གང་ཡིན་པ་སྟེ། འཇམ་དཔལ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །འཇམ་དཔལ་གཞན་ཡང་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། བདག་ནི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་ཚུལ་ལ་འཇུག་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་ཚུལ་ལ་འཇུག་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་ཚུལ་ལ་འཇུག་པ་ནི་ཐབས་མཁས་པས་ཡང་དག་པར་ཟིན་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེས་པ་ཡིན་གྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ནི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་དང་། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ།དེ་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ནི་བྱམས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་གང་ཡིན་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་སོང་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བདག་ནི་ཆོས་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ཆོས་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ཆོས་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རབ་ཏུ་དབྱེ་བ་བསྟན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་དོན་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་དོན་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་ དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་དོན་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རབ་ཏུ་དབྱེ་བ་བསྟན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་སྟེ། འཇམ་དཔལ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །འཇམ་དཔལ་གཞན་ཡང་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། བདག་ནི་ངེས་པའི་ཚིག་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ངེས་པའི་ཚིག་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ངེས་པའི་ཚིག་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ནི་ཆོས་རྣམས་

即是说，文殊，这五个获得呼吸之法，将使菩萨们的第一地得到完全的净化。文殊，还有另外五个获得呼吸之法，将使菩萨们的第一地得到完全的净化。这五个是什么呢？即是说，我安住于进入到彼岸的道之方式中，也使其他众生安住于进入到彼岸的道之方式中，这样就获得了呼吸之法。进入到彼岸的道之方式，是指以方便善巧正确把握的智慧。我生于佛陀的种姓中，也使其他众生安住于生于佛陀的种姓中，这样就获得了呼吸之法。生于佛陀的种姓，是指福德资粮和智慧资粮。我安住于菩提心，也使其他众生安住于菩提心中，这样就获得了呼吸之法。菩提心是指大慈和大悲，为什么呢？因为随顺一切法。我安住于正确地认识各个法，也使其他众生安住于正确地认识各个法中，这样就获得了呼吸之法。正确地认识各个法，是指对一切法的法进行详细的区分和阐述。我安住于正确地认识各个意义，也使其他众生安住于正确地认识各个意义中，这样就获得了呼吸之法。正确地认识各个意义，是指对一切法的详细区分和阐述。文殊，这五个获得呼吸之法，将使菩萨们的第一地得到完全的净化。文殊，还有另外五个获得呼吸之法，将使菩萨们的第一地得到完全的净化。这五个是什么呢？即是说，我安住于正确地认识各个决定义，也使其他众生安住于正确地认识各个决定义中，这样就获得了呼吸之法。正确地认识各个决定义，是指诸法

That is to say, Manjushri, these five attainments of breathing will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas. Manjushri, there are also five other attainments of breathing that will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas. What are these five? That is to say, I abide in entering into the way of the perfections, and I also establish other beings in entering into the way of the perfections, thus attaining the attainment of breathing. Entering into the way of the perfections refers to the wisdom that is rightly grasped by skillful means. I am born into the lineage of the Buddha, and I also establish other beings in being born into the lineage of the Buddha, thus attaining the attainment of breathing. Being born into the lineage of the Buddha refers to the accumulation of merit and the accumulation of wisdom. I abide in the mind of enlightenment, and I also establish other beings in the mind of enlightenment, thus attaining the attainment of breathing. The mind of enlightenment refers to great love and great compassion. Why? Because it follows all dharmas. I abide in rightly knowing each and every dharma, and I also establish other beings in rightly knowing each and every dharma, thus attaining the attainment of breathing. Rightly knowing each and every dharma refers to the detailed distinction and exposition of the dharmas of all dharmas. I abide in rightly knowing each and every meaning, and I also establish other beings in rightly knowing each and every meaning, thus attaining the attainment of breathing. Rightly knowing each and every meaning refers to the detailed distinction and exposition of all dharmas. Manjushri, these five attainments of breathing will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas. Manjushri, there are also five other attainments of breathing that will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas. What are these five? That is to say, I abide in rightly knowing each and every definitive word, and I also establish other beings in rightly knowing each and every definitive word, thus attaining the attainment of breathing. ལ་ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཤེས་པ་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་སྤོབས་པ་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་སྤོབས་པ་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་སྤོབས་པ་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དམ་པ་ལ་མཁས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་དྲན་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་དྲན་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་དྲན་པ་ནི་མི་བརྗེད་པའི་ཆོས་ཉིད་དོ། །བདག་ནི་བློ་གྲོས་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་བློ་གྲོས་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་བློ་གྲོས་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་ངེས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་བརྟན་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་བརྟན་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་བརྟན་པ་ནི་སྡོམ་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་སྟེ། འཇམ་དཔལ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །འཇམ་དཔལ་གཞན་ཡང་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། བདག་ནི་རྟོགས་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་རྟོགས་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་ དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་རྟོགས་པ་ནི་མདོ་ལས་འབྱུང་བའི་དགོངས་པ་ཁོང་དུ་ཆུད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་ཤེས་རབ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ཤེས་རབ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ཤེས་རབ་ནི་འདུས་བྱས་དང་། འདུས་མ་བྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ལ་དབྱེར་མེད་པར་མཁས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་ཚོགས་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ཚོགས་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ཚོགས་ནི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལྔའོ། །བདག་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་གཅོད་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་གཅོད་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཅོད་པ་ནི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའོ། །བདག་ནི་ཐབས་མཁས་པ་ལ་གནས་ཀྱིས། གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ཐབས་མཁས་པ་ལ་དགོད་དོ་ཞེས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་ཐབས་མཁས་པ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡང་དག་པར་སྡུད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་སྟེ། འཇམ་དཔལ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་རྙེད་པ་ལྔ་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་དང་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་བའོ།

是与世俗智慧无别的。我安住于各自的自信之中，使其他众生也安住于各自的自信之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，各自的自信是指精通一切法究竟之义的智慧。我安住于正念之中，使其他众生也安住于正念之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，正念是不忘失的自性。我安住于智慧之中，使其他众生也安住于智慧之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，智慧是极其决定的智慧。我安住于稳固之中，使其他众生也安住于稳固之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，稳固是指行持律仪。文殊，这五个获得呼吸之法，能使菩萨们完全清净第一地。 文殊，还有另外五个获得呼吸之法，能使菩萨们完全清净第一地。是哪五个呢？例如：我安住于证悟之中，使其他众生也安住于证悟之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，证悟是指通达经中所说的密意。我安住于智慧之中，使其他众生也安住于智慧之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，智慧是指对于有为法和无为法无有分别的精通。我安住于积聚之中，使其他众生也安住于积聚之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，积聚是指五种波罗蜜多。我安住于完全断除之中，使其他众生也安住于完全断除之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，完全断除是指般若波罗蜜多。我安住于善巧方便之中，使其他众生也安住于善巧方便之中，这样就能获得呼吸。其中，善巧方便是指如实摄集一切法。文殊，这五个获得呼吸之法，能使菩萨们完全清净第一地。

Which is inseparable from conventional wisdom. I abide in individual confidence, and I place others in individual confidence, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, individual confidence is the wisdom that is skilled in the ultimate meaning of all dharmas. I abide in mindfulness, and I place others in mindfulness, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, mindfulness is the nature of non-forgetfulness. I abide in intelligence, and I place others in intelligence, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, intelligence is the wisdom of thorough ascertainment. I abide in stability, and I place others in stability, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, stability is the practice of discipline. Manjushri, these five attainments of breathing will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas. Manjushri, there are also five other attainments of breathing that will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas. What are the five? For example: I abide in realization, and I place others in realization, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, realization is the comprehension of the intention that arises from the sutras. I abide in wisdom, and I place others in wisdom, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, wisdom is the skillfulness in not differentiating between conditioned and unconditioned dharmas. I abide in accumulation, and I place others in accumulation, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, accumulation is the five perfections. I abide in complete severance, and I place others in complete severance, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, complete severance is the Perfection of Wisdom. I abide in skillful means, and I place others in skillful means, thus one will attain the attainment of breathing. Therein, skillful means is the perfect collection of all dharmas. Manjushri, these five attainments of breathing will completely purify the first bhumi of the Bodhisattvas.
