ར་བསྟན་ཏོ། །སེམས་ཅན་གང་རྣམས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཐོས་ནས། དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་དུ་ནན་ཏན་བྱེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ཤིན་ཏུ་བྱ་དཀའ་བ་བྱེད་པའོ། །སོར་མོའི་ཕྲེང་བས་གསོལ་པ། ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀའ་བ་བགྱིད་པ་དེ་ཇི་ལྟ་བུ་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ་དཔེར་ན། ས་ཆེན་པོ་ནི་ཁུར་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་ཁྱེར་ཏེ། ཁུར་བཞི་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཆུའི་ཕུང་པོ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཁུར་དང་། རིའི་ཁུར་དང་། ཕྱི་རོལ་གྱི་རྩྭ་དང་། ཤིང་གེལ་པ་དང་། ཤིང་གི་ཁུར་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁུར་དུ་ཁྱེར་བ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་ས་ནི་ཁུར་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་ཁྱེར་བའོ། །སོར་མོའི་ཕྲེང་བས་གསོལ་པ། ལྕིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ས་ནི་ཁུར་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱེར་བ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ས་བས་གཞན་ལྷག་པར་ཁུར་ཁྱེར་བ་ཡོད་དོ། །གསོལ་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་ འདས་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་དེ་གང་ལགས། བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ནམ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལོ་བརྒྱད་ཅུའི་བར་དུ་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དེའི་ཚེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པར་སྟོན་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་སྟོན་ན། ཁུར་བཞི་ཁྱེར་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། བཞི་གང་ཞེ་ན། སྐྱོན་ཆགས་པའི་ཡ་མཚན་ཅན་རྣམས་གསད་དོ་ཞེས་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱུ་སྤྱོད་དེ། འཇིགས་པ་ཁྱད་དུ་བསད་ནས་རང་གི་སྲོག་ཀྱང་བཏང་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་སྟོན་པ་དེ་ནི་རིའི་ཕུང་པོ་བས་ཆེས་ལྕི་བའི་ཁུར་དང་པོའོ། །དེ་དག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྐྱོན་ཆགས་པའི་ཡ་མཚན་ཅན་མང་པོ་རྗེས་སུ་སྟོན་པ་ལ་ཁྲོ་བ་དང་། འདོད་ཆེན་པོའི་ཚིག་ཐོས་ནས་དེ་དག་ལ་བཟོད་པ་ནི་ཆུའི་ཕུང་པོ་ལས་ལྷག་པའི་ཁུར་དེ་ནི་གཉིས་པའོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། བློན་པོ་དང་། དམག་དཔོན་དང་། དབང་ཕྱུག་རྣམས་ཆོས་མཉན་པ་དང་། ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་མཉན་པ་མི་རྙེད་པ་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་རྒྱས་པར་སྟོན་ཅིང་གང་དེའི་ཕྱོགས་འཛིན་པ་དབང་ཕྱུག་དང་། དམག་དཔོན་དང་། བློན་པོ་ཆོས་མི་ཐོས་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་ཡང་འཆི་བའི་ཆོས་སྟོན་ཅིང་འགྲོ་བ་ངན་པ་འཆལ་པའི་བློ་ཅན་དང་འོན་པ་དང་། ལོང་བ་ཐོས་པ་མི་རྙེད་པ་ལ་ཆོས་རྣམས་སྟོན་པ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཁུར་བས་ལྕི་བའི་ཁུར་གསུམ་པའོ། །ཀླ་ཀློའི་ཡུལ་གནས་པར་དཀའ་བ་མལ་སྟན་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་ཞིང་ཁ་ཟས་ངན་པ། གོས་ངན་པ། མལ་ཆ་ངན་པ། མུ་གེ་དང་། འཁྲུག་པ་མང་པོ་དང་། འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་རྩོད་པ་དང་། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་། བུད་མེད་ལ་བག་མེད་པ་ཙམ་གྱི་ཡུལ་ལ་སྦྱོར་བའི་ཉོན་མོངས

已经显示了。 任何众生在听闻如来藏之后，对于如是之性精进的那些众生，也是在做极其难做之事啊。 指鬘问道：极其难做之事是怎样的呢？ 世尊开示说：例如，大地承载着四个巨大的重担。 四个重担是什么呢？ 是巨大的水蕴的重担、山的重担、外面的草和树木的重担、以及一切众生的重担。 这样说来，大地就是承载着四个巨大的重担啊。 指鬘问道：很重啊！ 世尊开示说：大地并不是承载着巨大的重担，这是为什么呢？ 因为有比大地更沉重的负担啊。 问道：世尊，那位殊胜的士夫是谁呢？ 开示说：当殊胜的佛法能够住世八十年的时候，为了利益一切众生而宣说的菩萨摩诃萨，如果宣说如来藏，就会承载四个重担。 四个是什么呢？ 彻底地宣扬说要杀掉有罪过和怪异的人们，克服恐惧甚至舍弃自己的生命，宣说如来藏，这就是比山还要沉重的第一重担。 对于那些追随宣说罪过和怪异的人们而生起嗔恨，听到贪欲之语而忍耐，这就是比水蕴还要沉重的第二重担。 国王、大臣、军队将领和有权势的人们，对于听闻佛法和佛法之语难以获得，却广为宣说如来藏，并且偏袒那些有权势者、军队将领和大臣，对于那些不听闻佛法的人们也宣说死亡之法，对于恶趣、行为不检点、愚痴、聋哑、盲人等难以听闻佛法的人们宣说佛法，这就是比一切众生的重担还要沉重的第三重担。 在难以居住的边地，难以获得床榻，食物恶劣，衣服恶劣，卧具恶劣，饥荒和战乱众多，众生们争斗、烦恼，以及仅仅是对于妇女放纵的地区，与烦恼相应。

It has been shown. Any sentient beings who, after hearing the Tathagatagarbha, diligently practice suchness, those sentient beings are also doing something extremely difficult. Angulimala asked: What is it like to do something extremely difficult? The Blessed One taught: For example, the great earth carries four great burdens. What are the four burdens? They are the burden of the great mass of water, the burden of mountains, the burden of external grass and trees, and the burden of all sentient beings. In this way, the earth carries four great burdens. Angulimala asked: It's heavy! The Blessed One taught: The earth does not carry a great burden. Why is that? Because there is a burden heavier than the earth. Asked: Blessed One, who is that noble man? He taught: When the noble Dharma can abide in the world for eighty years, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who proclaims the Tathagatagarbha for the benefit of all sentient beings will carry four burdens. What are the four? Thoroughly proclaiming that the guilty and strange people should be killed, overcoming fear and even sacrificing one's own life, proclaiming the Tathagatagarbha, this is the first burden, which is heavier than a mountain. For those who follow and proclaim the faults and strangeness, anger arises, and hearing the words of greed, enduring them, this is the second burden, which is heavier than the mass of water. Kings, ministers, military generals, and powerful people, for whom it is difficult to hear the Dharma and the words of the Dharma, widely proclaim the Tathagatagarbha, and favor those powerful people, military generals, and ministers, and also proclaim the Dharma of death to those who do not hear the Dharma, and proclaim the Dharma to those in evil destinies, who are immoral, foolish, deaf, dumb, blind, and who have difficulty hearing the Dharma, this is the third burden, which is heavier than the burden of all sentient beings. In a difficult to live in borderland, it is difficult to obtain bedding, food is bad, clothes are bad, bedding is bad, there are many famines and wars, sentient beings fight, there are afflictions, and in a region where there is only indulgence in women, it is associated with afflictions.
