I do not uphold the Dharma. At that time, my precepts will be completely pure. The Blessed One said: O Angulimala, take up the precept of abstaining from drinking alcohol! Then Angulimala again addressed the Blessed One in verse, saying: I do not uphold the precept of abstaining from alcohol, I uphold the precept of intoxication arising from alcohol. Drinking alcohol is said to be the cause of arising pride, Walking and sitting, always blissful, is called alcohol. The essence of the Sugata arises from the Great Vehicle, Having drunk the essence, a man will be satisfied. The Thus-gone One is constant, steadfast, and true, Utterly delighted and satisfied, Ha! Ha! Well spoken. May I attain that perfection! The Blessed One said: O Angulimala, take up the precept of abstaining from sexual intercourse! Then Angulimala again addressed the Blessed One in verse, saying: I do not uphold the precept of abstaining from sexual intercourse, I always cling to the lust for other women. Like a banner, I engage in prostitution in the brothel, I am also extremely attached to all women. The taste of Samadhi is my wife, Delighting in other Dharmas, I lust after other women. Courageous and delighting in truth is my son, Compassion and loving-kindness are many daughters. Emptiness is my home. The boundless Paramitas are my bed, The afflictions are my servants. The food is the subtle and pure secret teachings. My garden is the Dharanis, Adorned with the flowers of the limbs of enlightenment. The wisdom of liberation is the fruit, My Dharma words are the trees. Such is the supreme joy of household life, This is not the realm of children, This is the Dharma of the nature of the wise. The Blessed One said: O Angulimala, take up the precept of abstaining from taking what is not given! Then Angulimala again addressed the Blessed One in verse, saying: I do not uphold the precept of abstaining from taking what is not given, I always uphold the act of stealing the wealth of others. Taking what is not given is called Bodhi, That has never been given by anyone to anyone. Even though the Blessed One sat under the Bodhi tree, You have not attained and have not

There is also nothing. That is the nature of all dharmas, that is the supreme dharma. The Blessed One taught: 'Then, Angulimala, stop dancing and guard the precepts of abandoning music.' Then Angulimala, in verses, requested the Blessed One again, saying: 'I always dance like a dancer, playing the sweet sounds of the Gandharvas, singing and dancing. Well done! Well done! Revealing the Tathagatagarbha. Speaking well and dancing, listen to the Tathagatagarbha. Like a non-giver, recite the melodious Mahayana sutras. With the drums and drum sounds of non-humans and Gandharvas, and with cymbals, I also make offerings to the scriptures. Whichever sentient beings constantly make offerings in that way, those who are named "Chakra" in the world, in the future will become Buddhas, thus the Tathagata said.' Then the Blessed One taught: 'Then, Angulimala, you should learn what is one and what is two.' Angulimala requested the Blessed One again, saying: 'What is one?' Saying that all sentient beings abide in food, this is a word that arises from the Hearer Vehicle, but such a form does not exist in the Mahayana. The Mahayana practitioners are always unblinking and steadfast. What is one? All sentient beings abide in the Tathagatagarbha. What is two? The words of name and form arise from the Hearer Vehicle, but not in the Mahayana. Name and form are just like that, name and form are not other forms. The liberation of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas is only a name, they do not recognize form and shape. The liberation of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, is like the form of an Amalaka fruit in the palm of the hand. What is three? The three feelings arise from the Hearer Vehicle, not from the Mahayana practitioners. These three feelings are: hearing the meaning of the Tathagata's constant and supreme turning into impermanence, is a feeling. Hearing the meaning that the sacred Dharma will disappear, is a feeling. Hearing the meaning that the Sangha will disappear and become invisible, is a feeling, these three are not the feelings of the Mahayana.
