before Maitreya Buddha, he will attain the patience of non-arising Dharmas. He will also make offerings to all the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, of the Good Kalpa. Thereafter, he will manifest and be called the Tathagata Virtue Lotus Various Names Conduct Lion's Roar.

The departed, the worthy, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, whose qualities are like a lotus, whose name is widely known, who practices the lion's roar, that Buddha's realm will also be made of the seven precious things. There will be no Hearers or Solitary Buddhas, but only Bodhisattvas will gather. In that Buddha's realm, the Dharma called the Wheel of Non-retrogression will be taught. They will quickly awaken to the Unsurpassed, Perfect and Complete Enlightenment, and the Buddha's realm will be completely purified by the distinction of wisdom. That world will be called "Possessing Limitless Names." Then the Blessed One said to the Venerable Ananda: "Ananda, just as when the sun rises, all darkness disappears. Ananda, in the same way, those who hear this Dharma discourse will gain complete illumination, and they will also gain freedom from obscurations on all Dharmas." Then the Venerable Ananda said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, by what measure does one become obscured and unobscured?" The Blessed One said: "Ananda, छोड़ ( छोड़, छोड़, abandon) it, what use is it to you to ask about this? Ananda, if the Tathagata were to explain all obscurations and non-obscurations, the world with the gods would become confused." Then Manjushri, become a youth, said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, if one hears about obscurations and non-obscurations, when the Bodhisattvas descend in the last five hundred years, in order not to generate desire for worldly dharmas, please explain them." The Blessed One said: "Manjushri, as for what is called obscuration, desire is an obscuration, hatred is an obscuration, delusion is an obscuration, generosity is an obscuration, discipline is an obscuration, patience is an obscuration, diligence is an obscuration, meditation is an obscuration, wisdom is an obscuration, perceiving a Buddha is an obscuration, perceiving the Dharma is an obscuration, perceiving the Sangha is an obscuration, perceiving emptiness is an obscuration."
