.(Translator's note: Here, "." indicates the end of the previous content, but there is no clear sentence break in the original text, so it is retained.) When the Bhikshu Shariputra teaches one Dharma in one instant, in that instant, the Venerable Maudgalyayana can transcend eighty thousand worlds. When the Venerable Maudgalyayana transcends one world in one instant, the Tathagata simultaneously shows, in each continent of all the infinite worlds in the ten directions, the descent from the abode of Tushita, birth, manifestation, asceticism, union, approaching the Bodhi tree, subduing the Maras, attaining complete enlightenment, turning the wheel of Dharma, great Parinirvana, the abiding of the Dharma, and the decline of the Dharma. The practices of the abodes of non-Buddhists and all the stories of births also appear simultaneously. Why is this? Because unobstructed wisdom and unobstructed vision are inseparable, and are non-reliant and inseparable. Manjushri, for example, from the Vaidurya jewel, due to the function of things, immeasurable actions arise. Although Vaidurya does not discriminate and has no discrimination, it is non-discriminating and spontaneously accomplished because it is in accordance with the unshared Dharmas, and immeasurable actions arise. Manjushri, similarly, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, can also, through the function of completely maturing sentient beings, produce immeasurable actions in every instant in all the infinite worlds of the ten directions. However, the Tathagata is non-discriminating and has no discrimination. Therefore, such non-discriminating and spontaneously accomplished actions arise because they possess unshared Dharmas. Manjushri, for example, the disc of the moon and the disc of the sun, in Jambudvipa, in all the vessels filled with water that are without obscuration and completely pure, appear simultaneously, but their positions do not move. Similarly, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, also, in all the infinite worlds of the ten directions, according to the degree of purity without obscuration of sentient beings, and according to their thoughts and how they are tamed,

There, the Tathagata is seen. Although the Tathagata has not moved from the Tushita Heaven, all the beginnings of activities appear in all the vast realms of the ten directions. What is the reason for that? It is because of attaining the immovable wisdom. Manjushri, for example, due to the ripening of karma being superior, middling, and inferior, the actions of sentient beings also arise as superior, middling, and inferior. Actions are unintentional. Although unintentional, because they possess unmixed dharmas, unintentional and spontaneously accomplished events occur. Similarly, due to the ripening being inferior, middling, and superior, all sentient beings see the Tathagata as inferior, middling, and superior. The Tathagata is unintentional. Although unintentional, because they possess unmixed dharmas, unintentional and spontaneously accomplished activities occur. Manjushri, for example, rain of the same taste falls from the clouds. After falling, it transforms into various colors and scents due to the differences in containers. The clouds are unintentional. Although unintentional, because they possess unmixed dharmas, unintentional and spontaneously accomplished events occur. Manjushri, similarly, the taste of the Dharmadhatu of the Tathagata is the same. Due to completely ripening sentient beings, the Dharmadhatu appears as different, but the Tathagata is unintentional. Although unintentional, because they possess unmixed dharmas, unintentional and spontaneously accomplished activities occur. Manjushri, for example, wherever the jewel king of wish-fulfilling gems appears, iron and iron implements will not appear there. What is the reason for that? It is because of possessing unmixed dharmas. Manjushri, similarly, wherever the Tathagata appears, the light of fire and the light of lightning will not appear there. The light of the sun will not appear there. The light of jewels will not appear there. Gods and nagas will not appear there.

Yakshas, Gandharvas, Asuras, Garudas, Kinnaras, Mahoragas, Indra, Brahma, and the lights that protect the world do not arise there. The commands of kings do not arise there. The four castes do not arise there. Those born in places without leisure do not arise there. Sentient beings born in hells, animals, pretas, and the realm of Yama do not arise there. The paths of the ten non-virtuous actions do not arise there. All afflictions do not arise there. All conflicts do not arise there. Practitioners of other religions, wanderers, naked ones, and those who make a living do not arise there. The Tathagata is non-conceptual and non-discriminating, but because he possesses unmixed qualities and has no attachment to places, such things as non-discrimination and spontaneous accomplishment also arise. Manjushri, the realm of the Tathagata is briefly shown, but if explained in detail, even if blessed for an eon at the end of the future, it cannot be shown. Manjushri, there the spontaneously accomplished wisdom of the Tathagata is, Manjushri, the dust particles of fifty world realms, the dust particles of the ocean of world realms are very few. In each of the ten directions' world realms and in each continent, the colors of the Tathagata's form body, the various abidings, and entrances arise simultaneously in every instant, which are very many. Why is that? Because he possesses unmixed qualities. Manjushri, the dust particles of fifty world realms, the dust particles of countless oceans of world realms are very few. The spontaneously accomplished wisdom of the Tathagata, in each of the ten directions' world realms and in each continent, sentient beings engage in creating various other roots of virtue and engage in all kinds of crafts and industries, which are very many. The Tathagata is non-conceptual and non-discriminating, but because he possesses unmixed qualities, such things as non-discrimination and spontaneous accomplishment
