Homage! The body of the Buddha Bhagavan, adorned with the power of great love, is extremely gentle and without defilement, the activity of the body of universal enlightenment, pleasing to the mind. Extremely excellent, never tiring of being seen. With great compassion, regarding all beings as a place of giving, for the supreme and unsurpassed who have no refuge, holding them in their own way, cherishing them with love, and delighting in benefiting them. Blessing all sentient beings with great wisdom, is the great merit of the noble one. He is the field of infinite merit for all beings, causing all the accumulations of qualities and wisdom of all sentient beings to increase. These are the ten supreme and unsurpassed qualities of the great love, great compassion, and the ultimate adornment of merit of the Buddhas Bhagavan. O sons of the Buddhas, this is the supreme and unsurpassed adornment of the Buddhas Bhagavan. The second volume of the "The Teaching on the Inconceivable Qualities of the Noble Buddha Dharma." O sons of the Buddhas, the ten dharmas of the sovereign power of the Buddhas Bhagavan are: What are the ten? The Buddha Bhagavan, with his sovereign power, as the lord of all dharmas, illuminates all dharmas, with endless words and meanings, possessing unobstructed eloquence, and being able to completely reveal all remaining dharmas. This is the first dharma of the Buddha's sovereign power of the Buddhas Bhagavan. The Buddha Bhagavan, with his sovereign power, matures beings according to the realm of discipline in which they dwell, and thus proclaims aspirations and dharma. This is the second dharma of the Buddha's sovereign power. The Buddha Bhagavan, with his sovereign power, even if the entire world shakes in six ways, does not harm a single sentient being, adorned with immeasurable and countless adornments. The boundary of the space realm, the entire world rising from one place to another, abiding, awakening, throwing, the world abiding from one place to another, from one direction to another, yet the realm of sentient beings is not thereby obscured or confused, nor is there any doubt. This is the third dharma of the Buddha's sovereign power. The Buddha Bhagavan, with his sovereign power, in a moment of mind

With one (instant), all realms of the world are blessed by the wisdom, and various ornaments are blessed from one realm of the world to another, and swaying and displaying ornaments in all realms of the world, and in countless kalpas, showing the body without afflictions and swaying in all realms of the world, and endlessly showing the colors of all ornaments, and blessing all pure Buddha lands to follow one Buddha land, these are the four dharmas of the Buddha's sovereignty of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The Lord of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, seeing the sentient beings to be subdued by the Buddhas, for the sake of one sentient being, in unspeakable and unspeakable kalpas, the indestructible vajra posture, even if thinking of that person, the body and mind of the Tathagata do not have fatigue, and do not exceed that time when subduing, thus for each and every person, in the same way, gradually blessing the life at the end of all realms of the world, although abiding, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, do not have universal timidity, nor fatigue, thus in all realms of sentient beings, for the sake of the person to be subdued by the Buddhas, gradually and well protect, this is the five dharmas of the Buddha's sovereignty of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The Lord of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, in the moment of mind, for the sake of subduing the sentient beings, in the moment of mind attains the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment.
