以及，于一切菩萨中行，于一切成熟中行，于一切时中行，于一切调伏中行，于一切佛之行相中行，于一切无余有情之信如是而令解脱，乃作佛之事业。此乃诸佛薄伽梵之第五佛事业。诸佛薄伽梵以不退转之相，转不退转之法轮，以令一切世间现证之相而转法轮，于一切无余中无余地圆满成佛，以无畏之大狮子吼之相而转法轮，以一切法之智慧藏，以及无暗之法藏之门显现之相而转法轮，如虚空之面无有积聚之无量智慧之相而转法轮，于一切法无自性之自性无有隐蔽而各别通达之相而转法轮，一切有情之法眼清净，以及一切世间之明灯之相而转法轮，于三世显现一切智智之法，以遍及一切世间之相而转法轮，一切佛之唯一精勤，以不违背一切佛之法之相而转法轮，如是等无量之俱胝千亿百千之法轮转， 于一切有情之心之行境中行之法轮转。如是转法轮亦作诸佛薄伽梵不可思议之佛事业。此乃诸佛薄伽梵之第六佛事业。以入于村落，城市，市镇，王宫中，诸佛薄伽梵亦为有情作佛事业。人王之王宫，天王之王宫，龙王之王宫，夜叉之王宫，乾闼婆之王宫，阿修罗之

And, acting in all Bodhisattvas, acting in all ripenings, acting in all times, acting in all taming, acting in the aspects of all Buddhas, liberating all beings without exception according to their faith, thus performing the deeds of a Buddha. This is the fifth Buddha-activity of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat.
